Recently decorated, looked nice. Glasses were dirty, there was no tea towel for drying dishes, no dressing tables in the bedrooms for getting ready, sofa was really hard and uncomfortable to sit on. The bath around the taps and corners could do with a good clean to remove the mould and mildew. Although there was tea, coffee and sugar in the tins, there was no milk provided for a cuppa!

• Gillian (7/5): Great apartment but noisy lication6 - The apartment was brilliant. Great facilities. Easy check in. Everything you needed. It was quite a steep walk up from centre. The only main problem was the location. Both bedrooms were directly on the street on busy road. You heard traffic all the time and very very noisy at night with students going home after a night out. You never get more than half an hours sleep at a time because of shouting and generally drunk people outside the bedroom until about 5 am.

• VKay365 (4/5): Disappointing - Location was great. Walkable distance to the city centre. Upon arrival, we noticed that the bathroom was not clean. The toilet bowl was stained, the bathroom sink was also blocked and had very slow drainage. In the kitchen, the drinking glasses in the cabinets had oil marks and handprints. The bathroom towels also had some orange/yellow staining on them. When I pulled out some spare towels in the bedroom drawers, they were in the same condition.

It was convenient to Bold street and central Liverpool and situated in a nice street. - The property was clean, bright, spacious, perfect for a group of us (7). 6 comfortably but there was also 3 extra beds - one being the camp bed plus two huge sofas (which may have been sofa beds but you’d be able to sleep without pulling anything out!) All in all, great for our group of teens and friends :-) Nothing negative stood out

• Jason (9/5): Friends trip to Liverpool 2025 - We stayed in the ground floor Elysium apartment, sleeps 6 I believe. Clean, well set out accomodation. Location is excellent. There was a slight issue with the lock box to access the keys, however I called the number, and one of the team appeared within a few minutes to resolve and give us spare ones. Nothing! The accomodation is excellent

Keep it up. Suggestions: Providing a blender, bigger and medium size pots for a family will be a great idea. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

• Victoria (8/5): Well presented and comfortable base in a fantastic location. - Perfect location for exploring the city centre on foot. Great location and Georgian style. Just enough room for a family of four (using the double sofa bed in living room). The only issue we found was some sound from the street outside at night. It didn’t bother us because we expected it. It is the trade off for being in a Georgian house with sash windows that do not have the ability to reduce the outside noise like other windows can.

Slight noise from traffic in bedroom but understandable due to central location. Didn’t affect sleep though.

• Jonas (9/5): Highly recommended! - Excellent location, spacious rooms. Excellent for 3 people who will each have a separate bed (one fold-out couch in the living area). The hosts are very clear with the instructions via messaging, we didn't have any trouble getting to our room. Two minor details: each bed is a little bit small if you are looking to sleep in them with two people (which we didn't). Second is the noise from the street and garbage collection in the morning. Two very minor details in an otherwise perfect stay.
