Daiana (1/5): don’t waste your time and money stay at a hotel - great view of the ocean we consistently encountered issues with the management company. firstly, they charged us an “incorrect” payment and had to charge us again, a couple of days before our stay, a higher amount than originally stated. we said fine, could be an honest mistake. next, we accidentally left clothes in the hamper of the apartment. we promptly contacted them about it and they claimed the housekeeping didn’t find them, even though we exactly know where the clothing is. they refused to help us further. the clothing was valued at $500. this exchange left a very poor impression of the stay. they charge hotel prices with poor service. all in all this stay costed us about 700$ more than planned. be sure to check every nook and cranny because you’ll never see your stuff again! 1. prepare to be consistently hot 2. fridge does not get cold enough to keep food for more than 2 days 3. couch is uncomfortable 4. unhelpful management property as stated above
