- Andrea (5/5): I will not be staying at this location in the future. Unfortunate because I really enjoy the Home Suite atmosphere. - Staff were very friendly. Pool was nice. Our room spelt awful. Like a dirty mop, moldy smell in a way. At previous Home Suites I’ve stayed the bed was comfortable. This stay the Bed was not the same. It was hard.

- Robert (10/5): Great place to stay, would definitely stay here again given the chance - Stayed in a newly remodeled room, very nice and roomy. Full fridge, dishwasher, sink and couch. If I had to nitpick it would be the sliding door on the bathroom but even that wasn't a big deal just a preference thing.

This one was ok, but not near as impressive as other Home2 locations. It just seemed as though it had a lot of use already and that was obvious in the furniture and overall property. It was ok, but definitely not as nice as other Home2 locations.

- Kristine (1/5): Bedbug bites - The appearance of the lobby and room were clean and inviting, but I received bedbugs bites the one night I stayed. The hotel would have moved my room and refunded me for the night, but I chose to leave. Jazmin at the front desk was polite and professional throughout.

- Ray (10/5): Awesome, we will be coming back. - How clean everything was ( how thorough they cleaned the pool) and how friendly the staff was. It was a little disappointing that the pool did not open as early as it side it did but understood that is took a long time to clean out. I feel is sould be clean a when the pool closes at night and be ready when it said and not at lunchtime. ( This was not a big problem but having kids get up and want to swim after breakfast is a little disappointing. The pool was the main reason we wanted to choose this hotel. )

- Cornell (10/5): Family weekend stay - The hotel was very clean and looks well kept in general. The room was a great size and was clean as well with full dishes, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The pool was nice and everything was all clean and well kept as well. This was probably the best hotel we stayed at even for just a night and the cost was better than most other places I looked at. All staff was friendly and gave us information as soon as we walked in where everything was and if we needed anything during our stay. Also I loved having the extra blankets and pillow in the room! Almost any other hotel I've stayed in has not had even that and I loved being able to get an extra pillow I needed to sleep. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

- Melinda (10/5): Rosa makes this hotel stand out! - Service was fantastic! Rosa, who was at the front desk when we got there was not only friendly, but also efficient and welcoming. She gave us an overview of the area and let us know which restaurants were nearby and open! She was awesome and this hotel is very lucky to have her! Great breakfast, clean rooms, lovely outside firepit area, and close to restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay here again!

- Jenifer (10/5): - This is the only place that we stay when we are frequently in the area. This trip was a little different, my daughter left her favorite stuffed animal that she’s had since she was two years old; she is now 11. I was able to call, they found the stuffed animal and my sister who is local was able to easily pick it up. We have never had anything other than absolute amazing customer service every time we have stayed. This will be the only place we continue to stay on as we frequently take trips up for any Bengals home games.

- Dennis (8/5): - Not really all that close to the Cininnati-Northern Kentucky Airport, but close enough. Lots of dining options and a grocery store (Kroger) nearby. The included breakfast was okay and had the usual fare - waffle maker, oatmeal, cerals, those pre-cooked omelets, breads, etc. - but no meat such as bacon or sausage.

We stayed here after a concert at Riverbend Music Center bc it was an easy drive after a fun concert. (Breakfast was the usual level of busy but decent options for being complimentary)
- Kassandra (8/5): Would likely staying again, on the top floor - First off the hotel is very nice. Staff was great. Room was clean and ready when promised. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. The room was very spacious. We felt very safe. I liked that the key was required to get off on the floor but I could see where this would be inconvenient if traveling with a group on separate floors. The bed was awful! We could feel every spring and the mattress was super thin. The walls and floors are also very thin. The room above us sounded like elephants were playing basketball! We dealt with it until 10:30. I then called and the staff was great. They did call the room and it improved, but we could still hear when they showered and got up and moved. We could also here the room next to us moving around.

- Bertram (10/5): They got it right! - My visit was extremely satisfying. I reserved two rooms for a fantasy football draft and NFL game. Our proximity to downtown Cincinnati was surprisingly convenient. The rooms were in immaculate condition! The staff was kind, informative, and helpful. My friends were impressed by the accommodations at such a reasonable price. We were satisfied with the breakfast setup and overall just had a great stay! Kudos to your staff and we hope to use your services very soon again, no matter where we travel.

- Graham (9/5): Overnight stay but could have happily stayed a week longer. - They had great amenities, complimentary drinks, a pool, grills available, a nice clean pool, fire pit area, gym and snack selection. The rooms were spotless, had everything a family could need and were comfortable. The staff were more than helpful , had great information and helped so much. Rosa who checked us in was particularly great. The location is perfect and close to everything. Breakfast had a great selection and despite being busy there was plenty of room and they did not run low on anything. I cannot complain about anything.

The location is perfect where it’s walking distance to restaurants and also a short drive to many others. The suite was so comfy and roomy. The breakfast was hot and yummy - the biscuits and gravy were perfect! Was a little disappointed with the cheese omelet (seemed overcooked or the cheese was missing?). The pool is also a little on the small side - when we were by ourselves it was fine, but even two other people in there made it very loud (and when we were joined by a family who liked to splash and jump around and it got us every time, we were quick to leave).

- Kayla (10/5): - We picked Home 2 Suites after an unfortunate situation with the Air BnB we originally booked. It was a bit further from our travel destination, but we wanted clean and safe and this was one of the only hotels with better reviews that had space for our group of 8. The check-in process was seamless and Crystal was friendly and compassionate. She checked in with us over the days of our stay to make sure we were accommodated and enjoying our stay. The breakfast each morning was great with many options. The western omelette was one of my favorites. The kids loved the pool and we spent much of our time there. Rooms were large, very clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.
