• Kei (9/5): Staying here means near to UPSI - A humble hotel that's super near to UPSI. I truly enjoyed my stay there. I didn't need to worry in finding places to eat and restaurants were available within the hotel area. Staffs were friendly, room was comfortable and well ventilated. Thank you for the hospitality. Nothing, keep it up!

The place was clean, and honestly, I’m not trying to be racist here, but at first I thought the hotel was managed by Malays people, turns out it was run by Indians. So I would say, it was actually quite good. The room and the service were nice, and the room itself looked pretty decent for the price. Other than that, everything else was okay. The booking process and check-in/check-out were very easy and convenient. The facilities were decent too, towels and soap were provided, while the iron and Coway water dispenser were outside the room. The area can feel a bit dark and slightly scary if you come back or go out late at night, but overall it was still a good stay. My only issue was that the staff felt a bit pushy at first. I had already informed them that I might arrive late for check-in. I’ve also never received messages like that before from other hotels saying the booking would be automatically cancelled if I didn’t respond between 12 PM to 6 PM on the same day. Since I already paid for the room, if I didn’t show up, I would be the one losing money, not them. So I didn’t really understand the issue there.

Worth the price, you can re - The room is clean and comfortable and worth the price paid. Service by the management was good. The location is near to restaurants and durian stalls ( based on the season). -

• Mohamad Faithal (7/5): Good hotel, still can be better - Reasonably comfort and the location closed to the University. Clean towels Cleanliness can be improved, the room has unpleasant scent. Reception counter can make it more attractive. Most rooms without windows. Water heater didn’t work (during rainy season, to take shower in the morning was very challenging. With amount you pay, you expect a good facility.
