• Gordon (10/5): Best stay ever, they had everything we could need. - We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Yamma. Everybody was so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. The surroundings were very peaceful and close to shops. The scooter hire service meant we did not need to go searching for transport and was a fair price. We definitely will stay there again of out next journey to Khaolak.

• Gordon (9/5): Peaceful and relaxing - The breakfast was very good. The room is a great size butt the shower was very cool. Pool and loungers very good. It’s a tuk tuk journey to the main restaurant area and they are easy to get but make sure you check price before heading off. Also would recommend hiring a moped or bike to make getting around easier.

• Joshua (8/5): Amazingly beautiful jungle location, perfect for someone with transportation to explore the area. - The property was beautiful with an amazing pool area and landscaping. We had two villas for a family of four and it was very comfortable, cold AC and hot showers. There’s even a sitting area on the front porch with a fan. We loved how beautiful this property was. The housekeeping staff was amazing and did a wonderful job. The location requires transportation or paying 200 baht per ride into town. The reception staff was not super friendly.

• Andreas (8/5): Wir waren 9 Tage in Khao Lak gestrandet und haben uns sehr wohl und umsorgt gefühlt — Danke! - Die herzlichen Mitarbeiter und das Zuvorkommende. Angelegenheiten rund ums Um Zimmer, Taxi, Wäsche, Abendbrot wurden sich sehr selbstlos angenommen. Immer hilfsbereit. Alte Pumpen haben nachts für störende Geräuschkulisse gesorgt.

Belle piscine, chambre devant la piscine correcte. Salle de bain pas pratique avec une douche ouverte qui mouille tout et assez petite. Personnel accueillant et sympa. Petit déjeuner correct mais loin de l'exceptionnel annoncé. Un buffet standard avec pas mal de choses très conventionnelles. Parfait pour passer mais pas trop pour rester une semaine. Logements un peu les uns sur les autres.

• Pilar (10/5): Es war ein Traum 10/10!! Wärmstens zu empfehlen - Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich! Die Unterkunft ist in live noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Es ist sehr ruhig und sehr sauber dort! Wenn ich einen Punkt schreiben müsste, dann nur dass ein Shuttle zum Strand oder in die Stadt gefehlt hat.

• Steeve (2/5): Une nuit était suffisante - En fait pas grand chose. La localisation est discutable car certains préfèrent être loin des bourgs et plus en retrait. Mais si vous recherchez le calme, préparez-vous à être réveillé a 7 heures par une disqueuse et le tam tam des travaux. Comme éloigné du bourg, naturellement il faudra louer un scooter pour éviter le racket de la taximafia, vérifier bien l'état du scooter que l'on vous loue car le mien avait un tableau de bord, impossible de lire la barre d'essence donc naturellement on vous charge un plein dessence quand vous le rendez même si vous l'avez pris parcourir deux kms. L'expérience olfactive est tout a fait charmante, le concept du siphon n'ayant pas bravé l'entrée de ce hameau, votre odorant sera exalté par cette odeur putride. Heureusement, il n'y avait pas de taxe pour les serviettes mais prévoir son gel douche, les miniatures ne feront pas deux douches

Bon petit déjeuner avec des oeufs et des pancakes à la demande, des fruits frais, des plats chauds. Un petit marché de produits frais à 5 mn à pied. Obligation de prendre un taxi pour aller jusqu'à Khao Lak, mais ça reste tout près.
• Johanna (9/5): - Zimmer, Anlage und Pool waren perfekt. Liegt abseits, Roller gibt's direkt in der Anlage. Konnten nur 4 Tage in der gewünschten Kategorie bleiben, weil überbucht. Wirklich schön sind nur die Zimmer in der Nähe des Pools - die aber wirklich.

Men vi legede scooter på stedet til ingen penge også var det nemt at komme rundt

Manque d’intimité en journée dans chambre à cause du vis à vis permanent avec la piscine.

Plus a horrible extended, hard edged marble base that could really hurt someone. In the middle of night, going to the bathroom, very dangerous and potentially harmful.

Mein Zimmer hatte auch keinen Nachttisch. Kein Duschkopf, nur Regendusche von oben. Sehr hartes Bett. Vorwiegend Pensionisten-Paare; für allein Reisende wenig geeignet.
• Peter Bibo (10/5): Fantastic 5 day stay, highly recommend. - The resort is located 500m from the main road, so it's quiet. The pool was great. Nice cooling during daily heat. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of choice and extra eggs and bacon if you want it. Rooms and resort were very clean. Great care was taken of it. Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Especially the lady that managed the desk and restaurant. The food was delicious even for our non-spicy taste. Simple daily morning market with fish, meat, spices, fruits in 5-10 minutes walk. This resort is perfect as a base for doing tours.

• Eric (8/5): Wir würden immer wieder hier hinkommen - Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. An sich gibt es da nicht wirklich etwas. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, die aber nicht stören und die man nur beim zweiten oder dritten Blick sieht. Fugen, die erneuert werden müssten oder Fliesen beim Pool. Ein kleines bisschen mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück. Aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten, die an sich überhaupt nicht stören.

• P_iiia (10/5): Immer wieder - Super freundliches Personal. Preis-Leistung ist hier einfach unschlagbar. Wir haben von Hotel einen Roller gebucht, welcher uns nur 200 THB pro Tag gekostet hat. So günstig haben wir es auf unserer Reise nirgendwo in Thailand bekommen. Zudem war die Lage für uns perfekt- man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Roller in der Stadt. Ein kleiner süßer Pool, der für uns völlig ausreichend war, ist vorhanden. Das Frühstück war für uns auch ausreichend und besser als in vielen anderen Hotels in Thailand.

• Elke (8/5): Gut zum erholen - Sehr schöne, große Zimmer mit Terasse. Täglich Service, auch mit Handtüchern für Pool oder Strand. Apropro Pool, ungefähr 14 Liegen mit Auflagen um den Pool, oft viele frei. Ich hatte mal einen ganzen Tag den Pool für mich alleine. Das Resort vermietet Roller incl. Helme. Es liegt ca. 1 Kilometer abseits der Hauptstrasse bergaufwärts. Da braucht man einen Roller, auch um zu den Stränden zu fahren. Der White Sand Beach ist schön, aber wenn man noch wenige Minuten mit dem Roller weiter fährt in Richtung Norden, kommt mann zum Bang Sak Beach und der ist ganz besonders gut. Vielseitiges Frühstück und jeden Morgen die Frage wie wir unsere Eier gerne hätten. Guter Kaffee und warme Speisen, auch Gemüse wie Oliven und Zitronengras, Obst natürlich, war wirklich gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und megafreundlich. Bei jeder Frage wird geholfen und sie haben auch einen guten Wäscheservice. Es ist eine ruhige und angenehme Wohlfühladresse ohne Lärm und Chi Chi. Hier kann man zur Ruhe kommen. Mir wurde das Yama Resort empfohlen und ich empfehle es auch sehr gerne weiter. Da gibt es nichts
