• Daria (9/5): Наши любимые апартаменты в Нячанге! - Потрясающий вид на город и море с огромной террасы на 46 этаже! Расположены в самом центре на первой линии! В доме имеется всё необходимое, стиральная машина, плитка, на которой можно готовить. Чудесный отзывчивый хозяин!! Отвечает сразу и помогает при необходимости! Присутствовал запах канализации. Здание старое и видимо, канализация не справляется, к сожалению..
• Andrey (8/5): - Как и писали раннее, стоит поехать из-за вида. Пробыли 4 дня с удовольствием. Кстати писали, что долго ждать лифт, не согласна. Лифты приходят достаточно быстро, учитывая, что в здании 46 этажей Шумно от лифтов, одна комната без окон

• David (10/5): - Stor lägenhet med en superfin utsikt! Bra wifi Jag som är lite ljudkänslig hade svårt och sova i rummet närmast ytterdörren. Ljudet från hissens motor låter ganska högt och brummade.
• Viktoriia (7/5): Замена утюга 😁 - Вид с 46 этажа и огромная терраса) Квартира старенькая-нуждается в косметическом ремонте. Много мелких недочетов, запах канализации в самой квартире, и по факту отсутствие барбекю.

• Aleksey1974 (8/5): - Расположение, Верхний этаж(пентхаус) с большой террасой с видом на море и центральную площадь! Антураж и качество отделки на 3*. Но за такую стоимость большего и не ждали. По идее там можно сделать премиальные апартаменты, но и цена тогда бы была раза в три выше.
• Valeriya (8/5): Соответствие цена-качество - Отель на первой линии, 46й этаж, огромная терраса с отличным видом на море и город. Отельер мистер Тхан доброжелательный, на наши просьбы быстро реагировал. Кухня, стиральная машина, полноразмерный холодильник добавили комфорта для нашего проживания. Минусы- это коридоры отеля без кондиционеров, довольно душно и медленные лифты. На крыше шум от лифтов или какой-то другой установки, но нам он не мешал, более чувствительным людям, возможно, помешает. Больше минусов нет.

• Ярослава Журавлева (10/5): замечательное место, великолепное расположение, очень отзывчивый и благожелательный хозяин - идеальное расположение- центр первой линии, пляж находится буквально в нескольких метрах, но нужно перейти дорогу. очень отзывчивый и благожелательный хозяин, всегда был на связи. все есть для комфортного отдыха, на кухне хватило и посуды и инструментов, большой холодильник, одноместная плита, но есть мультиварка и микроволновка в апартаментах все великолепно, но хотелось бы иметь возможность запускать свежий воздух во вторую спальню. вторая спальня не имеет окна на улицу, есть окно во внешний коридор здания, поэтому никогда не открывается и из-за этого комната плохо проветривается
• Konstantin (7/5): В целом все мелкие неурядицы компенсировало отличное месторасположение апартаментов и терраса. - Расположение отличное, хотя сам номер не совсем соответствовал описанию. Насколько я понимаю, на крыше отеля располагается несколько плюс/минус одинаковых пентхаусов, на фотках, разумеется, лучший из них, а на деле оказался один санузел вместо двух и одна комната вообще без окон. - Но в целом просторная терраса всё компенсирует. Не так просто найти место размещения, тем более, если вы сразу из аэропорта и к тому же без местной симки, поэтому рекомендую заранее списаться в вотсапе с хозяином. В одной из комнат не было окна. Сломался кондиционер, мы написали хозяину, и он вызвал мастера, которого, к сожалению, пришлось контролировать (в том смысле, что не оставишь же его одного в номере, а он возился довольно долго причем 2 утра подряд). Лифт на 46 этаж дождаться непросто, а с 46-го вниз - и того хуже )

• Kozerog (10/5): Проживание в целом превзошли все ожидания. - Очень понравилось расположение, море через дорогу, Замечательная панорама города, восхитительные восходы и закаты. Номер превосходный, оборудован кухней, пользовались стиральной машинкой каждый день, ужин готовили сами, все необходимое есть. Из аэропорта был предоставлен бесплатный трансфер до апартаментов. Понравилось все.
• Madara (9/5): Nice experience overall - Communication with the host was very easy. The location was great—just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The host was waiting for us when we arrived and shared helpful tips on what to do (and what to avoid) in Nha Trang. Yes, it's clear that the place has been used, and with some lights not working, it can feel a bit dark. However, that didn’t bother us at all. I would recommend it anyway.

• Colin (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will definately stay again. - The view off the balcony is breathtaking! The balcony is large, and has a couch and swing chair to relax in. Room has a washing machine for clothes. Host was very friendly and met us at the appartment on arrival. The appartment is right in the heart of the city, and 1 minute walk to the beach. The night market is a 3 minute walk away. Best value for the money, will definately stay again.
• Barlow (10/5): An absolutely awesome place to stay! - This is an amazing apartment to stay at and the host is also amazing! He met us at the building and escorted us up to the apartment and then showed us everything in the apartment. He also gave us his contact details and told us to contact him if we needed anything! The views from the balcony are amazing and the facilities are awesome! Best place we have stayed in during our six weeks away in malaysia, thailand and vietnam! We will definitely be coming back for another stay in the future!!! Theres nothing we didn’t like!
• Karen (8/5): An absolutely beautiful view from the biggest terrace / balcony ever. The elevator can be slow and not always workin - The massive roof top balcony that was all ours. Easy to go and grab some drinks and sit and watch the world go by. The little bugs flying around the kitchen sink and the elevator that was broken when we checked in.
• Chak (10/5): Exceptional - Host: Excellent English communication and response to WhatsApp quickly, very supportive and energetic Location: Muong Thanh Luxury Nha Trang Hotel (60 Tran Phu Street, Lộc Thọ, Nha Trang), do not just put 60 Tran Phu for Google Map search, it is another location. For this apartment, you can walk to the beach in just 1 minute and find various kinds of restaurants and massages in 2-3 minutes, it is right in the city center. Lift: I saw comments saying the lift is too slow, but it is not the case, there are 3 lifts and it just takes 3-5 minutes to wait and go up to the 46 floors. View: Beautiful sea view just like the pictures. There are flies in the house, not because the house is not clean, as it also happens in other hotels and restaurants, very common in Vietnam. Very useful tips!!!!!!!: Ways to solve the problem are to move wet towels to the outdoor area, cover the food/things with aroma, use water to clean the beer bottle/ beer can after drinking etc.

• Brian (5/5): Passable - The location and views are the best features of this place. The apartment needs lots of work doing to it - so don't expect to be staying in luxury. The kitchen equipment is poor, the shower floods, and the toilet has a few issues. We were expecting a nice place but were left disappointed overall. The wait for the lift started to get annoying towards the end of the trip.
