Guest Reviews
- عباس (8/5): -
- Louis (9/5): Superb - Good food
- Sandie-gene (6/5): Pleasant - It was very very expensive for what you got
- Normie (1/5): Worst, disappointing, ridiculously expensive. regretful. I will not at all recommend this resort with anyone! Never! - Just the majestic view of the taal
lake and Mt.
Makukot. It is overrated. The price is too
much and not worth it at all. for php27k for a one night accomodation, one would expect a great service, facilities and food. We got the opposite!
1. not enough signage to get to the place. We got lost.
2. breakfast is worst, it was like a php100 worth of a meal at a pares stall. It was the worst breakfast serving that i ever had in numerous resorts we have visited. it is not only that it's an ala carte, the presentation, quality and quantity were really worst!
3. We were asked to choose our breakfast meal during check-in , very inappropriate.
4. Wifi was not working during the entire stay.
5. Room was not cleaned propertly, there were strands of hair at the urinal.
6. Jacuzzi smelled awful.
7. swimming pool was under renovation. there's nothing else to do!
8. Food was ridiculously expensive, 1800 for a set of lechon kawali, pinakbet and rice. we ordered pancit and tuna sandwich for meryenda, the serving was worst, my nanny can prepare a better sandwich that what was served.
There's nothing good about this resort but the view, i have articulated this very clearly to the hote staff.
- Angeline (10/5): Exceptional - The hidden charges should be mentioned PRIOR to completion of booking.
- Erald (9/5): Very relaxing. - The scenery is the best of all investment of this resort Needs repair on some plumbing fixtures. Need upgrade on some dining pieces.
- Bautista (8/5): Very good - We like the view, but not the location, it was dark and scary the time we arrived at the property... hope there will be a lot of signage going to noni's resort and steel post/ solar post the food is okay but they just need to improve the taste
- Anna (9/5): Superb - The staffs are very accommodating and friendly..
The view is to die for😊
- Kassandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kassandra (8/5): Very good -
- Kassandra (8/5): Very good -
- Jocelyn (8/5): A very relaxing place to stay even for a short period - Peaceful, nice and clean
- Marie (5/5): Passable -
- Davepearce1 (10/5): Exceptional - Stunning views, friendly and helpful staff.
- Pegollo (9/5): Excellent, breathtaking view, food was delicious and perfect for the whole family! - Booked the villa with private pool, a bit pricey but it exceeded my expectation! Breathtaking view, my family and I enjoyed our stay and this hotel is pet friendly! Will definitely come back! Too much chlorine for the pool, the food was a bit pricey.
- Rockermomof4 (4/5): Overpriced everything - Very nice staff, good view. Overpriced everything! Rice is 70php per cup. The room I upgraded into should already be good for 10pax yet I had to pay extra on top of the 9.8k I already paid for.
They are advertising it on booking.com with all the amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools when you can only have an indoor pool if you book the villas 🤦
- Ka (10/5): We regret staying for one day. - My family and I had a long trip of driving & we arrived to the property around 7-8pm. All the employees made it real easy to check in and took our bags to our rooms. We got to enjoy a couple rounds of pool table and karaoke. The employees we're so friendly & went above and beyond for our needs. There are so many paths you can walk around on & the view was just incredible! There were a couple of staffs that took our pictures and made it a fun trip. Unfortunately, we only had stayed there for one day. Definitely staying longer in the future. We had a difficult time getting to the property. The road was bumpy and steep. We were told that there was another and easier way. Hoping for the future, they could locate the easier route with the confirmation. Also while the employees were friendly with all smiles, there were some that were just on their phones. We found it very unprofessional.
My husband and I asked for two towels & they just gave it to us. Then my family asked for some as well & they were charged. We were just confused for the sudden charge.
- Marian (7/5): Thanks for accommodating us. - Th staff are friendly and accommodating One minor update: hair dryer is not working.
- Celeste (7/5): Good -
- Decilou (6/5): Pleasant - The staff! All of them are courteous and accommodating especially kuya Jhong from the lounge. The mattresses are of good quality. The ceiling in the hallway near our room is leaking, the floor of one of the steps in the stairs is not properly installed which may cause people to slip and or trip. This is especially concerning to me since I travelled with 2 little kids.
- Marjorie (8/5): Very good - Improve smell of the bathroom
Ensure foos is hot when served
- Jaztyn (9/5): Superb -
- Sven (8/5): Luxurious staycation with beautiful view. - The room and the view was beautiful and quite luxurious. The Jakuzzi was not 100% operational. 2 of the 3 functions didn’t work, but still nice. The view on the volcano is quite beautiful. The food in the hotel is rather on the expensive side (one pack of chips 300 php = 6 dollars). The location is good for the view on the volcano and the water in the lake is good for a swim, but still the beach is black sand and quite some seeweed close to the beach. The volcano cannot be climbed after an eruption in 2022.
- Paula (9/5): staff was accommodating, very good scenery and very relaxing place - the scenery the blanket was itchy
- Ricardo (4/5): View is fantastic, but the place is not well maintained and less activities. - View Dirty entrance and amenities
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Rizalina (4/5): Disappointing -
- Julie (8/5): Very good - Food is quite pricey but taste good. The pool is unclean and full of leaves.
- Craig (8/5): Very good - Hmmm view was picture perfect
Breakfast was great
Kuya Jeffrey our waiter for the night was very accompdating and allowed us to have a mini tour of almost the entire resort, staff were polite and helpful.
- overall, the place is really cool although some areas need improvement like toilet showers are broken, withat windy and breezy weather, it took forever for the hot shower to come out the room, actually i felt that its knda smell dusty and their toilet door was really heavy for let's say a senior citizen to pull it.
-weather was really a heavy wind that's why throughout the night its difficult to sleep coz there was a toilet door that keeps on banging amd nobody actually secured that part as we are right at the lobby area
- another guest knocked at our door twice, thought our room was the staff room and told us that the a/c was noisy and they have a child
- Helen (5/5): Passable -
- Richard (10/5): relaxing weekend with awesome view - very nice place with superb view. I like the warm pool which is good for swimming even in cold weather. not really didn’t like. just a suggestion to fix some of the tiles in the main pool.
- Linda (6/5): Pleasant - beautiful views extensive check-in process, lots of rules
- Eleonora (5/5): Stay did not meet expectations - The view from the resort was nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities look dated and could need a renovation. The pool area was nice but had only 2 lounge chairs. There was one umbrella which was broken. We stayed in the Cuenca room. The ad said the room had a terrace but it was only a corridor. The room had no view and was dark. The fotos look different from the actual experience.
There are basically no activities, except to play billiards. We asked to go to the lake and take a boat but we got a lukewarm response so we gave up. Staff were burning leaves which created a lot of smoke. The food was all Filipino and mostly served lukewarm. Quality was not great. On one day they had run out of tea for breakfast even though there were only 10 guests.
- Callmejap (10/5): Excellent - Worth the money Nothing
- Maria (6/5): The place is wonderful despite that there is nothing much to do in the resort itself than swim. The view is impecable. T - Friendliness and cleanliness. The bathroom. The door does not open nor close well. The doors jam each other whenever you open one of them. The toilet has a water leak somewhere and left the floor with a pool of water.
- Mary (9/5): Great place with Good staff - The staff there were very accomodating and polite. We checked in on a weekday, so there was only a few people on the resort which we liked. The place had a lot of wild monkeys living around the perimeter of the resort. Our family enjoyed our stay here. There were lights and other decorations on the resort that were not lit.
- Nicolai (5/5): Passable - The food was quite good, not everything but mostly delicious Room right beside the reception in the entrance area is a no-go. Very loud and unable to rest. Especially when the staff listens to Adele the whole time, singing loudly along, it was awful.
The Resort is pretty nice at first glance, but it's worn out, the room didn't look nice, the bathroom wasn't very good either. The pool was ok
- Curtis (3/5): Poor -
- Leslie (6/5): Pleasant - - not crowded
- staffs are friendly - kids are not free of charge (below 3)
- small since there are no other facilities rather than the pool
- food is not that good and quite expensive.
- rooms are old.
- service water seems not mineral since it is not bottled
- Parker (9/5): Superb - The view was amazing. Staff are very nice. The aircon in the masters bedroom at Teresita Villa is not working well. Was hot the whole evening in our room.
- Richard (9/5): A relaxing place to visit again and again! - the place was kept clean and with very good smell. the rooms are best and cozy. the villa where we stayed has a superb view!
they have great staff who are all attentive and service oriented! the main big pool needs some retiling on the sides around the pool before goin go to the pool although the pool itself was clean.
- Marie (7/5): Good - Good food and relaxing view…
- Pia (7/5): Good -
- Ahmed (7/5): Good - I liked the food The hotel is way to expensive compared to the available features.
- Victor (5/5): Passable -
- Moira (7/5): overall, a great experience - I like the location and how it overlooked taal. the service was nice and accommodating. I loved that we were able to do activities a lot of the things on their menu were not available as well as a lot of the other amenities
- Joel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joel (10/5): Very Satisfied my families enjoys our stay because staff and services were beyond what they offer. Excellent food and dr - clean, accessible and very refreshing. n/a
- Arlene (9/5): A refreshing short vacation. - The food tastes good and the servings are more than enough for the two of us. The staff are very accommodating. Our waiter Jong, arranged a nice place for us to have our breakfast, lunch and dinner. Waze instructed us to exit via Tanauan but it's much faster if we took Lipa exit. There's some road construction along Tambo kaya medyo tumagal ang biyahe.
- Derek (4/5): Not impressed at all ... - Hot water heater started to smoke and spark. Hotel told us that they would replace it the next morning but they never did. Makes you worry a bit when electrical items act that way, definitely is a fire risk. And since they never moved us or replaced the water heater we had to take cold, cold showers in cold weather. Not exactly fun ...
- Rhoda Ann (8/5): Hidden Gem in alitagtag batangas! - The talisay cabin room is almost perfect.. we only have one issue: lack of privacy for couples like us..the room glass is just a little tinted.. it should have blinds or curtain at least bec sometimes staff will be there to clean the place or deliver food and they can see us from outside... we enjoyed our stay regardless.. and food is delicious! Love the private heated pool in the room we chose! ❤️👌 staff was really accomodating and friendly! Thank you noni’s for making our wedding anniversary memorable!
- Bernardino (6/5): - Though relaxing, much remains to be desired in terms of food and in the way receptionists answer questions.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - during the several items on the menu are unavailable and your too far from anything else to eat. pool needs more attention to clean out leads and bugs through the day.
- Shirley (8/5): Rest from the city - The view was breathtaking! It’s a place where you can take a break from the city life and enjoy the beauty of nature. The resort is a litte far from other places though so you’re forced to buy from them. I suggest you bring some food upon your stay.
