Le lit était très confortable également. L'emplacement était top car je pouvais très facilement rejoindre le centre ville à pied. Rien, ils pourraient Éventuellement investir dans du linge de bain neuf, il était un peu usé.

La premura nel consigliare i ristoranti di gubbio e l'attenzione nella colazione per gli ospiti. La camera prenotata non era allineata con le altre soluzioni, fresche di restauro, ma per le nostre esigenze andava bene. Aveva anche il balcone che abbiamo usato per riporre le nostre bici, senza doverle lasciare in auto o in spazi comuni.

Tendo solicitado o horário do pequeno-almoço que necessitava que fosse servido o mais cedo possível, não obtive resposta e tive de sair sem pequeno-almoço apesar de estar incluído no preço. Talvez tenha percebido mal mas a casa de banho estava fora do quarto e quando reservei contava que estivesse em quarto com suite. O proprietário foi pouco responsivo e não apareceu em nenhum momento da minha estadia, nem nenhum empregado de receção.

Mina (4/5): Deludente - La posizione,l'appartamento che avrebbe del potenziale,il proprietario gentile Purtroppo la mancanza assoluta di pulizia,addirittura nello sportello della cucina un panettone aperto e muffo lasciato lì da non so quando,polvere per terra,una bottiglietta d'acqua sotto al divano letto. La camera è stata venduta per 5,troppo piccola, non si poteva nemmeno camminare. Ci vorrebbe veramente poco per essere una vera "dimora".

La piscina è quella comunale; alcuni servizi non ci sono (divano) o sono stati portati dopo dal proprietario (forno a microonde). Il frigo non è stato pulito dopo il soggiorno precedente, come pure le posate. La biancheria da bagno e da letto è vecchia e consunta.

Se si potesse recensire con meno dello 0 lo avrei sicuramente fatto, iniziando dall’accoglienza con all’ingresso principale dell’abitazione una culla da campeggio con lenzuola ed asciugamani sporchissimi messa in bella vista, casa sporchissima con ragnatele ovunque come da foto che allego, per non parlare della colazione (non) fatta, perché siamo stati accolti in un salone con il proprietario che andava avanti e indietro dalla cucina portando bicchieri,acqua,succo ed infine i cucchiaini rigorosamente toccati con le mani ed appoggiati al tovagliolo, infine porta direttamente i cornetti (abbastanza duri) dalla cucina senza chiedere ai bambini che gusto lo preferissero, da lì ci alziamo senza toccare minimamente nulla e’ passando dalla cucina (disordinata e sporca) vediamo il proprietario mangiare in piedi come se nulla fosse, andiamo in camera per prendere le valigie, andiamo a pagare la camera ed il proprietario non ha nemmeno chiesto il perché non avessimo toccato nulla facendo l’indifferente totale. Alla fine siamo andati a fare colazione in una pasticceria poco più avanti. In tutto questo non so il perché non riceva dei controlli da parte degli uffici di competenza. Esperienza TERRIFICANTE!!!!!!

Breakfast is really generous, lots of different food is served. The location of the property is a ten minutes from the city gate, and near the roman theatre. the open wardrobe in the bedroom is not built properly, you can hardly reach the pole to hung your clothes

La pulizia della camera. Biancheria da riammodernare. L'odore sgradevole nel corridoio. L'insonorizzazione delle stanze. La colazione non ha un'alternativa salata e bisognerebbe controllare le date di scadenza dei prodotti confezionati. La vasca non aveva una tenda per farsi la doccia. Per 144€ a notte mi aspettavo qualcosa di più...
