- Philip and Jenny (10/5): A night (actually, two) to remember! - Liked - no, loved - EVERYTHING! The hotel (formerly Harland & Wolff offices) just oozes history and character ... so much more than just "a place to stay" ... Great ambiance, and a stunning restoration of a building which had been allowed to fall into disrepair - now vibrant and full of life. Loved the decor everywhere. A wonderful opportunity too to see many fascinating photos of the great liners, and to explore historical rooms - particularly former Drawing Office Number 2 (now the bar), the Presentation Room, and the little room where the telegram telling of the Titanic disaster was received. Perfect location right next to the Titanic Experience building and the little ship "Nomadic" ... everything lit up at night ... very atmospheric ... The city centre is easily walkable from here too ... Room and bathroom sparkling clean and very comfortable ... fluffy towels, good lighting, comfortable bed ... Staff friendly and welcoming and a wonderful choice of breakfast ... had supper in the bar one night and dinner in the Wolff Grill the next ... all excellent! Everything was perfect ...
- Arlene (7/5): The hotel was beautiful but let down by poor service and uncomfortable beds - The Titanic is a beautiful hotel with historic origins. The building has been sympathetically restored and boasts many fixtures that authentic to the period. We had dinner in the more casual restaurant and the food was lovely. There was a varied cocktail menu with some local references. All of the staff were friendly and courteous and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. Although the room was beautiiful with great attention to detail, the mattress was much too soft and I had trouble getting a good night's sleep. The service in the restaurant after 8pmin the evenings was poor. There were not enough staff, those who were available seemed inexperienced and there was no visible manager to organise and support staff on duty. This is not a criticism of the individual staff but an observation of lack of organisation.

- vera (4/5): okay - History of the hotel and meeting the man in your videos was exceptional nice man and very kind. - location excellent reception staff - excellent breakfast, Found the staff not helpful, were all setting tables around us and made so much noise we could not enjoy our breakfast. rather than placing items on the tables the were banging them on the were expecting lots of people in but do t in quite manner. also we had to ask twice for someone to come take our tea order. at this point we had our breakfast done. The setting of your breakfast buffet wasn't great ran out of milk and lots of items also. location isn't the best it was kind of all over the place. We have stayed in the titanic many times in Liverpool this experience wasn't at all what we expected. in the bar the night before we couldn't even get a drink as there was a black tie do in the function room, the issue wasn't them the staff were very slow and took so long to get served. Really disappointed we didnt stay long so much so we went to bed. Rooms - excellent

Complimentary with a menu for additional items. The proximity to the neighborhood was perfect. I liked everything. There wasn’t anything that I thought needed to be better.
- Tina (4/5): Disappointed as it is a 4 star hotel and all rooms should be free from noise like this. - The location was good and close to the SSE arena. The noise of the air-con system/generator right below our window went 24 hours a day. Kept us awake. Contacted hotel and was told it had been passed onto the manager. No reply yet and that was nearly 2 weeks ago. Do not get room 225.. you will be disappointed.

Good views of the old harbour and giant Sampson and Goliath cranes, Parking extra but easily accessible. Short taxi drive to city centre. . Service at breakfast was a bit sluggish.

If you want to see Belfast you should stay downtown, but is a short cab ride - Great location (right opposite the Titanic museum) and very interesting history and Star Line memorabilia. Corridors are very dark (but I suspect this is part of the intended atmosphere), shower had very weak water pressure, bed wasn’t made properly. Had an internal room so overlooked by other rooms and very noisy air con units

- McMaster (8/5): Iconic link between yesteryear and today. A beautiful building and experience on the cusp of excellence. - It is an iconic hotel. A moment in time and an iconic link between history and now and across many eras. It’s a beautiful building and special story. We encountered some great staff, like our reception and many bar/ lounge. Wolff restaurant was exceptional. However, several of the staff did not seem to embrace the hospitality and magnitude of the whole experience. In particular the breakfast and the service team were hugely disappointing.
- Burke (10/5): Amazingly Excellent Place - Hotel was beautiful and luxurious, staff were friendly,helpful and made your stay so welcoming, giving you all the information you required, and above all the history of the building, very outstanding service. We had food in the restaurants which were extremely lovely and delicious. The rooms were magnificent, clean and fresh very comfortable and cosy, with a scenic view of the Titanic museum. Amenities around the hotel were excellent. Around the hotel told different stories about the Titanic and the hotel in the different rooms you entered. We will be definitely going back, as our stay was not long enough as there was so much to see and do. Thank you to all the staff at the Titanic hotel it was truly an amazing time. There was nothing negative to say

The historical décor is very well presented and informative Staff upon arrival seemed a touch peeved off, maybe just a bad day... but felt like we were being taken through a scripted process to get the check in over with as fast as possible. Stayed in a deluxe room. Phone was constantly beeping and making a noise like the old internet dial up. Didn't want to have to face the reception again so had to unplug it to stop it. The deluxe room was supposed to have a double bed which was in fact two single mattresses with the biggest and most uncomfortable seam up the middle of the bed. The grouting around the shower base was very badly discoloured and stained The shower base itself was also very badly discoloured and the room was very dusty in general. There was also a hair clip and piece of chewing gum underneath the dressing table. and this was supposed to be "Deluxe"? Would not recommended to others as a result of this experience - better hotels in the surrounding area.
- Louise (8/5): Would have been exceptional if restaurant and some reception staff were more engaging. - Everything was beautiful. Lovely feel and unique theme. Felt luxurious and would love to stay longer. Room was great and loved the bathroom and sash windows. As is the case currently I. Most places customer service was slightly lacking. It seems staff under 30 in this climate don’t feel the need to problem solve in any business. I shouldn’t generalise as done of the younger staff were lovely. Reception would benefit from the example of one more mature member of staff just to show more warmth upon arrival. In a property like this you would expect a greater level of training in terms of communication. The experience would be so elevated so easily if the customer was not made to feel like a slightly irritating distraction from talking to your colleagues. Our food was delivered to us with no cutlery and the bar manager ( wearing a suit saw this happen) she did get us the cutlery but a few minutes later she was with the member of staff and no conversation was had with him pointing out what had happened. How will he learn if he doesn’t know next time? The Irish charm means your staff are on a winner as soon as they speak for visitors. It would be so easy to make the experience really special for guests and produce more revenue with upselling if staff engaged in a more than perfunctory way.

- Tony (9/5): Very enjoyable stay - On arrival the first thing was the greeting. Staff were polite and curtious and very helpful. Once we got our room we found it to be very spacious and comfortable. The bar area in the hotel was very warm and inviting with a tranquil atmosphere, with beautiful decor that included some pictures and painting of the great ship. If there was anything that I had to point out. I thing the corridors were a slightly bit dark.

- Alison Fenton (10/5): 1st class hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for you! - We stopped in Belfast for a night after leaving Ambassador cruise ship. The hotel was in a fantastic spot for visiting the Titanic Museum (literally opposite) and the city (15 minute walk along the waterfront). The staff and the setting was first class! Nothing to dislike!

- Jane (9/5): Good stay for Titanic Belfast - Great location for Titanic Belfast. Nice breakfast and meal options available. The hotel was pricey I felt, but you’re paying for the experience and location of the hotel. It was decorated with Titanic and ship memorabilia and built on Titanic themes. This was interesting and appealing. However I wasn’t keen on the dark corridors with lighting stencilled for room numbers. I accept that that is a matter of taste and not a fault with the hotel.

- Lenka (10/5): - It was my third time at the Titanic Hotel. I love the place, the history and the luxury. I also had Private dining at the Thomas Andrews´ Office twice and the staff was extremely nice and wished me a Happy Birthday.
- Melissa (10/5): This hotel was beautiful - I loved everything about this hotel, the history, the proximity to the Titanic Museum. The interior was gorgeous. The cocktails were phenomenal and the food was delicious. I loved everything. I don’t have a single negative comment.
- Sally and michael (10/5): Titanic hotel experience - The hotel is a big part of the Titanic story. Fantastic how the building has been able to be revived. I felt i was living amongst history. Lovely feel to the building. The Irish people are so lovely!!! Nothing to report here. All good. Staff were really helpful.

- Tammy (7/5): I arrived to hotel. Thought this is just beautiful. I had paid 800€ for 2 nights in an executive suite. There is no on s - The property is very clean. Staff were friendly. Very local to a cafe called the paper cup. This was beautiful and roughly 1-10 pound each for food and coffee, spar local & gregs local. Nice to walk around. It’s very costly for what you get for money.
- Charley (10/5): Highly recommend to anybody thinking about booking. - Stunning, from the moment you walk in, no matter where you go, your met with a friendly face and smile, we used the bar, restaurant etc, everyone made our stay fantastic, so, so nice. It was also very informative, lots of facts about the titanic dotted around the place, I particularly liked titanic tv when we walked into our room, and the books, great touch.

- FulhamFanOnTour (4/5): Overpriced hotel outside the city - I came to Belfast to hear a talk about the Titanic so stayed here. The hotel was ok, but service at the bar and in rooms is poor. Should have stayed at the merchant.
- 042014sandra (10/5): Exceptional - Booked 4 nights at the Titanic Hotel through Newmarket Holidays 12th to 16th April 2026. The hotel is Fabulous with lots to explore at the hotel. The corridors and rooms decorated to feel like being on a ship, with dark corridors and pictures everywhere. Also close to the Titanic Museum and the SSE Arena within walking distance. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Localizado nos antigos escritórios da Hartland & Wolf todo o ambiente, decoração é alusiva ao próprio contexto historico da época e da construção dos melhores e maiores navios da epoca. Desde salas grandiosas, iluminadas e com quadros e posters das embarcoes da época sentimos mesmo que recuamos no tempo sem isso compremeter a elegância e charme deste lugar.
- Paula (8/5): Loved the hotel and facilities, despite our initial dissapointment of not having room we booked - Great history, so close to Titanic museum and lovely place The room I booked for 2 nights not available due to maintenance so was downgraded - new rooms TV kept cutting out and air con not efficient. We were given a drinks voucher and breakfast for 1 day 'on the house'.

- oscar1920 (8/5): Excellent food patchy service - Had lunch in Drawing Room 2 . The service appeared disorganised and we waited ages to order. The food arrived for a couple separately with a 4 min gap which felt longer. We got the wrong bill at the end and it all felt a little disorganised. The food when it arrived was excellent and worth the wait.
- brianoX1031MC (6/5): Nice enough hotel, poor service. - Was given a voucher as a leaving gift from my employer which was fantastic as we are planning our wedding at the hotel in September. On check in the reception staff checked us in but we were not informed of any hotel information I.e breakfast times etc. We got to room which was nice however one of the bathrobes hanging up had a fresh brown stain of some description on sleeve .. obviously hadn't been washed. Service in drawing room was awful, young kids who have no interest in art of service totally uninterested. Waited 20min to get serviced waited a further 20mins for skinny fries to appear then a further 20 mins for a cheese board to materialise. Later in evening on returning to hotel we went into drawing room for a drink. Once again service was awful, kids again not interested sat as waiter walked past us several times with asking if we wanted a drink. Had to go bar myself waited again.. obviously if the bar was busy thats fine this was good Friday bar was not busy at all there was handful of people in place. Same waiter who didnt service us stood folding napkins looking bored. Breakfast was not much better unfortunately. Very busy breakfast was lukewarm at best. Have to say it is making us question our wedding plans to be honest, wondering if we have made a mistake. I'd expect better from a hotel claiming be luxury and someone needs to get a grip on the kids they employ to work in bars. Bit of customer service training wouldn't go a miss. There was a manager on that night but she wasn't to interested in how customers were being serviced. Very very disappointing
