- דורון (2/5): לא טובה - אין חניה בכלל , אין חניה ליד המלון וצריך ללכת 700 מטר עם מזוודות. מיטה בנויה משני מזרונים ולא ניתן לחבר - נופלים בתפר כל הלילה . הזמנו לחדר 6 פעמים - קרח .ורק פעם אחת הגיע .
- Hay Eytan (10/5): I recommend it for a romantic escapade - When the receptionist learned that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they surprised us with a very thoughtful gesture. Upon arriving in our room, we found a bottle of champagne waiting for us. It was a wonderful way to begin our stay. About three weeks before our arrival, I made a reservation at the hotel’s Japanese restaurant. After booking, I called the restaurant to mention that we were celebrating our anniversary and asked whether it might be possible to have a nice table by the sea. The staff member responded positively, saying they had found my reservation and added a note to the booking. The night before arriving at the hotel, I called once again to confirm the request. This time, a different staff member informed me that they could not guarantee a specific table. In the end, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were fortunately able to get the last available table by the sea. The food and service were both excellent. My only disappointment was the inconsistency in communication. If table requests cannot actually be guaranteed, it would have been better to communicate that clearly from the beginning rather than creating expectations. I am sharing this feedback simply because I believe a good business can always become even better. Aside from this minor issue, I would gladly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.

- Michael (10/5): - חיפשנו מקום לחופשה קצרה של יום אחד בתל אביב-יפו, והבחירה במלון סטאי הייתה פשוט מושלמת. מהרגע שנכנסנו ועד שעזבנו הכל תקתק ברמה הגבוהה ביותר והרגשנו שחושבים על כל פרט קטן. הצוות במלון סופר נחמד, שירותי ומקצועי בצורה יוצאת דופן. להפתעתנו הרבה קיבלנו שדרוג מחדר רגיל לחדר מול הים, וזה פשוט עשה לנו את כל החופשה כי הנוף מהחדר היה מהמם ומרגיע בטירוף. מעבר לזה, החדרים יפהפיים ומעוצבים ברמה גבוהה מאוד, המתקנים של המלון איכותיים והאווירה שם פשוט מחשמלת וכיפית. למרות שהיינו רק יום אחד זה היה מעולה ומפנק במיוחד. מומלץ בחום לכל מי שרוצה חופשה ברמה אחרת! לעזוב

- Rachel (10/5): Beautiful Hotel! - Gorgeous hotel in a historic building (it used to be a Crusader Fortress that was later turned into an Ottoman jailhouse). Even though it's in the best location, there is so much to explore in the hotel itself that can keep you entertained for hours. I was upgraded to a Premium Plus room with a sea view and balcony. The room was exquisitely designed and very comfortable. There are 3 restaurants on site. Even though it wasn't open, the pool looked nice (a bit small though). Lovely spa as well. Really, you don't need to go outside at all. The pool was closed even though Booking said it was open. For a 5-star hotel, some of the services were sorely lacking. The bellboy at the entrance didn't ask if I needed help with my suitcases. The minibar was empty when I arrived. The phone didn't work when I tried to call reception. The toilet would run every time I flushed it. I ordered a creme brule in the lobby bar that arrived frozen. This was in the middle of a war and air raid sirens were going off every hour so I won't judge them too harshly, but some of these suggest ongoing maintenance and management problems. Having said that, every single thing I brought to their attention was dealt with immediately in a friendly and professional manner.

- Rob_Bloom (8/5): A fun parents’ getaway. - Alex at check in was super nice and immediately offered us an upgraded room with balcony and sea view. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We each got massages on the first day which were exceptional. We also got massages on the second day which were typical hotel/spa standard. Not bad at all, but not as good as the first day. Breakfast was very good. Room service proactively called us each day to make sure we didn’t need anything, which I felt was very indicative of the high level of customer service they strived to offer. We rented city bikes and rode along the boardwalk at night to a local restaurant and then again the next day to the beach. The hallways could be renovated and the spa facilities could offer more private relaxation space with loungers, etc. These are relatively minor criticisms and overall the experience was very nice.
