• Jonathan (10/5): Lovely stay - I have a very relaxing, quiet and comfortable stay. I was upgraded to an apartment which was very clean and the swimming pool was great too. The staff were helpful and check in was very easy. It was great value for money and I hope to stay again in the future.

Service very bad.tempat yg tidak privacy.Sebab sekali owner tinggal sana.Dan tidak selesa langsung bila terlalu banyak rules yang pelik.Tong sampah sila letak 2 atau 3 tempat untuk memudahkan penginap membuang sampah.Pekerja/staff seharusnya bekerja lebih bagus dan rajin.Tempat parking sila sediakan banyak sebab tidak semestinya satu rumah satu kereta.Dan sila ubah cara management apartment.Tempat parking sila sediakan setiap satu stand besi RESERVED ( NO PLATE KERETA ) ia lebih memudahkan pelanggan dan tidak tercari tempat parking. Mesin basuh dan dryer sila tukar jika rosak.Dan jangan suka hati staff masuk ke bilik pelanggan bila tiada disana.Sila pastikan pelanggan ada disana baru boleh masuk.Ini lebih kepada pecah masuk walaupun owner management yang benarkan.Jika ada barang milik pelanggan yang hilang tiada yang mahu bertanggungjawab. Satu lagi air telalu banyak klorin dan menyebabkan kulit saya dan baby saya mengelupas dan gatal kemerahan. Terima kasih.
• Andrew (3/5): Very poor dilapidated apartments that are overpriced. - Small but satisfactorily usable pool that was welcome relief on hot days. Some pretty room decor. Not too far from town centre and getting Grab cabs wasn't too difficult or expensive. Handy to have washing machine and dryer. Upper apartment felt secure. We had 2 apartments, and both were poor and beset with problems. Firstly, they weren't clean, and we spent the first hours cleaning up and mopping the floors as it was dusty. Most of the rooms were very musty as they were windowless, and ventilation was very poor. Aircon units and electrical goods (eg, cooker, fridge, and washing machine) were old. Water pressure in the upper apartment was poor, which meant showers were just a dribble. One of the toilets couldn't flush. The kitchen sink leaked water. Couldn't really sit out on the balcony as the aircon units were situated there and blew hot air out there. The kitchen was poorly kitted ... eg no knives or bowls, which meant cooking even something basic wasn't possible. The TVs showed terrestrial tv channels only, and even then, the signal was so poor to make it unwatchable. They only provided 2 aircon controllers for the entire apartment, which was silly as if you were in different bedrooms, you would have to hunt in the middle of the night for them in another room and disturb others. Downstairs apartment was badly designed with narrow corridors, narrow kitchen, and tiny showers in the toilets, which meant when you showered, it got the toilet seat, toilet paper etc soaking wet. Leaking water from upstairs bathroom into ours. Mouldy and musty. Dining furniture was heavily stained and soiled. Customer service was very poor (they are staff of an architect's firm in the same building and not hotel staff trained in hotel management and services). They weren't responsive, and it felt as if they were doing us a favour when we asked for assistance. This whole building has seen better days and is in poor repair. The photos on booking.com don't reflect the reality. To add insult to injury it was expensive - we thought we were paying midrange hotel prices for decent midrange accommodation, but this was basic and poor value. We are experienced travellers and must say this place really disappointed.

• Josien (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf met groot schoon zwembad - Mooi appartement met een heerlijk (schoon) groot zwembad. Goed te bereiken met een Grab, slechts enkele minuten naar het centrum. Erg rustig en n lekkere bakker (Mitra) op loopafstand (10 minuten… dikke aanrader voor mensen die graag brood als ontbijt willen). Inchecken ging op afstand en werd goed uitgelegd via de whatsapp. Tip: reageer wel op de whatsapp anders sta je mogelijk voor n gesloten deur.

• Zeusm (2/5): Very disappointed in this accommodation. - The swimming pool was great. The apartments are spacious. I would not stay at this apartment again. The location is far removed from central Kuching, which can be a problem, if you need to get somewhere early. It’s too far to walk in the heat and humidity. Unless you have a car, you’re dependent on local ubers that begin after 8 or 9 a.m. The Internet connection is unreliable. Apartment management blamed this on the “carrier” or something being wrong with your phone or laptop, but I don’t think that’s the cause. There were endless issues. Just when you thought everything was resolved, something else happened – very annoying. There were many issues, but the worst was an automatic building plumbing system that made noise all night long – inhibiting sleep and driving you crazy. This is an accommodation better suited to short stays and Malaysian people on vacation with their families – it’s not ideal for foreigners or extended stays. The staff was unhelpful, and communication was frustrating and difficult. I was not comfortable at this accommodation and think it’s overpriced and poorly managed.

• Hamed (10/5): Everything is good. I like the pool..the environment & the room.. Everything is clean & easy to access. - Even though the room looks old, but it super clean & spacious ! The environment also nice & feel safe.. Feel so relaxing. The washing machine & dryer is hard to use & take a long time. they say sometimes is stuck. They didt prepare the detergent. So whoever want to use make sure u bring ur own. N i heard dog (maybe neighbor i dunno) barking one night while i use washing machine. Its a bit annoying.

Comfort stay with friend and family. we booked 3 rooms, one of the room (lily suite) aircon not cold at all. PIC got change room for us. All of us like the pool and the kitchen. Have a great time with family and friends. next time we will come back for bbq area.

Location is near where I my working place. The toilet and bath room door is open or expose that will create unpleasant smell out from the toilet and cover the whole room after doing business.
