• Georgeta (8/5): - Este situat aproape de plajă și de terasele unde poți servi masa. Condiții bune de cazare. Cameră confortabilă, loc de parcare asigurat. Băiatul de la recepție este foarte drăguț, ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Micul dejun a fost bun. Cabina de duș neîncăpătoare.

• Laila (10/5): Vi kommer gerne igen - Fint veldrevet famile hotel. Ligger perfekt i forhold til stranden og strandpromenaden med småbutikker, apoteker, restauranter og barer. Rene og pæne værelse. God morgenmad. Der var lidt larm fra gaden, men det må forventes når det ligger så centralt.

Można było otrzymać bez problemu naczynia od personelu, jednak brak możliwości zrobienia herbaty bez angażowania dodatkowych sił była uciążliwością

• Nicholas (4/5): The location and the hotel are best avoided. - Not much, in truth. There’s a huge building site across the road, full of water. Booking.com’s confirmation said the hotel accepts bank cards. It doesn’t - it accepts cash only. (This is Booking.com’s error, not the hotel’s.) The beach is full of rubbish and with storm run-off from two days before you’d be mad to think of swimming there. The building is aged and our bedroom/bathroom were dated. Ripe for demolition and replacement. I bought canned/bottled drinks from the bar and the state of chiller cabinet was disgusting - obviously no one cares.
• Ileana (7/5): Only apartments have sea view! .. but nice hotel overall. - Nice hotel half block away from the beach but no buildings in between. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Toilet also good side, shower a bit too small though, but ok. Staff, in particular Gino was very helpful giving us a hand to bring suitcases to second floor. When I asked him for an extra pillow he sorted it out right away. When we asked for a place to put air to the tyre, he pointed us to the right direction. Breakfast was better than other hotels in Albania: fried&boild eggs, sausages in chunks, bread, jam, ham, cheese, cream&choco croissants, cereales and milk. Coffe, tea and juices. When it come to fruits, we only had melon and watermelon but realy juicy and tasty. This is something I discussed with Gino: we booked two superior double rooms with sea view. Sea View is when you open the curtains and you don't have to make the effort to actually see the sea. When the sea takes up less than 10% of the view, my friend it's not a sea view. For him what you see in the pics I uploaded means sea view (pics taken from our windows in rooms 301 and 303, so jump to your own conclusions) -- Then he said that only the apartments had the sea view I was talking about. This is not just a disagreement on what sea view is or is not. You can advised whatever you want and then mislead clients. However, if you advertised these rooms as "with partial or side sea view" I bet you'd get more satisfied clients. Apart from this issue, we enjoyed staying at this hotel for 2 nights and that's why I give 7/10. With a sea view, the score would be higher. Sorry, I had to take some points out as sea view was a big part of this booking.
• PRIMA (8/5): Hotel di passaggio a Valona - struttura non nuovissima in zona abbastanza centrale. Stanza con balcone vista mare. Parcheggio un pò limitato. Colazione buona.
• Julia (1/5): Stay Away - The location but never worth it, this place was surrounded with building, comstructions 24/7 and it was an enormous dust. Plus it was very filthy. 305 had a vomit smell. Although they sent staff to clean it Vomit does NOT go away. The head beds had fabrics and rugs keep the smell. The bathroom smelled nonstop sewage. The whole place had ants from every corner. One of the twin beds was so uncomfortable tossing around metal springs. You can’t sleep. The door of the room didn’t close, the power went off 5 times. One of the lights on the ceiling didn’t shut down completely so we slept with the light on like in a hospital room. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was lacking and it has been years that the cleaning and updates are not done properly. The breakfast was another nightmare. The stairs are very slippery marble which is a safety concern. Red Flag. I slipped but lucky I got my self after a few steps down..Please save your self and go somewhere else. I will NEVER step there again. Drive a bit further and get a decent clean place.
• Johnson (10/5): - We liked that the hotel is on the smaller side with only about a dozen rooms, and it has parking for about 5 cars. Compared to other hotels we’ve walked past during our stay, the hotel is set about 40m back from the beach in a quieter stretch, so there is no loud music playing late at night. Location is ideal for the beach, although for Vlore city centre you’ll want some transportation. I would happily stay again.

• Gregory (9/5): We enjoyed it and we would stay there again. - Location it’s very good near beach, restaurants and grocery markets and a local bus line. No elevator but most don’t unless it’s a big highrise. And staff carried our luggage to the room so hey no need to worry.
• Cobzaru (10/5): Amazing experience - The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind to everyone, very helpful with everything as well. The rooms were clean, everything was new, mattress was soft, breakfast was diverse and delicious (both savoury and sweet), the view was amazing since we could see both the mountain and the sea and it was very well located (close to multiple restaurants and to the public transport).

• Oleg (6/5): Pleasant - Friendly staff, comfy bed, filling breakfast. You CAN'T pay by card here. The shower cabin was really small, so I literally couldn't take a shower. No bath accessories provided.
• Adrian (7/5): Good - - very close to the beach - free private parking in the inner courtyard Despite to the fact that on the booking confirmation is stated that the hotel accept card payments (and the same information can be found on hotel page) upon the arrival we had an unpleasant surprise when the receptionist refused us card payment informing that they accept only cash payment in albanian currency. When I tried to show him that on the booking confirmation is stated that the hotel accept card payments the receptionist was arrogant and impertinent saying that the hotel doesn't have anything to do with informations writen on booking.com and if we don't pay cash we are free to go anywhere else. After sterile discussions wit the receptionist we manged to made the cash payment in euro but the surprises goes on - the receptonist refused to give us a receipt as payment proof giving only an invoice. Albania is a beautiful welcoming country ... pity that people like this receptionist spoils the image of the country.

Private parking is a big advantage, the area is crowded and finding a parking place is a challenge. Good breakfast. Very close to the hotel there are free and very affordable private sand beaches and the sea entrance is very smooth. A lot of variety of restaurants nearby. Furniture and TV set are obsolete (sea view apartments only). Noise from the street is quite annoying in the night (bedroom at sea view apartments, the other rooms are oriented to the inner yard.

Quiet. Good view. I'll stay there again. It's a great value. I liked it completely. Could use a better shower head. But the bathroom is typical European. Great supply of hot water. Good mini split for heat. The windows open for fresh air. I really enjoyed my stay.

O café da manhã é incluso porém limitado, há uma lista com as coisas que os hospedes podem comer e uma lista com as coisas que devem ser pagas a parte. O café é servido na mesa de cada hospede com a quantia certa e não em formato de self service. Na minha opinião esse sistema de café da manhã é ineficiente, porque há o desperdicio de coisas que eu não como e são colocadas na mesa. E não posso, por exemplo, ter a mais uma coisa que gostaria de comer. Reforço que o café da manhã não é ruim, só acredito ser um método ineficaz.

Breakfast was great, I liked the coffee, the croissants and the diverse fresh fruit (cherries, peach, melon, kiwi, banana, grapes - every day they changed fruit). Parking was safe. The hotel is very close to the beach and city centre. I enjoyed my stay. More fluffy towels would be great!
• Verified traveler (10/5): ritornerò senza dubbio - Personale disponibilissimo, colazione ottima e molto varia servita al tavolo, parcheggio in loco, vista mare, pulizia e ottima posizione a 30 secondi dal lungomare o dai ristoranti, vicinissima al centro e al porto. Cosa volere di più? E' la struttura migliore che ho trovato a Valona.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Need to improve cleanliness and brightness. - I stayed there for 2 nights. First of all, the staff was super nice. They helped with booking the tour and taxi for me. The location was good as well (near the beach and restaurants). However, the room was very old, totally different from the photo (The photo might be taken 10 years ago). It was much darker and I felt scared at night. During shower on the second day, there was a moment that all the electricity shut down into darkness for around 30 seconds. I wasn't sure if it was because of this building or the whole town. Moreover, all the towels were having yellow spots, which wasn't clean. Luckily I always prepare mine. The last thing was the bed was very hard, difficult to fall asleep. Overall, the price was cheap for the location. But I hope they can put one more lamp to brighten the room and replace all the dirty towels.
• Jürgen (8/5): Ideal für Sommergäste - Lage direkt am Meer! - Aufgrund der ausgebuchten Oster-Feiertage erhielt ich ein upgrade ohne Mehrkosten und durfte ein 4-Bett Appartement mit Meerblick nutzen. Was überhaupt nicht funktionierte war das WLAN-Netz bzw. Internetanschluss, trotz mehrmaliger Justierung des Rooters. Verbesserungswürdig ist heißes Wasser zum Duschen, war nur schwach lauwarm nach 10 minütigem Anlauf!
