- Ashish (2/5): Places to avoid - Except that the location is central, there is nothing likeable about this hotel. Rude staff at reception, musty and dirty rooms, no hot water, housekeeping services almost non existent, poor service at restaurant. In fact it is hard to think of anything at all that worked here.

- Balendu (1/5): Bad - I was promised my booking from October 21-23, 2023 at Gwalior. This was one of the most important events of my life where I was being invited to 125 years of my Alma mater in the august presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other heads of state. Because of Booking.com & the hotel I was left stranded just before the day of my travel with no other means but to shell out triple the amount. And all of this is done even after I taking to reserve the hotel almost 5 months before and also me being a valued customer with Bookings.com. In this regard I had called the customer care also and they confirmed that I will not be stranded and Bookings.com will take care of my hotel booking or provide and alternative. Nothing of that sort happened, thankfully good sense prevailed and I opted to seek an alternative considering was travelling with my wife and an eight year old daughter for this prestigious event. The staff and the management of the hotel is irresponsible and are full of greed who can leave a customer stranded even if one has booked the room 4-5months prior, this has left a big scar and scare for all my future travels if I engage services of Booking.com or choose to be in this hotel. PLEASE AVOID BOTH BOOKING.COM AND HOTEL REGENCY AT GWALIOR

Room and washroom are in wo - Nothing Room shown in the images was totally different from the room provided. Whole property rooms are in the worst condition. Room and washroom are stinky. Air conditioning is not working and making noise. Staff were very rude. Over hyped property. No maintenance of the property is being done by the owner. Food quality is worst. You canāt eat food from there restaurant.

- Rathi (2/5): Poor - I recently stayed at Gwalior Regency. The photos were something else and the room that they gave was completely different from the photos. It was misrepresentation and when we complained about it, the informed us that they have not updated the photos instead of apologising. Very rude staff My room was a complete mess. The ac was not working and there was a leakage issue in the washroom. After several complaints, still they didnāt take any action

- Raghunath (3/5): This hotel should be taken out of your recommended list. it is overpriced for its services. the rooms are offered at h - nothing. it is a old building crying for renovation. they did not find the booking made through you. later it was retrieved. bathrooms not very clean. fixtures old. rooms in dilapidated structures. Staff unresponsive. Food lousy.
- William (8/5): A reliable and recommendable hotel close to the railway station - Rooms are a good size and, cleaning was consistent and reliable, dining room well resourced. I would be happy to recommend this hotel for short or longer stays. There is no name board at the front entrance or other distinguishing feature to help find this hotel. Location is conveniently close to the main railway station but the 10 minute walk is difficult as you have to go through the busy bus stand and cross a dangerous road to reach the main station entrance. Whilst the staff were attentive, it would be good to see them smile a little more often when dealing with guests. A warm welcome always impresses!

Paints are uprooted, toilet doors are not been locked properly, Main door locks are too old fashioned, bed conditions are bad as springs inside are pinching while sleeping........third class not worth ful for such a high rates of 3700/- it is suitable only for rates up to 1800/- not more than that........
