EliECo111 (10/5): Even better than promised!! - When you book a vacation over the internet, usually you are in for surprises, most of the time unpleasant ones. The pictures never seem to capture the reality, or the glowing reviews were written in a century that has no relevance to the time you visit the property. However, in very rare instances, you land in a place that is not only nice, nicer than you thought, but actually throughly nice, from a to z. Welcome to Lebay! As I was waiting to check in, a smiling waiter provided me with a perfectly chilled lemon lime drink. Then, Faris sped us through check-in and gave me the electronic key to a very nicely appointed Modern room with a balcony overlooking the sea. I opened the door and could actually hear the waves. Ahhh, pure bliss!!! The location is also perfect not in the overly crowded or busy downtown of Larnaca but a few kilometres down the coast. In short: clean, modern, comfortable, with friendly, professional staff. And a big shoutout to Faris - you made our stay fantastic!
383daniellan (2/5): Worst Hotel Experience - It's a shame I cannot leave a review with minus numbers. There are approximately 2 competent staff members who are herding the rest of them around. The other staff behave as if they were trained at a circus rather than in hospitality. The construction work was a surprise (not great since I booked non-refundable) this means you cannot easily come and go whenever you wish so you're essentially stuck in the hotel. And don't even think about wearing white trainers or thinking you will walk to a kiosk that's 6 mins away. There is no room for pedestrians on the road, which the hotel obviously hasn't considered. The rooms are especially noisy since they are next to a main road. When I called to ask for the manager, they weren't even around. It was 4pm in the afternoon. I was told to call back in the morning! As if I would stick around that long. All round terrible.

Y1392JU_ (10/5): All was as expected. - We have the pleasant stay at Lebay Beach hotel with my family during 12 days in September 2025. The hotel is really very nice, with perfect and quiet location nearby the public beach (but no reasons to use the layers on the beach, better and more convenient, comfortable to use it near the pool at the hotel recreation area). Just 10-15 minutes from the centre of Larnaca by taxi or public bus (bus stop nearby the hotel entrance). Hotel with professional and friendly staff and good services (like at the 4 star hotel). Big and clean rooms with balconies. Very testy food (especially at the menu). Kindly recommended for long and short stay, if you do not need or like the city central location and need the privacy. Also the accommodation cost not too expensive, comparing with the the other hotels in this area.
Jason (8/5): - Decent hotel with large rooms and large double bed. Bathroom was very small with no place to put your grooming products as the sink area had no space. Worst thing was the WiFi which was Non-existent in the rooms!!! Location was near other nicer hotels with a nice promenade connecting the beachfront hotels. Bus stop outside but pavements are not finished. Food was quite limited at breakfast and dinner.
ronnn844 (10/5): Superb hotel - Had an amazing 10 days in this superb hotel, Couldn't of wished for more, Extremely clean throughout, We was Very well looked after, Breakfast was good, Pool and the sea are lovely, Reception went well out there way to send my keys back that i left in the room, they was delivered to my door in the uk in 48 hours, I will for sure be returning next year, We Would recommend to anyone, Wish i could stay longer,
HelsAnto (2/5): Find another hotel! - I have been staying at Lebay for 5 years now, and this year was awful. The cleanliness has gone downhill. The first few days there were ants in my room. The cleaners came up to get rid of them but when I moved one of the chairs, the floor was covered in dead ants that the cleaners didn't bother to clean! A couple of days later we woke up to 2 dead cockroaches. We were then moved to a different room and although it appeared to be a little cleaner, there were 3 things broken, the shower handle, the door to the balcony and the toilet roll holder. I mentioned it to reception 3 times but nothing was done about it. A few days before I was due to leave, more ants, this time in my bed! My son and I had both been bitten by them! It was horrid! I spoke with George the Manager who advised they would get exterminators in and strip the beds, however, he also asked if he could take out my suitcases from the room incase the were coming from them!! I wouldn't mind, but my cases are brand new! I was so shocked that he'd had the nerve to put the blame on me!!! He also mentioned giving me containers to put food in so that ants do not come back, but I had told them 100 times that we eat snacks on the balcony!! Again, putting the blame on us, not the hotel! They lost my sons comfort blankets in the process and he was absolutely devastated! H still talks about it now. This was the final straw for me, which is why I decided to write this review. The breakfast is so poor and tasteless, and the towels are stained and have holes in them. Pretty sure I was using them 5 years ago. Disgusting. The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the staff. Valentinos, the Reservations Manager is brilliant, Preeti the waitress is so lovely, kind and helpful too. There are too many to mention. George the Manger is so disappointing. The owners need to really think about what they do going forward, because they will be losing all their regular customers. My advice to anyone wanting to stay here is simply, DO NOT!!!!!!!
Climber48975260661 (2/5): Do NOT book it! - I stayed for one week and left! Do NOT recommend, because: 1. Food: Breakfast is served in a non-air conditioned buffet, so the (very limited) meats and cheeses are sweating. The staff leave dropped food on the floor and do not clear up. Old Room service is left in the corridors for days, uncollected. 2. Rooms: Dirty, mouldy, smelly. And with lots of cockroaches and ants every day. Wardrobes are broken Air conditioning doesn’t work Taps and toilets broken. 3. Pool area: Sun beds are cheap, plastic and falling apart. They seem to be from 1985, not 2025! The pool had green sludge, many insects and an oily film in the water. We did not get in it! Some of the staff are great, but others are awful, unable to make the basic drinks. They leave used plates and glasses everywhere, not clearing up. I saw a plate left on the floor, in the middle of a walkway for 3 hours! 4. Maintenance: Everything looks like it needed replacing 2 years ago. Sofas are visibly dirty, poolside furniture is stained and broken Corridors are dirty, carpets are stained. Lighting doesn’t work in communal areas. 5. The management: Whilst the general manager is amazing, the leadership are shocking and do not care that the hotel is run down and infested, with investment required. They do not seem to care/ know how to lead a hotel!

stellalZ6953MH (2/5): Very bad experience for the price - Filthy, misleading, and neglectful , nothing like the photos,the pool was filthy, dirty bathroom with hairs, slippery floor, useless Wi-Fi, and zero response from staff. Avoid at all costs.
Connector64554916165 (2/5): Shocking disappointment – stay away from this so-called “boutique hotel” - It truly takes an extraordinary level of neglect to ruin such a prime location. This hotel calls itself a “boutique hotel,” but believe me – not even the name fits. Where do I even begin? The construction flaws are endless. The common areas were disgustingly dirty, with greasy tiles and filthy marble around the pool, giving a general feeling of abandonment. The deck was dangerously uneven, with broken and poorly nailed wooden boards – a serious safety hazard. We checked into our room at 3:00 PM only to find hair – including pubic hair – in the bathroom. The floor remained slippery throughout our stay due to poor tile choices, and the Wi-Fi was basically unusable. I had to go down to the lobby just to get one bar of signal – and even then, I had to keep my microphone off during an important meeting due to background noise. We asked for two plug adapters (Cyprus uses different sockets from mainland Europe), and the response was: “We only have one for the entire hotel.” Completely unacceptable in 2025. The reception was non-existent. We reported our issues more than three times – not a single person showed interest or made any effort to help. Staff seemed totally untrained and disconnected, and the whole hotel felt abandoned. ✅ Pros: The location right by the sea is beautiful, and the breakfast was actually quite tasty. ❌ Cons: Everything else. The beach area was neglected, with dirty plastic sunbeds, and only five people were using it – which honestly makes sense, given the state of things. We paid €145 per night, which initially seemed fair for a beachfront hotel. But by the end of our stay, it felt wildly overpriced. To be perfectly honest, this place would be more suitable as a retirement home or a low-cost hostel for travelers with zero expectations. The rooms should cost no more than €50 per night – and even that would be generous. 📸 And let me not forget: the photos on Booking.com are heavily edited and completely misleading. What you see online has absolutely nothing to do with the reality of this property. It feels like a different place altogether. Worst of all? Larnaca is currently undergoing a major urban redevelopment, led by an award-winning architectural firm from London. In that context, hotels like this one either need to improve drastically – or shut down. Their presence is a disgrace to the image the city is trying to build.

Next to the beach with this awesome pedestrian path! Very friendly and polite people! Lovely food and pool bar options! Very beautiful rooms with all amenities and great view!
TerryB260 (6/5): Great sea view ,but with a wedding function no hope of sleep until it ends - We arrived 9th July approximately 8pm.As we were in time we went to eat.What was offered was the worst buffet we have ever seen.However after strongly complaining the chef freshly made us a meal which was fine. The food since has been great,we are now on Saturday. It's now gone completely unacceptable. Although we were informed there would be a wedding here today the disco and screaming outside our room is ridiculous, we have no chance at all of any sleep or rest until the music is due to finish at 1am. We have paid for 7 days accommodation and the least we expect is a good night's rest. If you plan to stay here I would advise telephoning first to find if there are any functions planned.If there are and you would like a sea view do not come as sleep is impossible.

As a group of friends we were disappointed with the lack of bars and restaurants within walking distance. There wasn’t a local shop. Taxis are a long wait and expensive. If you’re looking for a quiet week away this is perfect.

sarahgD4426RO (4/5): I would not recommend - The beach view from the room is stunning and the staff is lovely, however it’s not worth the price and I would not recommend. 1. On the first night, the sink in the bathroom was leaking, I reported this and a cleaner was sent to place a towel under the sink. I was then told that maintenance would come, but no one ever came. 2. Just before getting into bed, a cockroach was crawling on the bed; I immediately reported this and I was moved to a different room. 3. Similarly to the previous room, the bathroom was not clean, particularly the shower and shower heads. 4. Every now and again, the would be this foul sewage smell in the bathroom. 5. Poor wifi in the rooms. 6. As an all inclusive hotel, you would think drinks are included, however for lunch and dinner, you have to pay for them

No shaving point in bathroom. 3 adapters I was lent didn't work. Cyprus has square pin points the same as UK. Advice: taking shaving adapter.

One of our party fell ill on journey over from the UK and all the staff were very helpful including finding us a doctor at late notice. The manager personally stepped in to make sure everything was ok. Great location, lovely beach and pool, can’t say more than that!

519erikm (10/5): A true beach hotel with a friendly staff - LeBay is a true beach hotel, situated six klicks outside of Larnaca with easy access to public transport and guided tours. The best rooms are facing the ocean, and I loved waking up to the sunrise and the sound of the waves. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious, with an individual balcony, a minibar, and a comfortable bed (not soft). There are two restaurants, one for breakfast, which is really nice, and one for everything, also with a bar. Food is good, and prices are reasonable. The staff is the best feature. As all Cypriots I met, they are friendly and helpful. I should also mention that they have one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever experienced.

SaskiaS1998 (6/5): October Stay at Lebay - A lovely relaxing trip away mid-October with my partner to visit Larnaca for 9 nights half board. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by staff at reception, who informed us on all of the information needed regarding the facilities and where to eat/drink at the hotel. We were welcomed with a refreshing glass of fresh lemonade. To start off our trip, we were delighted to have been given a complimentary upgrade from a land view to a sea view room! Starting with the room, it was small but clean and had the most stunning views, stretching from Aiya Napa to Larnaca airport with lots of boats to watch daily and fantastic views of the sunrise daily. The room itself was cleaned daily within reasonable times, and the housekeeping team would never attempt to disturb us during our stay. At the hotel, there wasn't much of a selection for breakfast. However, I was quite satisfied with an omelette of my choice each day. Then, surprisingly we were served a set menu every evening for dinner. We were under the impression beforehand that this would be a buffet arrangement however, this was only offered on the last evening of our stay. Plenty of options for lunch (which is of course payable half board) and plenty of places to also eat out at. The pool area was quiet, and there was never loud music playing, which meant relaxing was always on the cards every day. There were never any young children running around being a nuisance or splashing in the pool. As for sun loungers, there were plenty at the beginning of our stay, many to choose from. You could pick between around the pool area at the top or choose to be down the bottom by the trees on the grass next to the passers by on the main strip to the beach. Locating the beach wasn't needed here as right in the doorstep to the property you only have to walk 10 steps onto the sand (if you can call it that as it was very muddy/man made). Again, there are plenty of loungers to choose from. However, this will come at a charge of €2.50 per person. It is a pebble beach as you get closer to the water, so it's highly recommended that if you don't have tough feet, get rock shoes! The staff at the hotel were remarkable. To start, there were 3 waiters we were impressed with the most, the young gent with glasses who never failed to provide the best service possible, completely runs the show on his own if need be. An absolute joker, a funny guy who made our needs no problem whatsoever and always happy to help with a smile! Secondly the middle aged lady who lived close to the power station, we had great civersations with her, absolutely lovely lady who went out of her way recommending local wines and even took us up to see the roof terrace which is used for parties/weddings! And last of all the young fluent Greek/Indian lady who was extremely polite, she made an effort to always clear our table quickly, check if we needed more drinks and even held great conversation. O e night she even went out of her way to grab me a blanket while sat outside on a breezy night and even took the courtesy to wrap this around me. I would highly like to praise her along with the other 2 bar staff immensely for their contribution into making our trip feel comforting and memorable. I will last of all finish with the pros and cons to staying at this hotel, I never really like to include a massive argument within my review to explain what was bad but mainly highlight the good but I will leave this honest review to outline what I would have liked to have known before booking here. Pros: • Remarkable and unforgettable staff • Excellent choice of drinks (alcoholic and soft drinks) • Great location to the beach • Quiet area of Larnaca and not at all busy • AMAZING views from the sea view rooms • Easily accessible from the airport (20 min drive) • Promt check in/check out service • Quick and effective maintenance team Cons: • Most (not all) food is frozen and heated • Pool is not cleaned around the sides and only cleaned for debris • Some furniture in the reception area and rooms and could do with a deep clean • Sun loungers also need a real good bleach or scrub, body fat is clearly visible • Housekeeping tend to leave long black hairs laying around your floor and bed quite often • Ashtray on the balcony is not emptied daily • Minibar was never replenished • Our rooms shower heads were covered with limescale and the tilling on the floor needed a deep clean badly (we reported both to reception upon arrival and they had the shower heads replaced immediately!!) • Tea/coffee mugs and glasses in the restaurant for breakfast were always dirty • Beach towels were slightly worm out and used, some with rugs and pulls • Drinks and food are extremely over priced • Roadworks right outside of the hotel at the time of our stay which could be noisy at times although this is not at all the hotels fault. • The events were very loud, sometimes lasting until 1am so if you are on the left side of the 2nd floor looking out at sea, be prepared to bring ear plugs to mask this Overall, if you're looking for a cheap budget holiday like we were and are prepared to stay 4 star then this is what to expect. However, we did thoroughly enjoy our stay as it was relaxing and the staff made it 10 times better than it could have been. We would consider coming to the area again but perhaps only visiting the hotel for a drink next time. Thanks Lebay Beach!
Polisgirl (10/5): One night enjoyable stay - We stayed here when dropping a friend off at Larnaca airport. The staff are really friendly. The hotel is right on the beach and very clean. We ate lunch from the a la carte menu and it was excellent. Dinner was from a set menu for half board and everything we had was good. The breakfast was extensive and we had freshly made omelettes. The room was spacious with a sea view and everything and everywhere was spotlessly clean. I will use this hotel again.
petergeorge1967 (10/5): "Highly recommend this hotel!" - I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, immaculate, and very comfortable, with stunning sea views. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The hotel also features a nice big pool with plenty of surrounding sunbeds, and a pool bar offering a generous menu of drinks and snacks. Additionally, there is a lovely seaside pathway nearby, perfect for peaceful walks by the sea. I would like to give a special mention to Valentinos, the Front Office & Reservations Manager, who was very helpful when booking directly with the hotel. He accommodated all of my requirements and made the process smooth. I also recommend hiring a car to visit the town center in Larnaca, which is just a straight, easy route, taking only five to ten minutes to drive.

Hotelreporter1987 (10/5): Beautiful views, friendly staff, nice cosy hotel and a brilliant location! - We had our first family holiday here and it was fantastic! Location - The hotel is right on the beach. The views are amazing and it's so refreshing being there. The area is very quiet and friendly and the main road isn't that busy so you don't really hear any cars going up and down. Hotel room - We had a sea view room and the views were beautiful. Sitting on the chair on the balcony at night is spectacular as you can see the stars, the moon shining on the sea and you get a nice fresh breeze. In the day time the views are also still great. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was easy to use/set. The baby travel cot was clean and both our bed and the baby's travel cot had the sheets changed daily. Food - Breakfast was always great. We never had any issues. There was always a baby high seat available too. There was always plenty of hot food such as eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, teas and coffees and cold food such as cheeses, yogurts, fresh fruits and orange juices. We didn't have dinner here as we went out to the restaurants each night. We did however have lunch on the odd occasion and the food was always good. It's reasonable in price too. We had Caesar salads, chicken wings and even pizza on some days for lunch. Staff - The staff were so nice. They were always there and always asking if we needed anything. They were very friendly and always brought our food out to us in good time. They were lovely people. Would we stay again? Yes!
Andonis (6/5): - Coffee mugs in the room had dirt stains inside the base, the towels torn, old and dirty. The pool bar also very dirty, needs a complete cleaning blast. The location is nice, on the beach which is a real shame that it could easily be put right with some proper cleaning

Dr. Sergio (8/5): - Beautiful hotel, nice swimming pool and by the beach. The staff goes above and beyond to help whenever necessary. Mariana and Elena are absolute gems. The air con is excellent, the rooms quite comfortable and spacious. The room with a sea view is highly recommended. Only negative is the internet connection, that is non existent other than the lobby areas. It was a bummer for those needing to go online, either professionally or simply to watch a movie on Netflix. The food is great, although boring for those staying for a couple of weeks on half board as the menu repeats every other day. One last thing, I didn’t enjoy being served leftovers from a christening party the day before. It was conveniently for the hotel the only time that we had a buffet service instead of an a la carte menu.Other than that, highly recommended.

Christopher (8/5): - This is a pleasant hotel, generally well run. They did have two loud parties booked until 1am during our stay but did warn us and offered an upgrade to compensate. The staff are friendly, and although there were some issues with the bar bill for us they responded correctly to my query. Food and drinks at the hotel are somewhat overpriced although not wildly out from those in other establishments in more up-market Cypriot resorts. The ambience on the beach is pleasant, generally Cypriot families, so this is not Agia Napa, if you are looking for night life - though this was fine because we weren't! The beach area is somewhat in development though and the facilities in Oroklini are a little limited - it's a good idea to hire a car.
Gaelle (2/5): - Honestly i was very negatively surprised by the condition of the hotel right now. It was sooo dirty. Mugs in our room still had stains and were unclean. There was a big cockroach running around in the room and another one dead left unremoved for 2 days in the lobby! Staff don’t seem to care at all! Not even an apology they just said this is normal. Would not recommend at all!
Florentina (6/5): - I liked the fact that the hotel is on the beach, they have a nice swimming pool. Mariana, the receptionist was super lovely. I felt that the breakfast option that was included in my package was basic, but still tried to make the best out of it, thank you! The hotel is located in a very quiet area, however it’s about 15 minutes away from the city - a car will save you, otherwise you also have a bus stop just outside the hotel which is convenient. The waiting time to get served was a bit too long in the evening. Regarding cleaning, overall good but could use a bit more attention to cleaning mirrors and balcony. The corridor that leads to the room was dark in the evenings, it does take some time for the light to come in when leaving the room (had to use the phone torch). Nice place and nice staff but didn’t feel like a 4* hotel.
chefAussie (8/5): A pleasant surprise - I read some recent negative reviews about this hotel and as a result I was prepared for a less than good experience However we had nothing to fault. Pleasant attentive staff, clean rooms serviced daily by helpful housekeeping staff, prompt room service, reasonable breakfast that was much the same as any other hotel we stayed at in Cyprus and spacious outdoor areas. It is not the hotels fault that the beachfront is not all that enticing - graded dirt and stones make for a less than appealing dip in the Mediterranean sea. We did notice a life guard on duty which was helpful. We stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to a wedding we attended. It more than served its purpose. If you are looking for a nice beach experience then this is not going to suit you.

deschanner (4/5): A poor 3 star hotel with 4 star prices! - Looks like a nice little boutique hotel from the outside but we found it to be shabby in many areas. Poorly lit at night when returning which made it difficult to identify from the road. Although it’s only 6 years since it was refurbished, the bathrooms look & feel worn, the external areas are poorly maintained [the plants look like they are in dire need of watering] & the stairs leading to the beach are in desperate need of a maintenance man with masonry skills. The floorboards outside hadn’t been tended to during the winter and also looked worn and uneven. The was litter around the external areas [cigarette butts] that lay there the entire time we were there. Nobody cleared them away. We found the staff [apart from the night manager] to have a can’t do attitude & the young portly man who manages in the day was rude to my wife on at least 2 occasions [stroppy & bigoted]. Other issues include - Not being allowed to purchase and eat your own snacks onsite [being forced to purchase extortionately priced beverages & snacks from their mini bar which are limited in choice] Facilities are poorly managed - gym is isolated and setup for male use only [if I was a woman I would not be using this facility alone due to it being in the basement at the bottom of an isolated staircase that is at the side of the property Breakfast - don’t know where to start! Sophie was always helpful - Anything you needed [she] would provide, the problem was that there was only 1 serving the whole property during breakfast. she was often left to clear tables, lay tables and take room numbers all on her own = woefully understaffed! other members didn’t want to assist so when choosing to eat outside, we were left to lay our own table & find our own parasol because there was no one available to help. I would not recommend this place primarily due to price but also due to its poor state and staff attitude towards its customers. Definite overpriced for what they offer. A big thumbs down for my wife & I & we won’t be returning here in a hurry!
HAMinton (4/5): Uneducated staff who have a complete unawareness of allergies and a company that have failed to respond to email. - The hotel is tidy, clean and well maintained which is why the hotel achieved at least 2 stars. Unfortunately the hotel and staff are completely unaware of allergens. On the first day I ordered the ‘vegan’ wrap, the name itself indicates that, it is at least, void of animal based products but I am aware cross contamination could potentially still be an issue but this is an intolerance rather than a severe allergy, however, it could have been. The next day I was unwell but I put it down to new water, ice etc. My husband injured his foot during our stay and we had to eat at the hotel restaurant as every where else in the location has to be walked to. I enquired if anything else in the menu was vegan so that I did not have to have the same dish but if I had to, it was fine. It was at this point the waiter said, the wrap is not vegan, it has egg in the dough, this seemed odd, he checked and came back and said it contained milk. I was shocked and really disappointed, he stated ‘it is milk powder so that is not milk’. The lack of education around allergies and dietary needs is awful. We complained to the hotel receptionist the next day, who asked why we had not complained on the day, we did to the waiter and she was directly in front of us when we did this. A male colleague did take the vegan wrap off the bill and lowered our overall bill; he also stated the hotel would email us, they have not. I have complained to hotel directly via email explaining they need to make sure this does not happen in future, as this can lead to more serious outcomes and I have not received any reply.
Estelle (10/5): - The property is situated right on the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooms are big and bright. The beds are huge and very very comfort. Breakfast had lots of options and the chef will cook you an omelette to order. The 3 course meal on an evening was worth every penny of the 20 euros charged. A set menu but lots of choice. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Samia (4/5): - The good news - the lobby bar area is really ncie and feels Metropolitan. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating The bad news - The hotel is quite dated. I could see where it was once a luxury hotel, but that time has passed. I only stayed one night before an early flight and was glad I did not have to stay longer. Everything is stained - the shower walls, towels, rugs, and pool chairs. New towels and serious bleaching of the bathroom to remove dark stains would help immensely.

Demetrius (8/5): - We stayed here for 2 nights on a half board basis. Rooms are nice enough, modern and sleek. There were some stains in the bedding which I would've raised with the staff if I was there for longer than 2 nights. Food was very good. Every dish I had was tasty. However, the pool area wasn't great, often very busy and overcrowded for a pool of that size. Our room was not ready to be checked into until 2.30, half an hour after check in time. We also mentioned in our booking that we were on our honeymoon stay but no action was taken. Might consider staying here if I'm in the area again but wouldn't rush to come back.

The rooms are small and basic and need some upgrades. Fittings in the bathroom were very worn and broken. The cleaning staff also need to look under the beds sometimes.

The staff was very attentive, the pool and beach are literally steps away, and the continental breakfast and restaurant were also quite good. The establishment is also very kid/family-friendly. If we return to Larnaca for a vacation, we'll also return to Lebay!

Verified traveler (8/5): Feedback - Excellent location and generally a very pleasant 'boutique' feel to the hotel. Rooms and all communal areas kept very clean. The breakfast was a little disappointing (in terms of variety of food available and the seating area). We were unable to sit outside. Service was not fantastic compared to some other hotels in Cyprus. I asked for my water bottle to be re-filled and was told there would be a charge. Iced water should be available to those sunbathing etc and you should not be penalised for trying to be eco-friendly.

The breakfast was a very nice buffet with staples but also rotating dishes. Dinner was also a nice buffet with several options to choose from. We stayed at thus hotel during off season so the hotel itself was relatively quiet(which we prefer). Overall we loved it!
