Koumudi (9/5): Exceptional property with service in mid-budget - The location, facilities, ambience and staff service was exceptional. This was a perfect getaway for a family vacation. We had taken a mountain view room with balcony, that gave us spectacular views. Their restaurant had limited options, but served absolutely delicious food. The only drawback was that some items on the menu are shown as all day dining, but they were not available throughout the day. This wasn't a deal breaker for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The other area of improvement was the breakfast time, which, I presume, with limited staff becomes tough to manage on busy long weekends and could be better managed. That apart, we enjoyed the pool, they arranged a sightseeing car for us at economic rates and we had a wonderful time! Keep up the good work! The place definitely deserved a 8.5/9 rating. The only drawback was that some items on the menu are shown as all day dining, but they were not available throughout the day. This wasn't a deal breaker for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property seemed a bit used up, with lots of wear and tear - paint coming off the wall, wardrobe door nearly jammed. They also don’t have lift - so that’s a bit of a hassle when you are too tired to climb up the stairs (even if it’s the 2nd floor). The breakfast spread was minimal, also it wasn’t something you’d look forward to in your trip.
