• Ivona (10/5): - Vynikající snídaně v restauraci cca 50 m od ubytování. Skvělá poloha apartmánu, všechny hlavní památky na dosah. Za poplatek zajištěno parkování ve dvoře, které nemělo chybu. Pan domácí Lukáš je velmi příjemný a snaží se maximálně vyhovět svým hostům. Problém by mohli mít pouze osoby se sníženou pohyblivostí, pokoje jsou ve 2. patře bez výtahu. Toto ubytování vřele doporučuji. Není co vytknout.

• Kathryn (9/5): An excellent place to stay. - The location to the old town was fantastic, a very easy walk to enter the old town, but also had small shops, cafes and bars near by. Lukasz was very helpful and on call when needed (which thankfully was not often). Apartment was comfortable for sleeping myself, husband and our 2 children(11 and 14) and had everything we needed for a couple nights stay. Easy to find. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere for a family or small group. Would definitely stay here again.

Имахме на разположение само по 1 хавлия на човек, а бяхме 4 нощувки и 1 обща в банята, което според мен не е мноо хигиенично. Апартамента е споделен въпреки че си имахме собствена баня, но в коридора. Така наречена кухня, не е възможно да се приготвя каквото и да е, защото няма вода в стаята. Просто това трябва да се добави в описанието на апартамента.

• MONTSERRAT (9/5): Ubicación , amplitud, limpieza , atención del propietario inmejorable. - Todo en general excelente, la atención del propietario, nos permitió acceder antes al apartamento puesto ya estaba listo, la comunicación con el excelente , eramos 5 personas y teniamos dos apartamentos, la zona era integra para nosotros, la ubicación del apartamento inmejorable , cercano a la plaza del mercado y casco antigüo. Decoración y amplitud de los apartamentos muy bien, asi como la limpieza. . solo nos faltó alguna toalla más, teniamos una de baño por persona, nos hubiera faltado una de manos y también gel.

Nous avons eu nos excursions annulées à 2 jours du départ pour Cracovie, j'ai pris contact avec notre hôte Lukasz et il a réussi à nous trouver les mêmes excursions. Nous le remercions pour toute son attention, sa réactivité et sa gentillesse.

• Patricia Pamela (10/5): A great base to be able to explore Krakow. - We arrived earlier then check in but was able to drop off our bags and collect our keys before heading out to explore the near by area. Very good location close to old town. The room was a good size with private bathroom and was very clean. Lukasz was easy to contact through WhatsApp and was quick to respond. A lovely apartment that I would definitely stay at again.

• Marko (3/5): Great location, but property is awful! Avoid! - The location and the cleaning lady. Absolutely everything, from creaking bed, to small pillows, to thin walls, to neighbours being extremely noisy. Someone tried to open our door with a key, if our key wasnt inside the lock and they went inside and we were naked, that would’ve been a shocking moment. Walls are so thin that you can literally hear a person snoring or breathing, not to mention someone making love which can go on for hours during night. After informing the owner of the incident about noise, he resolved it quickly tho. Shower has very limited hot water, 5-6 min max. After that only cold water and you have to wait a long time until a 2nd person can take a shower. Apartment is located on a 2nd floor with very high stairs, for people with knee problems or weight problems, this can be a big problem. I highly recommend to avoid this place, not because of the owner but because of the state of the property. Price is too high for what you get. It definitely ruined our experience and most importantly our sleep.

• Karen (8/5): Prima en schoon appartement in hartje Krakau. - Schoon en net appartement in het centrum van Krakau, paar minuten lopen van de Grote Markt. De kamer is klein, maar schoon en netjes. Schone badkamer met een lekkere douche. Appartement is op de 2e verdieping, zonder lift, voor ons niet erg maar goed om te weten. We konden vlakbij het gebouw parkeren op een afgesloten parkeerterrein; we kregen een afstandsbediening mee zodat we in en uit konden wanneer we wilden. Kosten voor het parkeren waren EUR 12 per nacht. De beden kraken ontzettend. Een klein nachtkastje naast het bed zou fijn zijn, evenals een lichtschakelaar naast je bed om het licht uit te doen.

We booked at the very last minute and arrived around midnight, yet the owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The place itself is modern, cosy, and in a perfect location — very close to the Old Town, making it easy to explore. A great experience overall! Highly recommended. I genuinely had a great stay, and there wasn’t anything major that I didn’t like. If I had to mention something, maybe just a small improvement could be made — such as providing shampoo and body wash — but overall everything was excellent.

• rebenaque (8/5): LLoc ideal i molt proper al centre històric, ben comunicat - m'ha agradat molt la ubicació del apartament, era una habitació bonica i amb comoditats, però no tenia cuina i el bany estava fora del dormitori encara que era privat per l'habitació. L'acollida molt bona pel propietari del apartament. Mes tovalloles, només hi havia una per mans i altre per cos durant els sis dies de l'estada, que hi hagués una petita cuina o una pica per rentar els plats o gots, ho vam tenir que fer a la pica del lavabo.

As it is not a hotel, the breakfast is served at the nearby restaurant (not buffet, it takes some time), and there is no separate luggage storage service after check-out. The building has no elevator (it's on the 2nd floor).

• Annelies (7/5): Fijn verblijf in prachtige stad - Locatie is fantastisch, je loopt direct de stad in en je zit direct aan het park. De host was heel vriendelijk en had een parkeerplaats voor ons gereserveerd (tegen betaling). Dit moet je wel aangeven zodat hij dit voor je kan regelen. We zaten met gezin van 4 in een kamer, dat was wel te krap voor 4 nachten. Maar dat was onze eigen keuze en geen verrassing. We misten wel een gootsteen op de kamer en 2 extra stoelen was fijn geweest (er waren 2 stoelen en een tafeltje).

Хозяин Lukasz был все время на связи, во всем помогал. Завтрак отличный, на выбор 5 блюд. Наедались вполне. Много света, особенно приятный отраженный свет в потолок. Было бы удобнее, чтобы было 2 ключа: мы сразу не попросили, а потом поняли, что зря.

The towels and pillows can be larger and of higher quality, which will make a huge difference in comfort and make this apartment as close to perfect as possible! It was confusing at first to locate the place, so a sign would be more helpful.

• Róbert (9/5): Great stay in Krakow with kids - We got a nice room with 4 beds. The apartment is shared with another room but it is very good separated. Bathroom was also nice and well equipped. Pictures are accurate! It was good with kids. Parking was also provided by Lukasz in a closed area nearby (within a good price compared to street parking). Location is absolutely great everything is just around a corner basically within walking distance. Kids enjoyed the stay and the city. Lukasz is very communicative and helped us a lot with extra info around the city. Nothing.

• Ben (9/5): The perfect apartment for a group during their stay in Krakow. - Łukasz was the perfect host. Everything was as expected and he collected us upon arrival at the airport for an easy transfer to the apartment. Entering the apartment, he came with us to show us everything - which keys were for which, where everything was etc. and invited us to contact him on WhatsApp if we needed anything else during our stay. As soon as we did, he responded and sorted out what was a very minor issue. The apartment was in a superb location, taking us 3-4 minutes to walk into Krakow's main square and meant we avoided having to pay for any additional transport. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. N/A.
