- Paola (5/5): Incómodo - El jardín y la ubicación del lugar. El desayuno bien y el personal amable. El dormitorio se veía viejo y le faltaba mantención, y también limpieza. La piscina estaba sucia, encontramos arañas, y muchos mosquitos que nos picaron. Nos pasaron raid y repelente, pero no se solucionó. La cama y almohadas muy incómodas.

La publicidad muestra principalmente lo nuevo.

El jardín está muy bien cuidado y es perfecto para relajarse Nuestra ventana daba a la pileta y tuvimos un grupo de niños a los gritos que nos hicieron el día bastante incómodo. El desayuno estaba bien, pero básico. La limpieza estaba bien pero superficial, mejor no mirar en los rincones 😅

Desayuno completo y muy rico, el último día salíamos temprano al aeropuerto y nos dejaron una mesa lista solo para nosotros, lo cual valoramos mucho. La ubicación es práctica y cómoda. Sin dudas volveríamos

- Anne (10/5): Great stay in Chacras de Coria - Balcony and beautiful grounds. Organized and inviting. Very convenient gated parking. Great communications and extra efforts from the staff, great breakfasts and dinners served to our schedule. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. Chose a nice bottle of wine from their wine cellar and enjoyed it in the salon. Service was above and beyond. 10% credit card fee was pretty consistent throughout Argentina - our hosts had good recommendations where to change money (not at banks!)

Booking and the location may need to adjust and show clearly the amount that you are going to pay. Feel very dissapointed.

The setting is of a traditional family home, open plan with high beamed ceilings. tastefully decorated with authentic furnishings. The garden is a peaceful place to sit in the shaded patio or by the sunny pool. We also enjoyed spending time on our spacious balcony overlooking the garden. The food was simple but delicious. The staff were welcoming and so helpful. The whole experience was wonderful! Nothing

- Victor (9/5): Nice and homey - It is a quiet area near places we had to be. It’s not Mendoza city and it’s not near the airport. This was a family gathering so the area was important. It’s like staying at home not in a hotel. It was a lovely experience. I missed bed side lamps ( our room had ceiling lights that are not for reading) and a more comfortable closet. A desk would have been nice, too.

They were very attentive and answered all of our questions and requests in a timely manner. The room was very spacious, comfortable and had a nice balcony where we could enjoy some wine. The staff was amazing, they let me send a few bottles of wines and stored them for us before we arrived. We requested to use their barbecue area which was in the back of the hotel and helped us with dishes, utensils, etc. The wifi had great coverage, the rooms had heating and air conditioning. Everything was amazing. The breakfast was very simple, eggs, bread, fruit, coffee and orange juice.

- Leslee (8/5): Very good - The staff at Casa Lopez were the highlight of staying there. Everyone was super sweet and went out of their way to assist. I don't eat a big breakfast so was happy with the lovely fruit. No real complaints per se...in the bathroom it would have been nice if there was a soap dish to place the soap. Same as in the shower, nowhere except on the shower floor to place toiletries. But that didn't take away from the lovely room.

And Claudia was very helpful too. Making sure I got a taxi, and send a text message to make sure I made it to my new destination ok :). - Rodrigo (9/5): Comfortable stay in the middle of Mendoza's best wineries - The location was very convenient to our needs, very close to many wineries we wanted to visit. The house is very charming and has an ample and well-maintained garden (unfortunately our visit was during winter, so we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool, but that's a nice feature to have!). Room is very spacious and the staff very friendly. Some small details like the quality of the equipment in the bathroom or having more pictures / paintings on the walls would add an extra charm to the property. Heating was a bit too strong and couldn't be adjusted, but we've just kept our blankets out of the bed

- Nicole (7/5): A mixed experience as overseas tourists but probably for everyone - The best thing about our four day stay was the room at the back with a balcony overlooking the pool. Easy access via Uber to local wineries but we rented a car for Valle de Uco. It’s not a picturesque place and if you want to be amongst vines I would recommend spending more and going to stay in Valle de Uco with great views of the Andes. This is a very suburban area. There are lots of dogs in this area and they can bark a lot in the early morning for hours. It is very comfortable and most staff were really helpful but tourist information and support is not very forthcoming which surprised us given why most people come to Mendoza. Foreigners are still in a minority since Covid so this may have something to do with it, as it would with the complete absence of printed materials for guests. All suggestions and most communication is via WhatsApp - which is fine but doesn’t replace good service (like ‘how are you’ what are your plans for tomorrow’ or ‘do you need any help with your arrangements’). We were not greeted when we arrived and loitered until the service person at the desk seemed free. it was an uncomfortable feeling that we were the disturbance rather than the reason for her job. This didn’t improve over four days. We spoke Spanish and asked many questions to seek our own solutions but if you don’t feel equipped to do this I would suggest looking elsewhere.

- Iggy (7/5): Cozy, comfortable, no frills boutique hotel with friendly staff. - Quaint, cozy boutique hotel in Lujan de Cuyo. The staff is friendly and tried to help answer our questions about local activities and arrangement. The room and the property are both comfortable. The communication with the staff was a bit challenging since oftentimes there were no English speakers on staff. My Spanish is mediocre so this was challenging. The hotel does not have any frills or amenities. It works for a basic stay.
