Perfect mattress in a very clean and quiet room, nice shower and Alexa to control things hands-fee, if that's your thing. A very few local handicrafts of high quality on sale, a great laundry service and just really very very helpful staff. Private parking

Pool, small restaurant, immaculate room, extremely professional staff always eager to help. They really made our stay pleasurable. For my next trip to Rioacha, Hotel Emerawaa will be our hotel.

- 155paulaw (10/5): Peace and quiet - Lovely hotel. It has a pleasant garden and a nice swimming pool. Our room, 105, was large and well equipped. The best place we have stayed in Colombia. The aircon is efficient. WiFi was satisfactory. The breakfast and lunches were good. The staff were friendly and helpful., especially as my husband was ill and needed a bit of extra looking after. We would definitely come back here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful and Nelra is especially helpful with her good English. The pool was fun and the rooms are nice and quiet which is rare in Colombia it would seem.

Les personnel est très gentils et arrangeant par contre. Pas de service de restauration ni de restaurants au alentours. Besoin toujours d'un taxi pour les déplacements en ville. Endroit sombre la nuit. Pendant notre première nuit nous avons eu droit à la fête d'un mariage qui se déroulait à quelque mètres de notre chambre et jusqu'à que la pluie est arrivée à quatre du matin.
- Verified traveler (4/5): old and lack of maintenance hotel - Hotel is ubicated in a very nice area, next to the beach and with nice pool, all seems to be a paradise but the lack of maintenance is obvious everywhere. Very old rooms, e light bulbs where dead, noisy A/C and we found roach Internet wi-fi doen't work
