• Roxann (10/5): - Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We took a weekend trip for our 11th anniversary to kickapoo, and decided on the Casino Hotel due to the short distance it is to the casino. Our room was very clean as well as the parking area. I would highly recommend this hotel!

• Alfredo (6/5): - The room was very clean and comfortable, but neighbors have too many dogs barking at all hours of the night and I got a call from the hotel receptionist the day before booking asking for my card number to secure my room. According to the Expedia customers pay at arrival...Didn't like that...overall good.

Everything was good Except they need a better handyman to do professional work most of the repairs look like the ones i make at my house just enough to get by. The staff we saw were very friendly and even good recommended us some good restaurants. Would stay again 4 stars.

• Leticia (10/5): A pleasant stay! - Along with the reasonable price our stay at the hotel was pleasant. Check-in was easy, staff member was courteous, room was clean, bed/pillows were comfortable, and air conditioning worked. The only problem we had was trying to figure out the TV remote control hahaha.

Seem like the Only reason they charge so much is because the location. It is the closest hotel to Kickapoo. They have games in the lobby area that cannot be played.

I informed the staff and all they could do is only reimburse me $30 off room fee and full deposit return oh and they said sorry. Like come on was someone murdered in my room and staff didn't clean properly.

• Anna (6/5): Kickapoo trip - For a one night trip to Kickapoo it’s ok nothing fancy to mention. There’s things to say that may improve the place but I’m not going to knock it down. And yes in a pinch I would book again.

• Juanita (6/5): More-or-less stay - Our stay was ok....the check in process was slow...i had booked room 5 days before and when we got there our booked wasnt in there system...plus just one towel for 2 people, no hangers to hanged our clothes, a few of the ceramic tiles we loosed, and we had a problem with the tv and i was fixing it and the back of the tv wasn't clean.

• Perry (6/5): - If you want a basic clean room then this is a good place to stay. It has all the basics but lacks a hair dryer, coat hangers, coffee maker, and luggage stand. It does have a microwave and fridge. Quiet and closer to the Casino than other motels. Again it is no frills but for the price it is a good place to be.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Almost complete - All was good except there was no wash cloth available and only one bath towel. Otherwise, everything else was available. Soap, conditioner, etc.
• Tammy (2/5): - The room was like staying in a matchbox. Very very small for the expense. There was a to go container sitting outside our door for this cat & dog to eat out of which was gross. The dog barked off and on all night. There was no window blind and there was a big gap in our door. They kept the hall light on all night which shined in through the curtain. The comforter looked dirty. There was no hand towels at all. There were two wash cloths in place of the hand towel. The Headboard was not attached to the bed so it just slapped the wall. One of the two bedside lamps had not electrical outlet to plug into. The doors were broke on the vanity. There were no toiletries or an ice bucket. I definitely would not recommend staying in this motel.
