- Bakollari (1/5): - recepsion didn't answer for check in
- Franco (1/5): - VI CONSIGLIO DI ALLOGGIARE ALTROVE, C'È DI MEGLOO, ESPERIENZA TERRIBILE. Villa tako SIETE DEI FOLLI, DISONESTI, BUGIARDI e DEI MALEDUCATI E CAFONI. DISONESTI, CAFONI, MALEDUCATI, SCORRETTI E BUGIARDI.

- Rinat (7/5): Good place to stay if you walk a lot and just sleep in hotel - Interior Bar under balcony, noisy at night
- Csaba (10/5): -
- Mark (1/5): Disaster, almost slept outside - Nothing, took and confirmed my reservation and check in time and left them said they were full and left me wandering the streets with my luggage until 1 am trying to find a place to sleep. Everything, the outside of the locked door looked nice though!

- Gemma (7/5): Three star hotel in great location - Beds were super comfortable and bathroom nice and modern. Super clean everywhere which is the most important thing. Great location in the centre of town and near nice bars and cafes. Our flight arrived very late at night and they stayed up to check us in. The windows have no sound insulation so the noise from the street sounds as if they are open. All night you can hear cars hooting, people at bars, and people going to school early in the morning. I recommend ear plugs. There was never anyone at reception which made it difficult to ask questions about the hotel or Tirana. On booking.com we asked for a twin room with balcony but got a double room with window. There was no breakfast although it said on booking.com there was. These things happen but was a bit disappointing. The room was also more shabby than the photos.
- Dorte (10/5): Wonderful family run , very cute, hotel. -
- Peter (9/5): Value and esthetics per price - Owned by a very friendly family who seems to live there on a top floor, or just be there (ower's son once opened a front door to a tourist when going out for a Bolt food, but could not check her in, but allowed to wait inside where it is very lovely and pleasant).
Build with a vision of a small hotel, and architect seemed to do a very good job. Double rooms have esthetic decorations, especially the persian carpets. Single rooms are OK, not so nice, but positioned into the yard and thus very quiet (rooms facing the street are sufficiently queit, too).
Location about 15 minutes walk from the centre, but just next to the best craft tap room, and perhaps some of the best city's restaurants with regard to value per price. Given the price. all was underatandably reasonable. Just FYI that there is no standard reception, so you better inform them about your check-int ime, so you don't wait more than 1 minute on the street for them to open a front door for you. Some appliances in rooms are not in the best shape, and some sockets are not in good positions, resp. there is not enough in single rooms if you need to make a tea and charge tepelhone at the same time, but these are tiny details.
- Scarlett (10/5): Would highly recommend! - Very welcoming, clean and good area close to everything in the area. The breakfast was also very yummy and the staff were very kind. Nothing to complain about. We loved it.
- Pelin (9/5): Superb -
- Jo (10/5): Exceptional - It was my first time in this country and city and having stayed in this property really made my stay more pleasant.....I highly recommend it. The location is perfect...very clean and very helpful staff.
- Kieran (9/5): Superb - Amazing value for money, very clean and tidy
- Emanuele (1/5): Bad - Niente They give me a room in another hotel non good
- Zuzanna (8/5): Lovely hotel in a great neighbourhood - The hotel was really nice, well maintained and furnished. The neighbourhood was also in a great location close to cafes, bars and shops and 15min walk to the main square. The hotel also were very helpful in arranging airport transfer for me and on the few ocasisons we interacted they were very nice, they also were very kind in allowing me to change the dates of my stay as my travel plans changed. I was travelling for work and stayed at the hotel for almost a week and encountered some issues. The AC in my room was leaking and even though I booked a “city view” room I was checked into a room that was facing a wall. After two days the hotel kindly changed my room. As a solo traveller I booked the hotel because it advertised itself as having a 24/7 reception, but I never saw anyone there, which was very frustrating. It was difficult to find any staff at the hotel or get any advice or recommendations. On the few occasions I needed to speak to the hotel I had to do it though Booking and the response time was long. The hotel also advertised itself as accepting card payments, but they requested that I pay for my stay in cash, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The front door to the hotel was very difficult to open, as there were some issues with the lock, and I had to call the hotel every time to be let in, which once again was time consuming.
- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - Short walk to sights, air conditioning, comfortable bed and large bathroom
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andi (9/5): Superb - Very welcoming hospitality despite we arrived pretty late in the evening, clean room, fair price, location very near to the center, kice coffee shop directly next to the hotel There is no elevator so those with heavy luggage might have slight difficulties (we got help from the receptipn to carry our luggages :))
- Alannah (10/5): Exceptional - Welcoming staff and fantastic location! Clean, good facilities and you couldn't hear any noise from the local bars / restaurants. N/A
- Tanvee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tanvee (10/5): Exceptional - The location was very central, and the hospitality of Ledia and her family was excellent. The room size was great and the amenities excellent.
- Amr (9/5): Modern rooms in a lively neighbourhood - Modern and clean. Good location close to center. Comfortable bed and nice neighbourhood with variety of restaurants and cafes Parking is a challenge. There is a nearby public car park with fees but with full most of the time.
- Adrian (4/5): One Shady Night - Convenient to the stadium Check-in procedure was really shady. The owner’s son made really insensitive comments about my background: “You do not look like an American because your eyes look more like a Mongolian’s.” Seriously, what is wrong with him? How does an American supposed to look like? Has he never seen Americans that are not white? And then scrutinizing my passport to find more about my ethnic background. This guy is mentally ill and should not be involved in hotel business.
The streets were way too loud, and there is zero insulation. I could not sleep at all. I also ended up in a worse room because they gave my room to other guests.
- Yen (8/5): hospitality like home. - A small family run hotel with very friendly owner. Liked the fact that they live on the 4th floor and the rooms are all on 2nd and 3rd.
A hip cafe-Hana to hang out just downstairs. Lotsa quaint restaurants and pretty bars all around the Blloku area. Very walkable to everywhere.
Felt safe on brightly lited streets - walking back alone even at 2300hrs.
Small but comfy and cosy room as well.
Will strongly recommend this place to everyone visiting Tirana!! Just to note. It's next to a school. A lil loud with school bell in morning and sch celebrations etc
Which is just a small issue.
- Paul (10/5): Excellent stay. - Great location, friendly staff, nice room with balcony. Nothing.
- Maia (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was wonderful, the location of the hotel is perfect and the facilities are great. The host was wonderful and very accommodating, made us feel like home. There are plenty of shops around, easy public transport links, and only a short walk from city center. Everything was perfect.
- Meliha (10/5): Clean and close to the center - The hotel was so clean and close to the center of the city. We parked in front of the hotel and walked to the center. The owner of the hotel was so polite and friendly. We totally recommend this hotel.
- Brian (8/5): Very good - Nice location
- Paul (9/5): Great location nice people, would stay again - Location and staff No light switches close to bed ,
- Igor (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable bed - like a cloud, delightful comforter. Sleep was very deep all the days we were there. I'm going to miss this bed)) The hotel is quiet. The location is very convenient to stay in if you are a tourist. There was no door to the shower. It may be suitable for some people, but personally it was a bit uncomfortable for me to take a shower.
- Erdicem (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gokhan (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of entertainment venues and restaurants. The rooms are so clean. The staff are so helpful and friendly. We loved Vila Tako and recommend.
- Leo (10/5): Great hotel/location and super clean and friendly. - The hotel was spotlessly clean. Amazing location. I checked in at 11 pm after contacting the host and it was not a problem 👍🏻. Also allowed to leave my travelling bag there after checking out while a had a few hours before the flight departure.
- Gary (10/5): Friendly and Comfortable! - This is a great little hotel in a fantastic location for coffee, food and a cool vibe. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the organised my taxi to pick me up from the airport because it was alate check-in. They are always willing to help you. The room was so comfortable, especially the bed and the shower. I have no complaints here, AMAZING!
- Adil (10/5): Exceptional -
- A.petkov (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simone (8/5): Very good -
- Rickbait (9/5): Superb -
- Tarık (10/5): It was a perfect stay! - Very friendly staff. Amazing location. But most importantly very clean!
I liked the shower specifically. It felt like showering under a heavy rain! I loved it! It was not important for me but the TV was not working.
- Semra (9/5): Superb -
- Jose (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very helpful and friendly. Even though we arrived very early, since the room was already prepared, they let us do the checking without any problem, and we could leave our stuff there.
They also help us book a taxi very early, since our flight was at 6:30 am.
The location is also amazing. We loved the neighbourhood and there are a lot of things to do around there.
- Nikolche (9/5): Superb - I like everything, just is family building not classical hotel
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (9/5): Superb -
- Joshua (9/5): Enjoyable stay - Good location close to town, nice eateries in close proximity. Room was big and clean so no complaints.
- Eya (8/5): Very good -
- Anastasia (9/5): Superb - The staff was very helpful! The room has everything you need and the bathroom is amazing! The location is very near from the center by walk! Value for money! It was a little bit noisy but it was okay!
- Andi (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location. Everything ok .
- Timo (10/5): Perfect stay for a couple of days in Tirana - The hosts are super friendly and helpful! Best location. Highly Recommend!
- Leonor (9/5): Great location - Great location! Cozy room. They offered water and tea which was a nice gesture. Right next to all the restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the touristic sights. The air conditioning was weak.
- Rutger (8/5): Very good -
- Verena (10/5): Very good -
- Leticia (8/5): Very good -
- Stana (6/5): Pleasant - Clean rooms
Staff was helpfull
Good location I asked for longer stay and owner tell me i can stay until noon but housekeeper knock on my door around 10am and then again around 11am so i felt like i have to go bf noon and that was negative side. They rush me to get out of room i understend that they have other guset but that room can be clean in 30min idk why the make such thing and the owner should tell housekeeper to leave me alone until noon. So if you want to stay little longer dont go to this hotel.
- Jack (6/5): Pleasant - The Location. Center area is nearby. Transportation, buses are accessible. Stores and restaurants are also nearby. Friendly environment. Room is clean. The single room is too small. No space for anything, especially with a regular size suitcase. The noise from the construction site, right behind the Hotel. No Refrigerator. The Policy also state no food in the room.
- Craig (10/5): we enjoyed our stay and the staff were great - great location, close to a great restaurant and easy walk to the park, lake and city centre. nothing
- Anonymous (2/5): the owner told me 5 min I was supposed to arrive (at 23hrs), being that check in was earlier, that I had to sleep somewh - the owner told me 5 min I was supposed to arrive (at 23hrs), being that check in was earlier, that I had to sleep somewhere else because the air conditioning was not working. So what was supposed to be 2 nights on the same place, ended up me having to work at the reception because the room was not ready on my 2nd day of stay, it was awful. and they were still cleaning the room (that to date I don’t understand how they repaired so quick the AC, my true belief is that they rented to someone else the room for a higher price and they put me on a worts hotel the night before to have more revenues)
- Maria (7/5): Wondering apart from above negatives - It was exceptional clean. Within walking distance to Skanderbeg Square. Surrounded by nice coffee shops/bars. Staff (son of the owner) was wonderful offering friendly conversation and advice about the area. No tea/coffee facilities. Paid for breakfast but didn’t receive.
- Jorge (7/5): Good -
- Kerry (10/5): Great location - Very comfortable and clean. Great location and friendly helpful staff. Organised our early morning transfer to the airport which was very much appreciated. Thank you.
- Sharemind (8/5): Very good - Great location in the blokku area.
Confortable beds.
Good air conditioning. Shower water jet wasn't very strong but it ha a very hot water
- Benjamin (9/5): Superb -
- R3d1n4 (9/5): Superb -
- T (9/5): One Big Family - Rooms were spacious, clean, and well appointed. Staff is super friendly and location was phenomenal Can't say there was anything not to like. Would definitely stay again
- Steffen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Morgan (8/5): Very good -
- Laura (9/5): Superb - Stuff is super kind and helpful, room is clean and cute! -
- Закир (10/5): The location is perfect and the owners, very lovely family members are very kind! - Everything was perfect
- Kerstin (6/5): Unfortunately not as good as expected - The location was great We had paid for 2 deluxe king rooms and one deluxe queen room. We clearly did not get the 2 deluxe king rooms as described in the booking. There definitely weren't two king beds in the rooms and there was nothing one could have called a suite with seating area (there was one chair). In our room the double bed was pushed into the corner which made it akward getting up at night and it felt very dark and cramped with a seperate single bed in it too. There was no water in the rooms (as stated) and our room didn't have a fridge (the other two rooms had one). The hotel is family run with the family living on top, but there's not very often someone at reception and it does feel like ones is encroaching on family time if one has request outside reception hours.
- Govind (9/5): Superb - Room is spacious and clean, loved the vibes over all.
- Patrick (10/5): Perfect! - The owner's son welcomed us at the hotel and made us feel right at home. Possibly one of the most pleasant welcomes we've ever had at a hotel. The hotel itself is small, cozy, and in a central location close to lots of cafés, bars and restaurants. The room was a nice size, very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. Overall, this hotel was amazing value for money, and we have absolutely no complaints. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Tirana.
- Karly (8/5): Very good - Friendly and accommodating staff. Flexible check in time. Location is convenient to all the tourist spots and lots of restaurants closeby Bit noisy but this is mainly due to the nearby ongoing construction work
- Yulia (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable little hotel in the very center of Tirana, located in a nice neighborhood full of cafes, restaurants and bars that offer good food. Perfect spot and good rooms combined with the best prices in the area, highly recommended
- Albert (10/5): Exceptional - Location and staff!
- Diana (10/5): Awesome, and would highly recommend!!! - The location is great! Very central and walkable to all sightseeing locations. But beyond that the service is great!!! The owners are very friendly and very helpful with any questions or suggestions for a genuine Albania experience! I would definitely recommend! And would return!
- Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly and helpful family run hotel!!! Clean, comfortable and great location!!! I would definitely stay again :)
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable - Very clean No shampo in the bathroom
The air conditioner not working
- A (9/5): Superb - When I arrived I had a very pleasant reception. Was given a room with a balcony, wifi was set up on my phone, asked if I wanted a coffee, Room was a good size for me being a single traveller. Kettle, shower, towels all provided.
In an absolutely amazing part of the city, plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops all virtually on your doorstep. Air Albania is about a 15/20 min walk away. Skanderbeg Square is 10/15 mins or so.
Staff were good, loved the location and if in Tirana would stay here again
