Connor (9/5): - Location was good, just a short walk from the center of Tam Coc. The family that runs it are all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and varied. We didnt go in the pool but there was always lots of people in it, it looked lovely. The bed was comfortable and clean. We had a power outage from the storm on our last night and woke up to no power, water or aircon. This is no fault of the hotel and infact they were sooooo apologetic for it (despite them having no control over the situation), fixed the water and even had a full breakfast spread laid out for guests. They also went above and beyond in letting us take some food for breakfast and giving us water for our early train. Thanks for a lovely stay. The towels were a little unclean and occasionally there was a smell coming from the bathroom, but this was fixed by closing the door.

Thijmen (10/5): Heerlijk! - Ons verblijf was heel erg fijn! De locatie is top! Je loopt zo het centrum in en je fiets zo de rijstvelden in. Het zwembad was ook nog eens heerlijk! Zeker een aanrader als je een fijn hotel wil dicht bij het centrum maar ook een beetje rust kan gebruiken in de avond. Het ontbijt was ook heel lekker, je kan zelf kiezen tussen wat voor ei of wat voor pannenkoek je wil. De kamer was goed schoon en alle voorzieningen waren erg goed onderhouden. We hebben de nachtbus naar Hoi An via het hotel geregeld. Dat was een betere prijs dan online en we zijn afgezet bij de bus!

Perrin (8/5): Très bon hotel - - la gentilesse des hotes - petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux jusqu’a 10h - de l’eau tous les jours - emplacement central plutot au calme mais proche des restos - location de velo et scooter sur place - jolis espaces et décoration - qualité des scooters: deux scooters et a chaque fois des problemes dont une panne qui a terminé l’escapade - heureusement je n’ai pas été facturée mais experience pénible - insonorisation: on entend assez bien l’exterieur et notamment le billard - L'établissement a beaucoup de potentiel, mais le calme est parfois rompu par le manque de respect de certains clients. Une intervention de la direction pour rappeler les règles de savoir-vivre (horaires du billard, cris d'enfants sans intervention des parents) rendrait le séjour bien plus agréable - avril 2026: quelques travaux aux alentours - rien pour s’installer et flaner confortablement allongé dehors: que du mobilier en bois dur
Morgan (8/5): - Great location, walking distance to everything but on a quiet street. Lovely pool. Lovely staff. Comfy beds. Neighbours honk their scooter horns every morning from 630am, which was annoying but no fault of the hotel, and I think it is the same everywhere in Tam Coc.

Patrick (10/5): Petite pause détente - Tout ! Le personnel est sympathique et prévenant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses, on s’y sent bien. L’emplacement est idéal, c’est calme mais hyper central en même temps. Le propriétaire prend soins de ses plantes quotidiennement et elles sont magnifiques. Piscine au top et propre ! Et bien sûr le petit déjeuner est super. Que du positif, on y a passé 4 nuits 🙂

Alexandros (3/5): Als Hostel nicht gut - Ich bewerte lediglich den Schlafsaal. Nachts hat jemand eine fremde Person mitgebracht, in einen Schlafsaal mit 6 Betten. Es gibt kein Schloss für die Türe und auch keine Schließfächer! Das heißt es hätte alles geklaut werden können. Ich schrieb der Rezeption, aber diese ist anders als beschrieben eben nicht 24h besetzt. Auch am nächsten Morgen schilderte ich den Vorfall und es gab nur ein Achselzucken. Auf meine schriftliche Anfrage gar keine Antwort. Wenn man Wertsachen dabei hat, würde ich das Hostel nicht empfehlen
Mario (10/5): J'ai adoré cet hôtel - Qualité-prix er selon mon expérience (4e long séjour en 18 ans), il s'agit du meilleur hôtel à Tam Coc. Service impeccable et toujours chaleureux, petit déj copieux et savoureux avec beaucoup de fruits, chambre très confortable et paisible, piscine rafraîchissante, bien centralisé à quelques mètres du centre-ville et excellents restos tout près. En définitive, ce sera mon 1er choix lors de mon prochain voyage... RAS

Thomas (10/5): Great accommodation in a central, quiet location - The accommodation was simply outstanding. Everything was clean and in perfect order. The entire outdoor area was also immaculate. The photos posted accurately reflect reality. The accommodation is centrally located but still quiet. The breakfast was superb, with omelets, various types of bread, toast, and lots of delicious fruit. The staff, and especially the owners, were very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this accommodation; we had a wonderful stay. There is nothing negative to complain about.
Vincent (9/5): - Personnel au top, lit (en dortoir pour ma part) confortable et salle de bain très propre et grande Piscine et billard agréable, possibilité de louer des vélo et scooter pour explorer les environs au même prix qu’ailleurs Même si il n’est pas mal situé, il se trouve au milieu de petites ruelles ce qui n’est pas pratique pour circuler (surtout si vous avez pris un scooter)
Aleš (10/5): Just the best - Extremely friendly and over beyond helpfull family! Helped us with out transportation to and even from Tam Coc, when we had great problems with our train tickets and they solved out our problem. If there is any need or challange, they will solve it. The rooms were nice and clean. Hotel is lovely with a nice charm and vibe. Breakfast delicious, good selection of fresh fruit, coffe and jouice. They even have pancake and egg station. Good location, quiet and peacefull, but still in a walking distance from city centre.

Nathanaël (10/5): Hôtel convivial et familial! Je recommande chaudement ! - Hôtel charmant et familial, en retrait du bruit et des restaurants touristiques. Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes. Le petit déjeuner est royal avec pancakes et omelettes. Toute la famille est très sympathique et n’hésite pas à aider pour répondre aux questions.

NATHALIE (10/5): Séjour Tam Coc au top - Jolie petit hôtel, bien placé et personnel très agréable et serviable Localisation au calme , mais pas très loin non plus des espaces publics, rues commercantes et restaurants.... Jolie petite ville... Je recommande sans hésitation Nous y avons séjourné 2 jours et le personnel à nos petits soins....location de scooter, top....et conseils pour visiter la région. Il manquait juste de quoi ranger nos habits. Mais ce n'est que mon point de vue car nous étions 4, avec 2 adolescents.....donc du linge..😉

Stella (9/5): Perfect central location in Tam Coc - Great location close to town centre, restaurants, rice fields and bike track. The inclusive breakfast was super tasty with fresh fruit, freshly made pancakes and omelettes etc. The staff were also super lovely and helpful. You can hire bikes for very cheap and cycle around the rice fields. The bathrooms need bath mats because the entire floor gets wet from the shower. The hot water is pretty good, but the shower pressure is hard! 😂 it kind of hurts.

Kate (7/5): Lovely staff and great amenities, the property needs a little TLC. - Pros: staff were lovely and very helpful. Lots of services available onsite, including laundry, bicycle hire and moped hire. Allowed us to check in early for a small fee which was super helpful. Location was great, close to the centre of the town, and close to a lovely walk by the lake - lots of cute cafes etc nearby. Cons: the property felt a little tired and run-down. Our sheets were sadly not clean (stains, hairs) when we checked in. The shower head fell off the wall during our stay, some tiles in the bathroom about to fall off. Towels they gave us had big holes in and were threadbare. Not a super cosy feeling room, only very bright overhead lighting available.
Ellen (9/5): Nybyggda och fräscha rum, men också äldre och mögliga rum - Poolen och innergården är väldigt mysig. Frukosten är väldigt bra. De nybyggda rummen är väldigt fina och moderna med smarta förvaringslösningar. Vi bodde först i ett av de äldre rummen. Där var det dålig isolering, samt väldigt fuktigt med blöta golv och tak. Det luktade mögel i rummet och vår packning var konstant fuktig. Jag fick utslag i ansiktet av den fuktiga luften och möglet. Vi träffade en annan gäst som upplevt samma sak i hennes rum och fått byta rum till ett nyare, bättre rum. Vi bad om att få byta rum och hamnade då en våning ner där vi upplevde samma problem. Det visade sig vara den andra gästens tidigare rum! Vi fick byta igen och hamnade i ett mycket bättre rum på den nybyggda delen där allt var torrt och inget mögel. Dock såg vi att några andra gäster ankom och blev tilldelat vårt första rum utan att personalen åtgärdat fukten…

Martha (9/5): Comfy beds and great location. - The hotel is very modern and beds very comfortable. The pool was lovely and it was a great location to be in Tam Coc. The staff were really friendly and the bike hire was really cheap! There was ongoing construction that we were not warned about. Although we were out most days, when we tried to relax by the pool this was a bit disturbing. Completely understand that they’re developing but a warning before booking would have been good. Also the breakfast is free but limited.

Leonardo (9/5): Nice hotel complex with friendly staff - Nice rooms, good breakfast and nice complex. Recommended for vacations. The shower was hot for 5 minutes only and then was completely cold.

Sam (8/5): Great service - Jenny, the one you will see the most, is a super friendly host. She texted us beforehand to confirm our arrival time. When we checked in she showed us a map of Ninh Binh and marked all the must-see spots with price information, best way to get there and best time to go. You can rent a bicycle, motorcycle or car with them. They help you book train, bus or flight tickets. They have an in-house spa. And you can get your laundry done. The pool table downstairs is crooked, so don't expect a fair game haha In our opinion, the breakfast is not worth paying for. When you book on Booking.com it's probably included, but just know that it's not that good (lots of fruits though).

Taina (10/5): Séjour parfait au calme - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été tout simplement merveilleux : tout était clair dès notre arrivée et le personnel a été incroyablement gentil et attentionné. Tout est pensé pour le confort des clients : vélos en location, possibilité de massage, et des petits déjeuners inclus le matin qui sont absolument délicieux. La chambre était très confortable, la salle de bain assez grande, et l’ensemble de l’établissement était parfaitement propre et soigné. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
