• Caroline (1/5): Terrible - Location The worst disappointment- not a hotel but an apartment in a dingy dirty building. You enter via a non descript entrance into a smelly court yard full of rubbish bags - smelly and unpleasant. No signage. Into door B which leads up steps- no reception. Into an ancient small lift- 2 people barely fit in with cases. Jump into building . Again reception is a girl with a desk. Poor English. No facilities beyond a communal sitting area. Room was large but dated and musty. We left immediately.no facilities disabled visitors . On leaving lift did not work. Had to drag suitcases down steep flight of steps . Was a disappointment and disgrace. Want my money back please .

Sengene er skønne, beliggenheden er i top Jeg valgte stedet udefra beliggenhed og billeder. Billederne var dog ganske misvisende, da der var billeder af en tagterrasse . Vi sætter stort pris på, at kunne sætte sig på en terrasse efter en lang gåtur i byen. Derfor var det ganske skuffende, at der faktisk ikke er en🫩 Ydermere, var der billeder af kaffe og let morgenmad. Dette er heller ikke muligt. Jo da, du kan lave din egen kaffe men med pulver mælk til🥲

• Eric (5/5): Quality and size of the room is the highlight of this place. It offers no other real perks. - room was clean and comfortable, shower had great pressure and never ran out of hot water Very hard to find since no lighted or otherwise prominent sign exists on the outside of the building. Outside of the building is run-down (not well-maintained). Staff is not on site 24/7 to assist with any needs. Stayed in the room with a loft bedroom. The end nob on the handrail on the stairs is broken, which is a safety concern. Evening drinks and snacks were disappointing - had to make your own drink from very limited options, and the snack portions were extremely limited. Not sure you can call this establishment a hotel. But they do not have the reputation such that they were unable to secure dinner reservations at upscale restaurants, which was very disappointing. Noticed a bad odor that would come and go in the bathroom. Not sure what kind of plumbing problem is causing it. No on-site breakfast service option.

Alla was excellent and was really helpful in providing details of any att - The property was right in the centre of all the main sites and attractions. It was only a stone throw from the Spanish Steps and all restaurants shops. The property was airy, clean and well maintained. The rooms were cleaned daily. The decoration and design of our room was done to a very high standard.

• Hannah (9/5): This converted palatial residence is beautifully decorated. The hotel is in the historic district i. - they do not have a restaurant but there are multiple great eateries minutes away.
• Elias (10/5): - We stayed here with our 1.5 year old and it was great. There are a few stairs but once you are over those you get in the lift and up to the 2nd floor where we were greeted. The staff was fantastic, very nice and welcoming. The rooms were very big, and it was fantastic to have your own kitchen with all the things you need. The building is beautiful with frescos on the ceiling which was so cool. The area was fantastic, you are close to all the shopping and not to mention the best cappuccinos and gelato at Bar Vitti around the corner. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

To enter from the street through a courtyard and up the steps, with art and romance all around is the beginning of the experience and it only gets better from there. You are steps from all the sites, best shopping, great cafes, and more. The staff were all so incredibly helpful and kind. Can't say enough about the Nobildonne. Highly recommend this spot.

The historical air of Rome best preserved in a modern facilities Villa! - The location was the best, within a minute-walk to the designer shops on Via Condotti and Spanish Steps, as well as very close to all major attractions. The staff were very kind and supportive (esp. Alla and Casey); The sense of intimate boutique hotel, like an old times Patrician Villa, it is truly a hidden gem that offers calmness although placed in the hustle & bustle of the city. I had some issues with opening the entrance door to the Villa, but they very kindly provided a link which, when accessed, the door would open automatically.

Had a slight issue with the aircon not working properly, staff were very quick to respond, unfortunately wasn't possible to fix on the day. The room is so large with high ceilings it wasn't too bad. Would have scored higher had it not been for this. Our friend was also able to book the adjacent room and had no issues.

You feel very well looked after, with a communal lounge available to use after a hot day out on the street - where complimentary drinks are offered. The furniture, tiled floors & decor are very attractive. Books on Rome, books on photography & many others available to borrow. An old fashioned luxury that you don’t often find . The amount of keys…. But not much you can do about that!
• Parijat (10/5): 5 stars - We had an amazing stay at this location. The receptionist contacted us prior to our arrival to make sure we would have everything we needed. All three of our receptionists were always in great spirits and very attentive. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean and spacious. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite given that we were staying for a week. Room was equipped with smart tv, hair dryer and straightener that were really nice. Also the air conditioning and elevator were great for the heat wave and traveling with lots of luggage. If we are back in Rome on holiday, this is definitely where we will be staying.

• Anita (10/5): - Even though the hotel is in a central location, the area itself if relatively quiet. It is incredibly close to the famous shopping street Via del Corso. The rooms are beautiful and the team also had a bottle of prosecco and a strawberry tart waiting for us when we checked in because I was celebrating my birthday. The team proactively recommended restaurants and coffee bars to try; they even arranged all of our taxis during our stay. The room was beautifully appointed and well worth the money. The building itself is a beautifully historic residence with original frescas on the cielings. Honestly this is a great hotel with wonderful, thoughtful staff. I had the best stay imaginable!

Pure clas and warmth: - Excelllent suite type hotel with the most marvellous team looking after every need I can think of: including my getting a bit sick and Alla even found possible docs and appointments! Everyone there are just beautiful in character and warmth: Alla, Kaycee, Jabal and Ulzhan/ and the wonderful lady who did an immaculate job in making the room so welcoming after trudging in Rome. The place is central As can be and exudes style and discernment . I will definitely go back again next time in Rome: in fact the only place to stay! ❤️❤️❤️

• Colin (10/5): Spanish Steps in Rome - Wonderful. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with lots of character. The Spanish steps is on your doorstep and you are spoilt for choice for shops and restaurants.
• Aleksei (8/5): Great characterful place worth the price - The location is ideal — you could walk (within 15-30 minutes) to every major landmark. Reception staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room had really tall ceilings and plenty of storage space, while vintage furniture added the atmosphere. There is an aperitif service on Fridays and Saturdays in the lounge. We were visiting in mid-February so the price was very low — you’ll get a lot for the money. There were issues with cleaning — a couple of times we received towels with holes and someone’s hairs in them. The bathroom was constantly damp and had the respective smell, but I believe this issue is due to the fact that the building itself is old. Generally, there are inherent issues with that type of property (only daytime reception and literally no facilities), but you should not expect that for the price.
• Christopher (10/5): Cute and Comfy Hotel in the Shopping District - Our stay was amazing! Super friendly staff. Only 5 rooms in the entire place so it feels super personal and you are well taken care of. They also have complimentary drinks, alcohol, and snacks through the day. We loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely stay again if we are in the area.

We couldn’t believe how quiet and tranquil it was whilst in such an amazing central location, just off the main shopping street by the Spanish Steps. The suite was so full of history and Roman charm with all the amenities we needed. Nothing, everything had been thought of

• Amy (8/5): Homely stay, superb location, missing a few finishing touches. - The decor is beautiful, homely feel, the location is perfect, staff were very friendly indeed and super helpful with restaurant recommendations etc. It does feel like you need to tip toe around if you’re awake early in the morning. it’s got a very homely feel, which is great, but missing some amenities like milk for tea and the reception isn’t open before 9 or in the evening… so if you want extra towel or something else you can’t get it. For us personally, we probably would have preferred a more traditional hotel service.
