• Anne Marie (10/5): Relaxing, quiet and never disappoints. - Stayed several times and will keep coming back. Such a relaxing place, sitting in the hot tub listening to the birds singing. Breakfast is always excellent. Rooms are spotless and everything needed is provided and our dogs especially love the sausages for breakfast. I can’t rate it highly enough. Staff are so lovely and helpful. We have found our happy place. I can’t fault Grange Manor at all.

Breakfast served in our room made us feel extremely posh! Tiny minor inconvenience - there was nowhere to put anything in the bathroom. It could do with a shelf above the sink for toiletries
• Jenny (10/5): The most luxurious place to stay! - Interior design and furnishings perfect! Top quality and pleasing to the eye. So good to have breakfast served in the room with table carefully laid - and the choices of food were all delicious. All the staff were delightful and took great care to ensure everything was right for you. A peaceful and beautiful setting. Be prepared - no point for shaver / toothbrush in the bathroom and no WiFi points to charge phones.

Loads of options and plenty of high quality food cooked to perfect and they were so nice about an extra sausage! Also love the free sausage for our dog <3 The room was just amazing, super clean, spacious with everything we needed. Amazing bathroom with huge shower, blue tooth sound system and heated floor!! The bed was HUGE and so comfortable. Outdoor secure beautiful garden for our dog and the hot tub. Plenty of pillows, towels and dressing gown and slippers. Not to mention the hot drink section with macaroons, chocolates and biscuits. The staff were excellent. We will be back! NOTHING It is PERFECT

• Kathleen (10/5): A convenient luxury place to stay in secluded woodland. - Everything. We had a room with a garden view no hot tub. It was amazing from the bedding to the breakfast. The produce and toiletries are all sourced from the local area and every little detail has been taken care off. It was a real luxury having breakfast in the room and the offering was excellent. You can walk into Grange over Sands and the train station gives you an extra way of exploring the beautiful coast line. There is a hill to walk back up to the house but it is fine if you are of average fitness. We got there and didn’t need to take the care anywhere as we used the train bus or walked. All good

• Ashleigh (10/5): Amazing place, stunning views, excellent and very accommodating staff - Stunning location close to town centre, the room was spotless and very relaxing, phoned managed at midnight because our room was to hot she was able to be with us within 5 mins and offered us an alternative room however we decided to stay in the room we were allocated and were brought 2 fans to make our stay comfortable this was greatly appreciated and an absolute 5* service they went above and beyond during our stay and we couldn’t be more grateful. Would 100% be returning especially since they were so accommodating with my dog also

Holly and Cory are amazing hosts, they really go above and beyond! Cannot recommend this place enough! Lovely breakfast served in your room, even the dogs are spoilt with sausages. loved the hot tub and secluded garden :)

Our suite was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. Cory and Holly are wonderful hosts, and made our stay really special. The breakfasts were delicious, and served fresh and hot each morning. The hot tub was a fabulous addition for lazy afternoons. This place is a hidden gem, and we would highly recommend it to anyone, and we will definitely make a return visit. Nothing to dislike

• LIAM (10/5): exceeded all expectations. - After hitting some traffic on the way and arriving later than i advised on the booking i received a call from the host to assure everything was going okay. I explained the situation and despite it being past the time they was scheduled to work they ensured that when i arrived i was greeted at the front door and saw to it that my check in went smoothly. Upon entering the room i was pleasantly surprised with the high standards of the decor and the cleanliness and also was over the moon with the little touches they added to the room that went above and beyond what i was expecting, a fridge supplied with still and sparkling water and fresh milk, little treats throughout the room like macaroons and chocolates , sprays and smellies around the room to make the stay comfortable and facilities such as dressing gowns and slippers which was great when we used the beautiful hot tub in the privately covered terrace. The bed was extremely comfy the shower was big and hot and the water pressure was great. The bath - although not used was huge and if i was to stay longer i definitely would of enjoyed a dip. The following morning we were greeted (on time as requested) with our top class breakfast (starter anbd main) which we ordered the night before from the menu which hosted a great selection to choose from and covered all dietary requests, followed with a tea / coffee and fresh juice (apple / orange etc). Overall the stay exceeded my expectations and if I travel to the area again i would not hesitate to book this beautiful venue again. Thanks again for the great stay ! See you again, im sure! The only one little issue we came across was the TV sometimes froze on us and may of been out of action for approx 5-10 mins however it soon picked it self back up and started working again. This may of been a room issue as a pose to an issue throughout but i think taking everything in to consideration, this minor issue is easily ignored but may be something the venue may want to look at!

• Danny (10/5): A Perfect Get Away - The room is exceptional. It's quiet and private. We're able to enjoy the hot tub without any disturbances. It's chill (2-3 degrees at night) but the tub is warm enough to enjoy it outdoors. We're happy to enjoy breakfast in our room everyday. There are several options for food AND you can choose when they are served, from 7 till 9am. The hosts (Cory and Holly) are wonderful and helpful, super friendly and at their best to serve. We're not an outgoing type but there are plenty to walk/hike/visit during the day. We spend most of our time inside the room to play boardgames and using the hot tub, bath...... Really nothing.

In a very quiet area with lots of woodland walks nearby which were excellent for the dogs. • Joanna (10/5): A Perfect Night Away - Me and my friend were looking for a chill night away to relax and catch up just before Christmas and we couldn’t have chosen a better place! We stayed in the garden warbler room which has plenty of space for just the two of us plus a garden and a hot tub that we were very impressed with. We arrived 2 hours before check in but the room was pristine and ready, we were only told the hot tub still needed to time to reach a higher temperature (which was fine by us!). You could really tell so much thought and attention had gone into the room from the complimentary macarons, to the shower speaker, and the selection of wine and flute glasses as well as some plastic glasses that were hot tub friendly so we could enjoy our Prosecco in the hot tub! (Prosecco was brought by us, but there was a SPAR not far from the B N B if you wanted to buy any bits) We also appreciated the information book with plenty of suggestions about walks and cafes/restaurants near by and also included numbers for takeaways which we really appreciated as we had every intention for a cozy night in. The TV had plenty of options including YouTube, Netflix and Prime, and although we had no phone signal the WiFi worked so well we never really noticed. The breakfast the next morning was spot on, it arrived in our room at the exact time we chose, completely fresh! We honestly had a perfect stay and could have stayed another night! Would definitely recommend for couples or a couple of friends or fancy a break away. Thank you to the hosts for making our trip away so special. Nothing!

• Elworthy (10/5): Perfection. - How brilliantly dog friendly the property and staff were. This was the first time we had stayed somewhere with my wee rescue dog who gets a bit anxious and it was superb. The standards of the rooms, the attention to detail such as birthday cake for my husband upon arrival and the excellent customer service make this a place we will definitely return to. Nothing, it was all wonderful with the exception of the weather! However the lovely pagoda covered hot tub was a perfect place to be on a rainy Cumbrian afternoon.

We were opposite the kitchen so were woken up when breakfast was being made each morning. The hot tub was mainly but not fully, private. We would visit again though and ask for a room further away from the kitchen.
