Guest Reviews
- Gregory (10/5): - It was perfect for us. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They just opened a brewery downtown that we were able to walk to, and we had a great time there as well. Overall a great B&B.
- Sharone (10/5): - Excellent location, and just a short drive to my destination:Dan’s Butterfly Farm.
- John (10/5): - Only B&B in Kissimmee. Owners were excellent. Enjoyed talking to them each morning over a great breakfast. Would definitely go back.
- Helen (10/5): - Tom & Christie were so welcoming, and friendly, house was quirky & amazing. Great location
- Charles (8/5): Nice stay overall - The owners are extremely nice and very helpful. The bed in our room (Dancing Horses) was less than average due to the air pump not keeping the mattress comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
- Gordon (10/5): - This place was immaculate and convenient and comfortable. It was a great place to enjoy. Also a great breakfast before you check out!
- Jason (10/5): - Fun B&B for an older couple traveling to the Kissimmee area. Good value for the price. The owners are fun and interesting and we enjoyed talking to them over breakfast. The facilities were dated but clean and in good working order. The window coverings did not fully cover the Windows which may be an issue if you are doing clothing-optional activities in the room. The Down pillows were also very flat. Overall we liked it and would stay there again.
- Pauline (10/5): - Great place!
- manuel (10/5): - They were excellent people very clean and vere friendly
- Thomas (10/5): - Awesome place to stay near the Florida Trail - excellent breakfast included as well as light snacks and drinks
- SANDRA (10/5): Perfect stay - Stayed one night, I needed to be close to the hospital and wanted to be comfortable. This was perfect. As close to home as I could have gotten. Well, I didn’t eat breakfast because I had to get back to the hospital the next morning, it smelled amazing! I stayed in the veranda room, had its own private bathroom. Beautifully decorated and bed was comfy. Owners were very nice and attentive.
- Yolanda (10/5): - We loved the attention to details. Excellent breakfast (organic eggs and avocado picked from the backyard). Love the art, the many butterflies in the garden, quiet place and the nice conversation in the morning with the owners, between others.
- Louis (10/5): - Host was great. He cooked a good breakfast and was very pleasant to talk to.
- Beatrice (10/5): - We loved the eclectic decor and the hosts were wonderful! Would come back anytime! Thanks!
- Clifford (10/5): - We had check in about 8:30 and hostess was helpful and pointed us to open restaurant
- Mark (10/5): True Southern Hospitality - There are just three guest rooms but the property is headed up to make you feel very welcome.
Enjoy a stay in real Florida. Wonderful hosts.
Highly recommended..
- Andi (10/5): True Classic B&B - Fantastic place, a true classic Bed & Breakfast! Fabulous room and bathroom, great service, breakfast, snacks, and just overall a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. I would certainly return here and I highly recommend this place!!
- Michael (10/5): - This spot was very clean and the owners are super friendly and courteous!!
- Virginia (10/5): Booked for convenience but now it’s a destination! - We loved the property and our room. But our hosts made it truly special. They served us a delicious breakfast and we were able to get to know them a bit. They are a very cool couple! We actually live just a couple of hours away but will come back again for a weekend getaway.
- Richard (10/5): Great B&B - The hosts were friendly and welcoming with arrival wine and snacks. The made to order breakfast was excellent. The room was quite comfortable with plenty of space for two. The B&B is within walking distance of downtown Kissimmee and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
- Robin (10/5): - Loved this place. It was just a short ride to the rodeo. Great room and friendly owners.
- Claire (10/5): - Lovely home and lovely people
- Annalisa (10/5): - We loved staying here! Room was comfortable, and it was close to restaurants in the little downtown area. The owners cooked a lovely breakfast both days, and were very accommodating with snacks etc. Would highly recommmend. Way better than an impersonal hotel!
- Robert (10/5): - Room was quiet and comfortable. 'Common area' w/snacks & beverages at anytime. Easy anytime in/out access. Owners were very nice and great to chat with over breakfast.
- Rex (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay very much 😀!
- Neil (10/5): - A really characterful property run by a really nice couple. Really welcoming, good facilities and an excellent breakfast!
- Kyle (10/5): Cozy, quaint, neat historic property! - The inn was clean, welcoming and the eclectic nature of the property gave our one day trip the perfect pizzazz. The self-check in process was easy, and we had a very comfortable night stay. We woke up just in time for a home-cooked breakfast and had a nice conversation with the innkeepers, Tom and Christi. The overall experience was awesome, and we would definitely stay again. Something to note, there were TONS of beautiful butterflies fluttering about the various host plants on the property!
- Robin (10/5): - Hospitality was wonderful, including a delicious breakfast.
They made us very welcome in their beautiful and relaxing home. We are thankful for their special attention to our dog, Molly.
- Frank (10/5): - First time staying at a B&B. Loved it!
- Kenneth (10/5): - The hosts were the friendliest. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Not only was the breakfast great, they provided several snacks and drinks (even beer and wine). Within walking distance to historic downtown Kissimmee. I would definitely stay there again in a Heartbeat!
- Jaclyn (10/5): - I loved the warm loving vibes emitted from the B&B. From the moment I parked and walked inside, I felt valued as a person and customer. The people who own the home are incredibly kind and the husband is a phenomenal cook! Thank you for having me and wishing me luck on my success during my competition!!
- sandra (10/5): - The Bed and Breakfast was very tranquil and cozy. The breakfast was great. Plenty of snacks and refreshment choices available. The owners were very friendly and accomodating.
- David (2/5): - This was our first time staying at an B&B and unfortunately we will not be doing it again. The self check in process is easy and convenient. The location of the bb was decent. They had one thermostat upstairs set to 75 with a sign saying we couldn’t lower it below 74. It was very stuffy upon arrival to the point of discomfort so we did lower it and after a few hours it cooled down. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was an air mattress that you could adjust, but it didn’t hold the adjustment. The room attached to ours was supposed to be and extra sleeping space/work space. But the bed in it was unmade and looked used. It was disturbing. I’m also very allergic to cats and I immediately could tell there was a cat in the house and that should have been disclosed (we did end up seeing the cute cat in the window inside the house). We were told breakfast was served at 8 (on the sign in sheet) but when my husband went down stairs to eat he was told they eat at different times depending on the day and it was going to be at 8:30 (it wasn’t even served until 9ish)
All in all a disappointing experience and would not recommend. Also disturbing that after leaving a review they left threatening messages asking us to remove our very honest and accurate review.
- Justin (10/5): A hidden gem - We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for a date night and absolutely loved this place. Our room the “Dancing Horse Room” was cozy comfortable, well organized and inviting. The location is just off the beaten path , but still close to everything. Also enjoy the porch if you get a chance it is quite peaceful.
- Paul (10/5): - We absolutely loved it. Amazing owners and outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be back.
- Mark (10/5): An excellent choice! - It’s a wonderful place where I immediately felt comfortable and at home. The hosts of the B&B were generous in planning their space with a living and dining area for guests with complimentary snacks, hot and cold beverages, wine and beer. Anything I needed like scotch tape or a phone charger was available. My room was large, clean and nicely decorated. My hosts were responsive to any questions I had and anything I needed. I will be back in the Orlando area again next year and will definitely stay here. Easy walking distance from the historic downtown area of Kissimmee full of restaurants. I highly recommend it.
- Dawn (10/5): - The innkeepers were very nice and friendly people. Christy greeted us and showed us were to sign in at. Then she let her two dogs come out and say hello. The next morning breakfast was made and served in the dining room. They even joined us for breakfast. We had bacon, scrambled eggs, hash and fruit. One of the fruits was from there own tree, blackberries. They were delicious! After breakfast, Christy and I went outside and she dug up some of her plants for me to take home. She has beautiful butterfly plants all up the walkway to the home. The suite had its own bathroom, a small refrigerator and coffee pot. I just can't say enough about what a unique experience this was!!! Thank you for hospitality and the plants!!
- Jose (10/5): - I loved the contactless check in at your convenience. The complimentary snacks and drinks were definitely a major plus, especially for those of us who drink a lot of water. The Dancing Horse room was extremely comfortable and clean. The innkeepers were very nice and pleasant to speak with. This was overall an amazing experience and I would love to stay here again next time I visit the area.
- Daniel (10/5): Perfect Weekend Getaway - We had a great experience! Very cozy. Great breakfast. Lots of snacks available throughout the day. Walking distance to the lake, restaurants, and shops. Short drive to Disney!
- Amy (10/5): Great stay - Host and hostess were friendly and hospitable and made it feel like visiting family and not just another hotel.
- Thierry (10/5): Historical stay! - Nice historic home (1913) own by a charming couple. Great place to stay a night or two in Kissimmee, FL
- David (10/5): Had a blast - would go back anytime. - I had such a great time here. I really enjoyed the host as well as enjoyed some of the nicest accommodations i've ever stayed in.
- Mark (10/5): - Lots of character here. Numerous food choices. Loads of amenities.
- Rebecca (10/5): - The interior of this historic home is beautifully remodeled and very welcoming. The hosts were so friendly and breakfast was delicious! The grounds are a bit overgrown but contain some unique metal artwork. I would highly recommend this B&B when in the Kissimmee area.
- Victoria (10/5): Wonderful B&B - First time at a B&B and it was great! Beautiful home and great owners. Loved the garden, wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit picked from their trees.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - friendly
- Trachelle (10/5): Great stay! Highly recommend - Wonderful BnB. Our second stay. Always cleans me comfortable with lovely breakfast and plenty of extras available, soda, wine, snacks, etc.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Examinee - Very clean and comfortable
- Karen (10/5): - Beautiful quaint home. Comfortable bedroom and coffee available in room
- Cameron (10/5): - Friendly owners, good location for downtown and restaurants / bars. Room and guest areas were spotless. Lots of guest extras at no extra charge.
- Carl (10/5): Kustom Kracker in Kissimmee - Ideal location just a short walk from Historic Kissimmee. You could not ask for a better reception or nicer people, Christi & Tom were great hosts, they have a fabulous property. Wine, Beers, Sodas and snacks on offer 24/7. Lovely breakfast cooked by Christi. We can recommend 3 Sisters for food & beers as well as Breeze for an entertaining drink. Kissimmee Lake is well worth a visit, so is the town of Celebration.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice breakfast. Friendly owner made accomodations for our late arrival and helped with directions to turnpike.
