• Doritte (8/5): - המלון יפה והחדרים מאוד יפים. צוות השירות היה נחמד מאוד אולם צוות הקבלה בקושי היה נוכח. כשחזרתי סביבות 21:15 למלון הלובי היה נטוש - כל אחד יכול היה להכנס. ה"כיבוד" בלובי התחתון היה ממש מינימאלי ולקבל עזרה בהשגת מונית לא היה אפשרי... 4 *?

• חזקיהו (10/5): - אנחנו נהנינו מכל רגע במלון מלון ברמה גבוהה נקי מאוד ממש מלון שקט חמים ונמצא במקום מושלם קרוב להכל ממש במרכז העיר. הצוות במלון ממש מדהים נותנים שירות ויחס משולם. הארוחת בוקר הייתה ממש ברמה גבוהה שפע של אוכל וכל הזמן מילאו את המגשים הכל טעים נקי ואסטטי. נהננו מאוד ויש מצב שעוד נחזור לשם!!

• Kody (9/5): - The best part of an Israeli hotel, is the Israeli breakfast, and this one did not disappoint! The hotel itself was very comfortable, and located in a very good area, very safe, and easy to walk to or catch a bus to the major spots.
• David (6/5): Overpriced and a bit Manky - The breakfast was great Booked a Garden jacuzzi room. Bath tub in the garden would be a more fitting description. Yes it had a jacuzzi function, but it’s about 2ft deep and 4ft wide. No chance of getting two in the tub. Those looking for a jacuzzi hot tub, look elsewhere. Zero privacy on the terrace and it’s right over the very large entrance to the underground carpark. Room was dated and in need of some TLC. They’ll also spam you to death on WhatsApp and mail to upgrade.

The room was spotless and fresh, and you could tell that there was attention given to insuring every guest has a pleasant stay. The bed was not comfortable at all. Additionally, I was under the impression that the porch had a view and it very much did not. That was very dissapointing, we were excited to have a nice view and instead we stared at a building across the street.
