- Karim (7/5): Quelques heures de sommeil après le vol - Situé en plein centre de Koutaisi, la chambre était propre. L’accueil, bien qu’il était 3h du matin, laisse à désirer. Une porte s’ouvre, pas de bonjour, le monsieur attend que je parle, me fait un geste de la tete pour m’indiquer d’entrer. Je pense que s’il a prononcé 10 mots pour le check’in, c’est beaucoup. Heureusement, le lendemain matin l’autre monsieur était bien plus sympathique.

- Łoniewska (7/5): Ładny hotel ale problem z wilgocią - Pokój był bardzo ładny, zadbany i przestrzenny. Personel miły. Niestety w łazience mimo tego że była bardzo czysta i ładna okrutnie śmierdziało kanalizacją i cały czas wyciekała woda na podłodze zza toalety. Ogólnie w hotelu chyba jest problem z wilgocią bo strasznie śmierdzi stęchlizną.

The room was not clean enough. Also it was a bit too noisy because it is right next to a main road, however, we were satisfied with the price we paid

The location was also excellent. As we were traveling with a child and a stroller, the steep stairs at the entrance were inconvenient. Also, breakfast was not available due to technical reasons.

- thequeen14 (10/5): Wonderful weekend in Kutaisi - The stuff was very, very helpful, I felt very welcome. Location was great: just a short walk to the city center, very convenient. The room was cozy and clean, I liked it.
- Татьяна (8/5): В целом переночевать можно, но я бы в след раз искала бы другой отель. - 1. Локация в центре Кутаиси 2. Много каналов на тв 3. Теплый номер, работают батареи 4. Полотенцесушитеь есть в ванной 1. Душ, вода протекает сквозь двери и стекает на пол и если там полотенце для ног, то становится сразу мокрым. 2. К сожалению, завтрак расстроил. Мы вроде не привереды, но не было даже яиц. А почему-то картошка фри, наггетсы и рис с морковкой. Ну и немного овощей. 3. Заменить бы матрас, скрипит немного кровать 4. Нет прикроватных ночников, можно хотя бы один поставить на тумбочку

- Diego (9/5): Ottimo luogo - Posto pulito, accogliente e personale super gentile. Posto vicinissimo al centro perfetto per visitare a piedi. Parcheggio gratuito pubblico appena fuori l'hotel. E sento in centro di notte si sentono un poco i rumori del traffico ma nulla di non accettabile.

Breakfast area was freezing, and noise from reception at night made sleeping impossible.(my room was just 1 meter away from reception) Very disappointing experience.

Сподобалось наявність рушникосушки в ванній кімнаті і батарей в номері (в Грузії ця опція не завжди є, а для зими актуально). Персонал дуже привітний. Завтрак міг би бути краще, можливо дорожче. Є невеличкий запах каналізаації в ванній кімнаті, який за 2 дні не вивітрився, ніби таке буває в стариї будинках. В іншому все добре
