Carolina Gnocchi (8/5): Condomínio bacana - O condomínio é bem estruturado, acesso privativo a praia, piscina agradável, sauna, jacuzzi e espaço com redes e espreguiçadeiras. O flat é bem equipado, possui filtro para aquisição de galão de água, saches de sal e açúcar, além de diversos utensílios de cozinha e 3 cadeiras de praia Não gostei da abordagem do atendente antes da hospedagem, para "evitar fraudes" exige-se pagamento por pix antecipado, sendo que no booking aparece sim que a empresa entrará em contato por conta do pagamento, mas é possível parcelar em até 6x, ele além de arrogante, aborda de forma inapropriada, dizendo que a empresa é inflexivel neste ponto. Trabalho em banco e muitas das fraudes ocorrem exatamente assim. Tive que discutir, e fazer um pix referente a 1 diaria, e o restante queriam que eu pagasse ate o horario em que os funcionarios estao disponiveis, sendo que eu chegaria depois. Situacao facilmente seria resolvida com uma abordagem gentil e um link de pagamento que ja contemple a estadia completa. Além disso a unidade que ficamos (C 407) os armários tanto do banheiro, quanto do quarto não estão em bom estado de conservação. Como as fotos são de diversas unidades, talvez a sua não esteja "impecável" para o valor pago.

(Período de férias) A cama do quarto tbm não é tão boa segundo meus critérios pq eu não gosto de cama que afunda. Gosto da cama mais durinha, semi ortopédica. Saí de lá com muitas dores nas costas.

Só no fim da estadia informaram que haveria um ônibus do condomínio que passa em determinados horários, mas não o vi. *A luz da cozinha era muito fraca e precisei acionar o administrador do apartamento para a troca. *A obrigatoriedade de ir buscar a comida na portaria do condomínio. Determinados blocos ficam muito distantes da portaria. Em dias de chuva isso é grande problema. *O restaurante do condomínio é péssimo, cobra caríssimo e ainda por cima só funciona nos finais de semana.
Guilherme Barros (10/5): Superou todas as expectativas. Voltarei certeza! - Foi uma das melhores experiências em hotel que já tive. O apartamento é de frente para o mar numa praia paradisíaca em que se ouve ao dormir as ondas e se pode sentir a brisa gostosa da praia. Por dentro, ele é extremamente confortável com camas e sofás e cadeiras muito confortáveis e equipado com absolutamente tudo o que possa precisar, muito bem decorado e com duchas excelentes, inclusive tem ducha higiênica. O local conta com um mercadinho interno, uma piscina sauna e hidromassagem perfeitas, academia e quadras, além de espaço verdes muito agradáveis. O serviço do anfitrião não poderia ser melhor já que além da facilidade na entrada e saída, indicou excelente empresa de turismo e opções de delivery em comida. Recomendo muito!!! Gostaria que o restaurante abrisse de novembro a março todos os dias pelo menos no café da manhã ou que tivesse uma máquina de café paga para uso dos condôminos. Seria bom se pudesse usar a piscina também de noite

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Restaurant hat von Montag bis Mittwoch geschlossen. Das ist, wenn man am Pool ist oder abends noch kurz was essen mochte echt blöd, da es rundherum nichts gibt. Man muss wenn dann mit dem Auto in den Ort fahren.

Hanna (7/5): Top Service, Lage und wunderschöner Strand – aber etwas abgewohnt mit Abstrichen bei der Sauberkeit! - Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der freundliche Service, die gute Erreichbarkeit und das große Entgegenkommen des Anbieters. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit, flexibel und hat Probleme schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Auch die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter hat unseren Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Das Fitnessstudio war ein Pluspunkt und die Lage ist super – der Strand ist wunderschön und gut erreichbar. Besonders positiv fanden wir außerdem, dass es für jede Wohnung bzw. jedes Apartment einen eigenen Parkplatz gibt. Auch der kleine Supermarkt in direkter Nähe, der rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat, war sehr praktisch. Weniger gut gefallen hat uns die Sauberkeit. Hier hätte definitiv mehr Sorgfalt walten können, da die Unterkunft insgesamt etwas speckig und abgewohnt wirkte. Dieser Punkt hat leider den ansonsten sehr positiven Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt.

Sobre o atendimento da Andrea, nosso contato direto com a Diego Flats, é muito educado e respeitoso. O processo de entrada no apartamento (entrega de chaves) também foi fácil. A segurança no condomínio é um ponto importante, há portaria na entrada e portaria na área de acesso à praia, há câmeras em vários ambientes. Há salva-vidas na piscina o que possibilita uma maior sensação de conforto aos pais. No anúncio da Diego Flats, tinha bicicletário e cadeiras para uso na praia. Atualmente, o condomínio retirou essas duas facilidades. Infelizmente, tive que me adaptar a um apartamento sem interfone. De início achei que nem seria necessário, mas foi necessário! Então, ponto negativo pela ausência de um item tão importante, nosso único contato rápido com o condomínio. Fiz um pedido por Ifood e a portaria não tinha como entrar em contato comigo. Precisei do contato de um telefone fixo na portaria. Pontos importantes: As pessoas que frequentam esse condomínio. Como não são proprietários de apartamentos, mas em sua maioria visitantes, você pode se deparar com pessoas que não respeitam as regras básicas de convivência como o barulho após 22h ou o cuidado ao portar vidro nos ambientes. A localização do apartamento é de frente para piscina (funciona até 20h) e academia (funciona até 22h), então, prepare-se para barulho até esses horários.

Danya Saphyra (2/5): - It’s a very nice place and very well located, but the experience i had with the administration staff was the worst, I chose a place where it would be suitable for 4 people to stay as it was mentioned in the description of the place because i was over there for work and my guests were my photographer and my stylist, at first the staff asked me the information from my guests and the day after they came and said my booking was only made for 1 person when I booked a place suitable for 4 people, they also mentioned about rules that does not show in the Rules & polices of the place, such as “No visitors allowed” and in the VG Sun condominium did not indeed have this rule because in the place there were papers with the rules printed and none of them mentioned about (NO VISITORS ALLOWED) this was a rule which they only mentioned when the booking was paid and confirmed and which indeed was not even real, it was made up rule by them, not the condominium itself, They didn’t want to understand the situation and wanted extra money for my guests per night that they would stay, I was forced to pay extra $300 for my photographer and stylist to come work because I didn’t have the patience to deal with people who just wanted to stork more money out of their guests, It was frustrating to deal with them and It made my experience be very difficult because I planned this trip very well so nothing would go wrong, It’s indeed a beautiful place to stay and peaceful but I wouldn’t book with Diego flat

CAMILLA (8/5): Não vale a pena, não voltaria! - O hotel, é pé na areia e isso traz muito conforto, praia maravilhosa. Entretanto, nos alocaram em um apartamento no terceiro andar, as portas da sacada estavam quebradas, as trancas das janelas também estavam quebradas, as trancas dos banheiros quebradas. Senti-se inseguro, visto que não poderíamos fechar nada e estávamos com crianças, podendo inclusive causar um acidente fatal, pois não tínhamos como fechar as portas e as sacadas não teladas. O apartamento tem muita sujeira na pintura, está bem mal conservado. Não volto nunca mais!

Leonardo (8/5): Resort muito bom, mas distante e atendimento ruim - O Resort é muito bom, piscina e quarto excelentes, mas é distante de tudo, fica a uns 30 minutos do centro de Caucaia. Atendimento pelo whatsapp péssimo e demorado, falaram que qualquer coisa era só chamar mas não sabiam nem informar o horário de funcionamento da piscina, pediram para ligar na recepção e ninguém atendia.
