- YIGITSEN (10/5): Perfect stay! - Joan has provided excellent directions to the accommodation, as well as a really nice parking space reserved for us. The room was so nice, we were surprised and enjoyed the fine details. If you are travelling with a family, this is the place, period. Joan has also prepared fresh breakfast right by the room, and coffee and refreshments are alwasy ready for us during our stay, again, thanks to Joan. Nothing really.

Le petit déjeuner est préparé avec soin chaque matin (salé et sucré?. Joan m’a permis de le prendre un peu avant 8h le dernier jour donc très arrangeant. Parking en sous terrain fermé. Possibilité de se garer avant de récupérer les clés de la chambre. Petite chambre avec celle de bain séparée mais au dernier étage qui m’était réservé. Petite chambre sous les toits Prix assez exorbitant de la taxe de séjour (6€ par jour) et du parking (20€ par jour)

- Soraya (2/5): Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel. - Le personnel très à l'écoute. Emplacement bien et accessible à pieds du centre. La chambre est très petite et étroite par rapport à la photo. La chambre se trouve collée à la salle du petit déjeuner, ce qui est très bruyant le matin et on ne peut se reposer. Chambre plus ou moins propre car on voyait de la poussière par terre. Pour couronner le tout, il y avait un CAFARD dans la salle de bains le matin. C'est impensable de trouver cela dans une chambre d'hôtel dit "4 étoiles". Je suis déçue pour le prix que j'ai payé.

Le balcon est agréable. Il n'y a pas trop de bruit. Lors de la douche du matin de la première, l'eau de la douche était tiède. Le soir, elle était froide ainsi que le deuxième matin. Nous l'avons signalé et le propriétaire nous a remboursé une nuité en guise de compensation.

- Yannis (9/5): Oase unweit vom "Centro" - Entzückende Zimmer, freundliches Service,. feines Frühstücksbuffet, Nespresso/Tee 24 St. und. vor allem ruhige Lage unweit vom komplett überlaufenen Zentrum. Ah, hab die kleine Gartenlounge vergessen:) Florenz ist (leider) traumhaft schön... Ein Tipp ist der etwas ruhiger Stadtteil südlich vom Arno. Der überdachte Parkplatz ist seine 20 Euro wert. Am besten ein Rad mieten (20 min Gehzeit) und man kann die Stadt voll geniešen. Gerne wieder. Es gab zwar Flat TV, haben aber die deutschen TV Kanäle nicht gezählt;)

- Elisa (10/5): UNA PIACEVOLE SORPRESA A FIRENZE - Stanze spaziosissime e pulitissime, bagni completi molto ampi. La nostra soluzione era su due piani grazie a un soppalco, con una stanza matrimoniale e un bagno al primo piano, dotati di terrazzino, e due letti singoli e un secondo bagno finestrato al secondo piano soppalcato, collegato tramite scala a chiocciola. Arredi comodi, bibite fornite gratuitamente nel frigo. La colazione dolce e salata viene servita in una gradevole veranda che dà su un giardino. Piacevole trovare di sera una fetta di dolce e dell'acqua col limone nello spazio condiviso. Forniti anche degli ombrelli portatili. Abbiamo usufruito del posto macchina, situato nel parcheggio adiacente. Il centro città è raggiungibile con una camminata lungarno, ma ho visto passare dei bus in zona. Sicuramente torneremo qui. Non è una critica, ma un consiglio: c'erano dei depliant interessanti, però non mi sapevano consigliare come fosse meglio prenotare Uffizi&co. Sarebbe importante poter fornire ai turisti informazioni precise.

- Eileen (8/5): because it was Easter i was happy to have found a room for the night but i wouldn’t choose to stay for any longer - the receptionist was extremely pleasant and kind and prepared a very nice breakfast. she also carried my bag up the spiral staircase when i couldn’t manage it although the room and facilities were clean i didn’t realise a) that i’d have to climb a spiral staircase and b) that i’d be in an attic room with just a skylight. i wasn’t able to stand up fully

- Lisa (10/5): Bezaubernde kleine Oase mitten im Herzen von Florenz - Eine herrliche kleine Oase mitten in der Großstadt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 20 Minuten fußläufig am Arno entlang zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind unglaublich stylisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Highlight ist die kleine Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten. Der kleine Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche und Wintergarten ist ebenfalls ein echter Hingucker. Tina hat uns ein tolles Frühstück gezaubert und für gute Stimmung gesorgt. Wirklich eine bezaubernde Unterkunft, die wir weiterempfehlen werden! -

- Jana (10/5): Nečekaně příjemné ubytování v docházkové vzdálenosti od centra - Prostorný čistý pokoj s velkou pohodlnou postelí, dobře vybavená koupelna, výborná bohatá snídaně s výhledem do zahrady, extrémně milý a ochotný personál, pěšky v centru za 10-15 minut. Okna a balkon do ulice, která je trochu rušnější, ale v únoru to vůbec nevadilo, dvojitá okna hluk dobře izolují. Pokud se vrátíme do Florencie, tak určitě do tohoto ubytování . všechno bylo perfektní
- Tommy (8/5): - Helpful and friendly staff! Great breakfast. Having access to some snacks in the evening were a nice treat. The room were small and I could not stand upright in most locations. Also the private bathroom were separate from the main room. I guess that information could be deduced from the pictures and the room were fairly priced but still I did not expect that. Overall still a very good experience and I recommend the place.

- Vladimir (10/5): Un bed and breakfast qui accomplit ses fonctions à merveille - Ma chambre, destinée à héberger une personne, était petite mais très confortable, avec un climatiseur efficace. Le bed and breakfast se trouve dans un quartier calme mais proche de toutes les activités que la ville peut offrir. Le service attentionné que la gérante propose est parfait : le petit-déjeuner est diversifié, pensé pour y retrouver les classiques mais aussi des spécialités italiennes. On s'y sent très bien accueilli.

- Laura (9/5): The price is right! - Yummy breakfast (fresh-basked croissants!), great friendly staff, very clean premises, price couldn't be beat. Appreciated that there are fewer crowds on that side of the river. The tiny upstairs room with a sloped ceiling is not for anyone who is tall! Fortunately I'm short--but still had to bend over to get to some parts of the room. Didn't LOVE hauling my luggage from the train station, but it's doable.

Room was spacious and have nice restroom with shower booth and one small restroom on the mezzanine floor. Great location just out of ZTL, 25 minutes walk distance from duomo even with stroller.

- Catharine (10/5): Great stay in a quiet area near the river with delicious breakfast and charming room - We had a late flight to the city and arrived late - the information on how to get into the building and room was clearly communicated before we arrived, and the documents and keys were clearly labeled. The room was charming and had a balcony overlooking the street, which was great as it was not very busy. The breakfast was lovely, and our hostess was charming and looked after us very well. Would have loved to have had a kettle in the room.
