- Barbara (10/5): Una perla nel porto di lavagna. - Posto meraviglioso,camere pulitissime,personale super accogliente e preparato,colazioni strepitose. Nulla era tutto perfetto.
- Nathalie (10/5): Gute Lage zum Erkunden südlich (Cinque terre, Sestri Levante) und nördlich (Portofino, Camogli) bei ausgezeichneten Gast - Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und entgegenkommend! Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich im Mittelpunkt und jederzeit von den Gastgebern unsorgt. Es wurden Reservierungen in den Restaurants auch kurzfristig vorgenommen und unkompliziert per Nachricht aufs Handy informiert. Das Frühstück war landestypisch und sehr lecker. Der täglich angebotene Aperitif war preiswert und wird mit Liebe im gemütlichen Garten serviert. Das einzige, was uns „gefehlt“ hätte, wäre ein hausgemachter Espresso, zusätzlich zum vorhandenen Kaffeeautomaten. Bei einem kleineren Hotel aber sicherlich eher schwierig.

- ARTURO (10/5): - Struttura molto carina arredata in modo piacevole e in posizione perfetta sia per le spiagge che per il centro o il porto con il diving. Due chicche: - in camera c'è una macchina Nespresso - se chiedete un telo per la spiaggia lo consegnano con un comodissimo zainetto in tinta.
- Dawn (10/5): Fabulous - A beautiful hotel right near the harbour - It's light, bright and airy. The room was very stylish and comfortable with a great shower and a lovely terrace. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Nothing.

- Özlem (9/5): - Das Hotelpersonal war super zuvorkommend und herzlich - wir waren wirklich begeistert! Es hat alles für uns gepasst, das Zimmer war schön und bei geschlossenem Fenster auch ruhig. Der Parkplatz hat sich direkt am Hafen befunden (einige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt), zum Gepäckabladen durften wir allerdings direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl war ausreichend. Zum Strand haben wir 10-15 Gehminuten gebraucht, worauf wir uns vorab schon eingestellt hatten, daher war das für uns auch vollkommen ok. Sollten wir wieder nach Lavagna kommen, werden wir dieses Hotel wieder buchen - und vielen lieben Dank für die kleine Aufmerksamkeit, die wir beim Check-Out erhalten haben. Das war total lieb :)
- Ekaterina (10/5): - I absolutely loved this hotel. Everything was perfect. The room felt brand new, with a spacious and very comfortable bathroom. The air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. The location is excellent, with convenient parking and a train station nearby. There are lots of restaurants in the area, and one really good one is right Next door. The staff were very supportive and kind. This is definitely the kind of place you want to come back to again and again.

- Diana (10/5): Exceptional - The facilities of the hotel are very modern and you feel it is a tidy, clean and confortable place to be. The room had everything I needed, although the room was very small, but still for a few nights is perfectly all right. The best experience of the hotel is not even the hotel itself but the service, the owners are always looking to make you feel as much confortable as possible, they send you the newspaper on a daily basis, they have a lovely organization for the breakfast, and they even sent me a message after I left to wish me safe flight home. I recommend this place 100 % I think maybe the one thing to mention is that, since the room is really small, the desk is not really confortable to work sine after some time you might feel a bit uneasy on the back, since the chair doesnt have any back support. But still it was a minor detail.

- Lindsey (10/5): Stunning hotel and amazing customer service!! - Absolutely everything! It was one of the most beautiful hotels we have been to and that includes the 5 star ones! Pure elegance with a beautiful view of the harbour at the rear of the hotel. Fabrizio and his wife were so hospitable and kind, as were all the staff and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Breakfast was lovely and the dining area gorgeous. We actually didn’t want to leave! I would advise that if you want to visit the area, including Cinque Terre stay here rather than in La Spezia - it is much much nicer!!! I am very sorry we didn’t! There was nothing we didn’t like except that we had to leave!

The breakfast spread was excellent - freshly baked cake every day, croissants, fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, cereals and coffee from a machine. The afternoon apperitivos are very reasonably priced with good snacks. The room was very clean and smelled great. I was in a small double room facing the railway which could be very loud but closing the window blocked out all of the noise. Great location - walking distance to both the Lavagna and Chiavari train stations, the ocean right outside and lots of restaurants nearby. Safe location for a solo female. Highly recommend staying here. N/A

- Clare (9/5): The Hotel is excellent except for the 8pm and 8am lock up and not tea and coffee stations. - The hotel was clean, comfortable and in lovely location. Close to restaurants and beaches, lovely bicycle routs you can use as well. The rooms do not have coffee and tea stations and you cannot get any services or use the hotels gardens or sitting areas from 8pm to 8am. It makes it very uncomfortable if you are an early riser or just wish to enjoy a quite drink before going to bed.
