• Amanda (5/5): Not luxury or peaceful and tranquil as advertised. - Positives - From the moment we booked the communication with the host was great and always responded to messages. Instructions on how to get into the property were given the day we arrived and the host then arrived to meet us and advise re cleaners visits and pool cleaning etc and how to operate the heating for the hot tub. On initial impressions the villa was great - the entrance area and security guy on the gate was super friendly and the general tidiness of the resort was good. The sofas were comfortable and the bed in main bedroom was large and comfy. The villas are advertised as luxury and tranquil. This was not our experience sadly. We had issues with extremely noisy neighbours for 8 out of the 12 days. The villas are in close proximity and although it says they are private, the way they are designed means that any neighbours that are up on the roof terrace can look directly down into your pool/sunbathing area - sadly this was a frequent occurence and felt myself feeling rather exposed and not able to enjoy what should have been a private villa. The noise levels are a big issue, and although we did complain - it seems to be a common problem as we had 3 sets of guests either side of us during our stay and all seemed to just do what they wanted with no regard for anyone else. Constantly playing music and shouting and screaming. The walls around the pool area also amplified the sounds. It did not feel like a luxury resort in any way. Perhaps we were just extremely unlucky with ignorant guests - but if you are a couple looking for peace and quiet I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere - we have stayed in numerous private villas in the Canary Islands and never encountered so much disrespect and continual noise. There is no welcome / info pack inside the villa with regards to "quiet times" so perhaps an addition of this and some rules on respecting everyone's privacy may go a little way to helping other people not have to endure this in future? We also encountered issues with cockroaches, an unusable bathroom due to a strong sewerage smell and the bathrooms are dated and not luxury in any way. There is no mirror in the main bedroom above the dressing table. I will do a longer fuller review on trip advisor as sadly I am limited on space on here - but we were very disappointed and do not feel it was worth the money we paid sadly.

• Hart (10/5): A clean, secure villa in a great location with excellent host support - We had a fantastic stay at the villa and would happily return. The property had so many features we loved. It was very clean and located within a secure, gated complex, which made us feel safe and relaxed throughout our stay. The driveway was convenient, and the heated pool and hot tub were real highlights. The location was excellent—literally just a few minutes’ walk to a nearby restaurant and only a 3-minute drive to two supermarkets, which made everything very accessible. Communication with the host, Camilla, was outstanding. She responded quickly and resolved an issue with the fuse box within a few hours, which we really appreciated. She also kindly provided a cot for us and made us feel very welcome from the start. Housekeeping was frequent, and the pool was cleaned regularly, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. There are just a couple of small things that could make the experience even better. Adding cushions to the garden furniture would significantly improve comfort by the pool, and a small coffee table by the sunbeds would be very useful for placing drinks or towels. Additionally, a first aid kit would be a helpful addition (apologies if there was one and we missed it). I cut my finger during the night and wasn’t able to find anything to properly bandage it. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely come back.

Parcheggio riservato adiacente alla villa, comprensorio molto curato e controllato da un vigilante all’ingresso. Sia la piscina sia la casa vengono puliti ogni 3 giorni, in una settimana una sola volta e ugualmente avviene per il cambio asciugamani. Un miglioramento del servizio potrebbe essere aumentarne la frequenza.

• Angelika (10/5): It was good and comfortable stay - The property is based in great location. The surroundings are very lovely. The property is specious, modern and the private pool and hot tub is great to have.
• Angelika (6/5): Stayed in two different Villas booked through this host. Two different experiences - Great location and nice area to stay in. The villa was spacious and modern. I stayed in two different villas within a week. We enjoyed first one a lot but unfortunately our second stay wasn’t as great. The day we checked in we found plenty of insects in the kitchen (presumably white ants) this stopped us from preparing any meal during our stay as they were just everywhere. Next day around noon we notified the host as we had to go out for all meals due to that reason and we were told if we would let them know before they could do something about it. Which is fair enough but we did feel like there was still time to organise something within that day and in all fairness the villa should have been checked by the host before we checked in. The hot tub didn’t work which was very unfortunate as we planned to spend nice relaxing evening before travelling back.

In der Küche war alles was man braucht, sogar alle Gewürze und Kaffee, Tee etc. Auch die Schlafzimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet, mit genug Stauraum für Kleidung. Die Badezimmer ebenso, sehr modern und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ein Traum und ebenso auch die Dachterrasse mit dem Whirlpool. Die ganze Villen Anlage ist einfach ein Traum und das dortige Restaurant ist auch richtig schön mit sehr gutem Essen und sehr leckeren Cocktails 🍹 🤗. All rooms great size and cleaners did a great job with visit Hotel drinks at breakfast were terrible but the food was very good - they did have quality drinks such as coffee and fresh orange juice but that was extra despite paying £25 each ! The place didn’t have locks that worked on the bedroom patio doors but the place is enclosed

• Fellinger (8/5): Tolle Villa - Die Villa war sehr schön, ordentlich auch wenn ein paar Dinge etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Einen eigenen Pool + Wirlpool zu haben ist richtig toll. Die Villa selber ist sehr groß und komfortabel. Großer Fernseher ist vorhanden und tolle Duschprodukte sind da. Die Lage ist super wenn man ein Auto hat, sehr ruhig und man ist gleich mal überall. Personal war super freundlich und für alle Anliegen wurde eine Lösung angeboten und sich gut darum gekümmert. Leider war der Pool nicht sonderlich sauber, was aber beheben wurde. Beim Wirlpool war nach 3 Tagen etwa 30 cm weniger Wasser drinnen. Durch den Saharasand war der gesamte Aussenbereich voll und natürlich auch das Wasser etwas. Die Betten waren ein Traum und auch die Küchengeräte + Waschmaschine ein Hammer und alles neu bzw super Zustand. Wir hätten uns sehr gefreut wenn zum kochen etwa Backpapier, Alufolie, Essig und Öl bzw. Grillkohle da gewesen wäre, weil für eine Woche Aufenthalt lohnt es sich nicht diese Dinge groß anzuschaffen. Wer aber viel essen geht kommt gut klar.

• David (10/5): Beautiful Villa - Beautiful villa. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The area was kept immaculate. Only a short walk to 2 supermarkets. It was private and peaceful. The villa was well equipped, clean and spacious. The hot-tub was very warm and a great place to chill and relax after a busy day. The pool wasn't very warm even when heated. But we only had it on for 2 days, so maybe needed more time to warm up to the max temperature?

• Kirsty (9/5): very pleasant, very peaceful and quiet. - It was clean and well equipped, cleaning staff came in and cleaned and replaced towels. We were left cleaning products to wash dishes and use the washing machine ect. There is two big shops nearby to get supplies and if you have a car it’s a very short drive to the sand dunes and town. It’s a decent walk into town and back if you don’t mind walking. The grounds are immaculate. The villa feels very private. We were not sure where to put our bins when they were full. However a brief walk and we soon figured it out.

Villa Veaco compared well to the villa we have previously stayed in but there are a few things that need to be addressed. However, the host, Camilla did everything that she could have done to make our stay enjoyable. The pool temperature was great and well worth the extra money for the heating. All the facilities in the villa were as described and we had everything we needed. The water pressure is poor, it appears that it has been turned down to save money, which is really annoying when you try to get showered. There was an initial problem with the water temperature but that was dealt with immediately. The outside floor area around the pool needs painting as it could be a hazard to children. Everything else was fine.

Et la literie très bonne. L’accueil est parfait. Le chauffage heureusement marche bien car pas de chance avec le temps ! Frustrant de ne pouvoir profiter des installations à cause d’une météo vraiment pas bonne . La piscine n’était pas accueillante , à cause du vent , feuilles etc, nous n’avons pas demandé de l’entretenir car il faisait trop froid pour en profiter ! Mais nous sommes certaines que cela aurait pu être fait car la responsable est très réactive et aimable. Une prochaine fois peut-être !

UN SOGNO AD OCCHI APERTI. - Tutto semploicemente meraviglioso. la villa curata nei dettagli, spaziosa, accogliente, con tutti i confort e le attrezzature, ascigamani, lavatrice, tutto ciò che serve per la pulizia della casa, shampoo e bagnoschiuma di altissima qualità, ferro da stiro, forno, microonde, frigo e freezer spaziosi, piano ad induzione, tutti gli utensili per la cucina. una villa luminosa, vicinimissima alla lidl e al mercadona, a soli 5 min di auto da Corralejo, posto auto. una comodità ed un sogno ad occhio aperti. servizio di pulizia piscina e casa. direi che non potevo desiderare di meglio. spero di tornarci presto, quando mi mancano i nostri bagnetti in piscina con acqua calda. Se la vasca idromassaggio fosse stata coperta sarebbe stato meglio perchè avremmo potuto usarla anche con le forti giornate di vento o cattivo tempo. ma è stato ugualmente stupendo.
• Sylvain (7/5): Very nice but issues making it poor value for money - Great villa with great facilities in a good quiet location away from the town centre Some issues I would not expect for rental in this price range. First we noticed maintenance people had entered the property in our absence (during our morning walk) without our consent...that is an unacceptable breach of privacy especially when for no urgent matter (just filling up the pool surely not needed for our 3 day stay). When we pointed it out we barely got an apology.... Then the boiler broke resulting in us having to shower with brown water...whilst the issue was quickly addressed, no compensation offered...for something which was a very unpleasant and stressful experience. Heating the pool at an extra cost of 25 euros per day is not worth it as the temperature it reaches, 26 degrees, is not high enough to make it comfortable or enjoyable. Should be included in the cost Late check out is possible at 10 euros per hour.!!! In short, great potential but far too expensive for the experience we had...a real shame

• bernd (10/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir kommen wieder - Wir fanden die Unterkunft als luxuriös. Die Räume sind großzügig und für uns ist es wichtig wirklich getrennt schlafen zu können. Außerdem sind eigene Badezimmer für uns wichtig. Das ist alles gegeben. Darüber hinaus liegt die Unterkunft am Ende an der Straße und es herrscht wirklich Ruhe. Das ist für uns sehr wichtig. Es wurde uns stets angeboten, dass wir uns melden wenn es an etwas fehlt. Wir haben das auch wahrgenommen und zum Beispiel der Wunsch nach einer KaffeeMaschine wurde innerhalb von 60 Minuten erfüllt. Wir empfinden die Unterkunft und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis so in Ordnung dass wir im folgenden Jahr gerne wieder für erneut vier Wochen buchen werden Ich möchte vorweg schicken, dass wir die zwei folgenden Punkte gegenüber den Vermietern nicht angesprochen haben und sie somit keine Chance hatten die im folgenden genannten Mängel zu beseitigen. Wir empfanden diese auch nicht als besonders gravierend. ich empfehle den Vermietern jedoch die Couch im Wohnzimmer und auch die beiden Cocktailsessel zu ersetzen. Die Möbel sind völlig durch gesessen.

• Chloé (10/5): Beautiful and Spacious Accommodation - Beautiful and spacious accommodation with plenty of storage space and a well equipped kitchen. There are two supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance from the property. You can easily reach the town by car or taxi within 5 to 10 minutes. I will definitely recommend staying here and will rebook when I am next in Corralejo. There wasn't anything that we disliked.

• Tim (10/5): Great complex and friendly staff - Communication with the property management was excellent and always quick to respond to queries. The villa was pristine and the entire complex was clean, tidy and safe. The villa looks exactly like it does from the photos and would highly recommend. A very minor point but there was no switch to turn off the pool light in the evening. This meant it attracted quite a lot of flies when it was dark and the next morning I'd have to fish them out with a pool net.

• Amandine (5/5): Ne vous fiez pas aux apparences - La maison est joli et bien équipée avec la piscine, la machine à laver, la jacuzzi, la cuisine et le supermarché à 5min à pied ainsi que Corralejo à 5 min en voiture . L’annonce mentionne 3 chambres, mais en réalité seules 2 sont raccordées à la maison. Les 2 autres sont séparées, ce qui n’est pas sécurisant avec des enfants. De plus, il y a beaucoup d’humidité et une forte odeur : impossible de dormir dans deux chambres, le problème étant visiblement masqué par de la décoration murale. Nous sommes arrivés à 14h50 et avons signalé notre présence. L’accès était prévu à 15h, mais à 15h05 personne, sans aucune excuse — ce qui est compliqué avec des enfants. Enfin, bien que la villa se situe dans un complexe hôtelier, l’accès aux services (ex. salle de sport, petit déjeuner, accueil à l arrivée, voiturette de bagages ect) n’est pas pour vous, ce qui n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce. Pour le gym, il faut même sortir de la résidence et prendre la voiture. Trop de non-dits qui impactent clairement le séjour
• Carlotta (8/5): Schönes Haus, gute Lage und sehr nette Vermieter ☺️☀️ - Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit allem was man braucht. Pfannen, Töpfe etc. Selbst eine Musikbox war vorhanden, man kann in dem Restaurant vor Ort auch essen oder einen Cocktail trinken gehen. Gute Lage, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat perfekt, wir sind einmal in die Stadt gelaufen, auch das war möglich. Der Whirlpool war super und der Pool ebenfalls sehr schön. Es gab tolle Seifen, Duschgele sowie Shampoo von Rituals, was wir sehr cool fanden. Die Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind ebenfalls vom Vorteil gewesen :) Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter und nette Menschen die auf der Anlage arbeiten. Etwas wofür die Vermieterin nichts kann, aber dennoch auch von uns aufmerksam gemacht wurde, dass auf Grund des vielen Regens in den letzten Monaten, einige Stellen im Haus sehr nass waren, sodass der Putz von der wand gerieselt ist & man trotz dauerhaften nutzen der Klimaanlage den Feuchtigkeitsgeruch nicht raus bekommen hat. Wir möchten nur darauf hinweisen, zugleich würden wir aber trotzdem noch einmal ein Haus dort buchen, da wie erwähnt, dies Naturgewalten sind, die man nicht beeinflussen kann.

• Thomas (8/5): Amazing pool, lovely villa - Our second stay in these villas. We absolutely love them. Heated pool is amazing and overall, villa is very comfortable. I love the level of privacy thanks to the garden walls. Unfortunately the jacuzzi broke on day 3 and we were not able to use it for the rest of the stay. Would be nice to be offered discount for example for pool heating but not a deal breaker and we would stay here again :)

Would definitely come back & highly recommend. Nothing really - I think it would be easier to heat the pool as standard included in the cost. It’s not easy to keep the hot tub heated if you’re out & about.

• Kelly (9/5): We loved every minute! - The villa was extremely spacious, clean and well equipped. The heated pool and jacuzzi were lovely and warm and well used considering it was December! Everything we needed was to hand and in walking distance if you don’t mind walking. At night you could hear the jets in the pool which could be annoying if you struggle to sleep with noise. • Lisa (10/5): Lovely clean villa, would stay again. - The villa is a lovely place to stay if visiting Corralejo. Location wise it is a bit on the outskirts and a 40ish min walk to the main town but this was fine for us (or you could get a taxi). 2 supermarkets are only about a 5 min walk away. Me and my partner really enjoyed using the pool and hot tub during our stay and glad we paid extra to have the pool heated. Inside the property was very clean and comfortable and we're grateful that they left dishwasher tablets, sponges etc so we didn't need to buy them. If visiting here again I'd be happy to stay in this villa.

• Timo (6/5): Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, schöner Pool. Leider gesamte Wohnung mit Feuchtigkeit und modrigem Geruch. Evtl. Gesundhe - Sauberkeit und Ausstattung Pool waren top. Durch Wasserschäden roch es allerdings stark moderig Obwohl sehr sauber, gab es doch extreme Mängel an der Bausubstanz. Wände waren nass, teils mit Ausblühungen teils mit Schimmel. Ein Raum war komplett unbewohnbar da es ganz extrem moderig roch. Selbst nach ständigem Lüften. Nachdem wir die gemeldet hatten, wurde dann Farbe über den Schimmel unter der Küchenspüle gepinselt und uns wegen dem Zimmer ein 2. Bett zugestellt. Wie gesagt teilweise leider trotz Sauberkeit eigentlich nicht zumutbar.
• Lucy (5/5): Great apartment but service needs to be improved. - great accommodation, pool and outside area. Unfortunate water leak resulting in no power. Hosts were reluctant to move us despite electricity box full of water. They did eventually!

Pagar 800€ por una villa que se supone contaba con todos los servicios, el jacuzzi no funcionaba, para colmo nos dicen que lo arreglan pero nada, de hecho muchas villas libres y nosotros en una que estaba defectuosa, no te ofrecen cambio, ojo hablamos de Diciembre la estancia, básicamente el jacuzzi era de lo más preciado pues no contentos con ello, se pegan 4 días sin pasar por la villa a cambiar las toallas o hacer algo de limpieza, cuando en el resto de villas estaban limpiando constantemente,. Es una vergüenza y no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Muchos mejores opciones en la isla seguro.

• Ryan (9/5): Fantastic villas would definitely stay again. Good value for money. - Property is fantastic value for money. Place is immaculate and the pool and hot tub are lovely also! It’s like home from home! The power tripped a few times in the villa - especially when the hot tub was heating up.
