- Marcello (10/5): Siamo stati due giorni io e mia moglie per visitare la bella Napoli - Posizione perfetta per visitare le cose più importanti,si trova in zona via Toledo e quartieri spagnoli. Camera pulita e comoda staff disponibile e gentile.

An unusual smell was alleviated by room fresheners left around the place. Staff did facilitate an early bag drop and a taxi to airport the following morning.

L’hébergement est très bien situé,en plein cœur du quartier espagnol et tout proche d’une bouche de métro, ce qui permet de rejoindre la gare rapidement Sa situation dan ce quartier est très appréciable et un vrai plus,elle permet de s’imprégner de l’ambiance de la rue et des habitants.Quasi tout peut se faire à pied, un réel avantage Le point d’amélioration pourrait être la mise à disposition d’une bouilloire
- Saar (10/5): - Perfect apartment with a very nice owner and in a great location!!! We were a couple and booked a few nights in early May, the owner explained exactly how to get into the apartment and the instructions were simple. During the stay, he made sure to answer every question we had, recommend places we asked for and you can really see how important the guests are to him. The apartment was clean and had everything you need including air conditioning. There is a nice little balcony right above the street with all the restaurants and it really adds to the atmosphere. What is great about this apartment is that when you close the window, you don't hear anything from the street. The apartment is located in the Spanish Quarter and is close to everything in the city. The apartment is highly recommended and of course if we return to the city we will come to this apartment again.

- Giulia (7/5): Bella e comoda ma troppo rumore - Super in centro nei quartieri spagnoli,stanza ampia con anche angolo cucina interessante e balconcino sui vicoli Troppo rumore dalla strada (di week end con la movida deve essere eccessivo) ma soprattutto camera zero insonorizzata per cui senti tutti i vicini di stanza che escono dalle loro stanze alle 7 del mattino etc.

- Svenja (10/5): Kleine Oase im Herzen der Stadt - Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen. Im Herzen des spanischen Viertels, mehr mitten im Leben kann man nicht sein, genau was wir wollten. Wir hatten die SPA Suite mit eigener Sauna & Whirlpool, was uns wirklich gut gefallen hat Tatsächlich nichts, alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

La camera era molto pulita e silenziosa grazie alle finestre insonorizzate, nonostante la posizione centrale e molto frequentata (che abbiamo apprezzato in quanto molto comoda). Ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare qualche ora i bagagli in struttura il giorno del check out. Consiglio!

Host disponibilissimo, ci ha fatto un check in in anticipo e ci ha permesso di lasciare le valigie nel pomeriggio. Le camere vengono rifatte tutte le mattine, pulizia top.

Non abbiamo avuto l'acqua calda e la porta del bagno era rotta. Un solo cestino per una camera da cinque posti letto non è sufficiente. Il pulsante dello sciacquone era rotto.

- Khadeeja (9/5): Pleasant for a one night stay. - Very cute apartment, comfortable and cosy. They had lots of facilities for us in the place and everything seemed new. There was a sewage smell in the toilet. The area was not accessible by car, the taxi we ordered was only able to get to a certain point before we had to just walk to the accommodation. Very busy area, with lots of staff and workers lingering around the accommodation.

Purtroppo però dal piano superiore già dalla prima mattinata son partiti dei lavori che inevitabilmente hanno disturbato il sonno. Idem per il volume della voce nei corridoi comuni della struttura (riconosco che sia inevitabile ma magari tenere la voce bassa e pregare la clientela di rispettarlo può essere una soluzione). In ogni caso è stato tutto come ci aspettavamo, posizione centralissima e servizi meravigliosi.

Il proprietario gentilissimo, sia per l'accoglienza che per i consigli sui mezzi per raggiungere Caserta. Tappa fissa ogni volta che saremo a Napoli. L'unica pecca, nella nostra camera non si poteva aprire il balcone per via dei lavori al di fuori ma non é stato fondamentale dato che dovevamo solo dormirci.

- Christin (4/5): Would not recommend - The location is great. It’s very busy but right in the heart of Quartieri Spagnoli. Naples is really really cool just not this accommodation. It was at all as pictured. We booked the spa upgrade and the sauna was next to the bed with no ventilation so I’m assuming the heat would have to be released towards to bedroom. The cigarette smell in the room was crazy. It smelled like smoker bar. I had to wash all my clothes and my hair. We asked for a different room but we rejected. It seriously gave brothel vibes. The balcony was pictures towards the road but was towards a small inner yard and directly above the back kitchen of a restaurant. So could not be used at all. Bathroom door didn’t close. My question if she could tell us where to park was greeted with: google it. So we paid an upgrade that we couldn’t use and the room was more like a shabby highway motel. Booking was no help either. We asked for a discount and they just said no.

Il parcheggio è obbligatoriamente a pagamento e deve essere prenotato con 48 ore di anticipo, informazione comunicata solo via SMS dal proprietario e non chiaramente indicata nell’annuncio, che risulta quindi fuorviante. Abbiamo perso più di un’ora girando a vuoto, senza alcun supporto, cercando inutilmente di avvicinarci alla struttura. Alla fine siamo stati costretti a rinunciare e a prenotare un’altra sistemazione. Nonostante la prenotazione fosse stata effettuata appena due ore prima, nessun rimborso è stato concesso. Il proprietario non risponde al telefono e si è dimostrato totalmente assente e poco professionale. Esperienza stressante, costosa e inaccettabile. Struttura fortemente sconsigliata. Evitate

- Martijn (8/5): Locatie en accommodatie zijn top! - Accommodatie en locatie zijn top! We hebben het personeel nooit gezien en werden ook niet ontvangen. Daardoor stonden we lange tijd voor een gesloten deur… Uiteindelijk wel alles goed gekomen via Whatsapp.
- Martina (8/5): - La camera in una posizione centrale e perfetta, molto grande, comoda quindi se avete molti bagagli. Bagno anche molto ampio (cosa difficile da trovare).
