- Ehsan (8/5): Très bon emplacement et personnel accueillant, mais certains services restent à améliorer. - L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. L’équipe a été très accueillante et sympathique. Le food court ainsi que les services disponibles dans l’hôtel, comme le supermarché et l’ATM, ont été très utiles. Le responsable du restaurant, M. Sandun, est une personne très professionnelle. Il prend parfaitement soin des clients et reste attentif à leurs besoins. De plus, l’équipe de l’accueil, Sandachaya, Sandaliya, Vijay, Philip et Kaushalla, fait vraiment de son mieux pour garder les clients satisfaits. Le room service était très amateur et aurait besoin d’une formation afin d’améliorer le comportement du personnel ainsi que la qualité du service. Le spa et la piscine n’étaient pas vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes.

- Mithun (3/5): Disappointing Stay and Overpriced - The size of the rooms are good. The gym also has good equipment. The hotel does not meet up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. It is very old and has not been maintained. The hotel is not clean, the floors and carpets are dirty and the passage has an bad smell. Breakfast is ok nothing to shout out about. It would pass as a 3 star hotel. Definitely not worth the price paid.

- Ashoka (4/5): Overall, it was not a pleasant stay for us. - To be honest, the best thing is the location , it’s in the city and provides easy access to the main places. To be honest, I made a special request for a room with a view of the golf club side, which was confirmed by the property. Unfortunately, I was given a room on the opposite side, and it had an unpleasant food smell possibly because it was located above the kitchen. The room itself was very spacious, which was a positive, but I couldn’t open the window due to the smell. Breakfast was very disappointing, with poor service overall. Tables were not cleared properly, and the food quality was not good. It seemed like there was no proper plan in place to manage breakfast, especially as the hotel was fully booked. I also used the spa facilities, but there were no washrooms inside the spa. I was directed to a shared restroom, which lacked soap, privacy, and basic cleanliness. The shower area was open and shared with other facilities like the pool, which was quite uncomfortable. However, I did not raise any complaints at the time as I was only staying for one night

- Ranjit (9/5): - The hotel were very generous in upgrading us to an amazing suite to celebrate my 70th Birthday and decorated and also provided a scrumptious birthday cake. All the staff were extremely helpful particular thanks to Shayen and Kausal who went over and above to help organise assistance for me at the airport. Facilities were great, loved the multi cuisine food hall, gym and pool. Would have liked an outdoor sitting area to just soak up the sun.

Wij waren al vroeg in het hotel ( rond half 11) waardoor onze kamer nog niet klaar was. We zijn toen naar het postkantoor gelopen, en hebben daarna wat gegeten in het foodcourt. Toen we om rond 13.00 vroegen of onze kamer al klaar was zeiden ze dat het nog een half uurtje kon duren. Dit duurde Uiteindelijk nog meer als 1.5 uur.

- Lauren (7/5): - The breakfast buffet was exceptional, the rooms are large and I liked the faux fireplace touch. It felt like more of a four star hotel. The property is large and they’ve invested in some bold decor but we ended up staying at nicer 4 stars in other areas of Sri Lanka.

- Orest (8/5): Eigentlich ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel, leider mit deutlichen Serviceproblemem - Top-Lage unweit der Innenstadt und trotzdem relativ ruhig gelegen. Großes Haus mit weit überdurchschnittlicher Zimmergrösse, selbst bei Standardzimmern. Top lärmisoliert und mit sehr gute Ausstattung, sogar mit (elektrischem) ‚Kamin‘ und Heizung!! Große Büfett-Auswahl sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen. Das Hotel wird offensichtlich von (großen) Reisegruppen bevorzugt, dabei wirkt das Personal sehr überfordert. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht vor 15.00 Uhr gereinigt. Obwohl es einen großen Restaurantsaal gibt, findet man bereits am 9.00 Uhr zum Frühstück keinen sauberen und gedeckten Tisch mehr. Die Tische werden nach Verlassen der Gäste nicht gereinigt, so fehlt es schließlich an Tellern, Tassen und Besteck, die man sich selbst bei noch gedeckten Tischen zusammenholen muss. Bestellungen beim Tischservice werden vergessen, Erinnerungen erstaunt vernommen.
- Valerie (7/5): We enjoyed our stay….but - The room we were allocated was huge, the location was excellent. We mostly liked the staff very much, but there were a couple that weren’t so good. The bar was great I had a manicure in the spa that was probably one of the worst I’ve ever had…avoid! The bathrooms were good but the hot water was intermittent. Strange ‘lift musac’ was played in reception from 6am, which we could hear in our room despite the double glazing! This changed to soft rock in the afternoon.

- Kaoru (9/5): 地元の高級ホテルで高原を満喫 - 室内の天井は高く、チーク材の調度品に囲まれての滞在は気分が良かった。大晦日の夜の滞在であったが、gala dinnerの品数の多さは目を楽しませてくれ、滞在しているゲストそれぞれのお料理が用意されていたように思う。我々日本人にはお寿司とお刺身。スタッフも含め誰もが新年を祝う雰囲気がとても暖かく、厳かな雰囲気の我々日本人もハッピーな気分になった。 客室の対応が少し遅かったのが残念

- Sumi (9/5): Nice place to stay in Nuwara Eliya! - Great location! Huge rooms. If you have a large family, can get connecting rooms plus family suites here. We also were here for New Year’s Eve. They had a charming party with an incredible buffet - we were impressed! The decor is a bit dated. But probably still one of the nicer places to stay in the area.

Excellent staff - they are proper hoteliers, very courteous, well trained and super polite. Great property, the breakfast spread was heavenly, the gym was also very functional. There's a food court and a convenience store right in the hotel, it cannot get any better ! The lake is 5-10 mins by walk, its very close to the centre. We didnt use it, but it also has a heated pool Literally nothing!! Its amazing

- Richard (8/5): Very spacious room - Very spacious room in a big hotel complex. We enjoyed the food court with plenty of food options, and the underground bar. Also near some restaurants with great food.
