Camas comodas y ducha espaciosa Faltan algunos elementos en la cocina como algun cazo, pinzas , cucharillas (solo habia una) deberían dar un repaso al menaje de cocina. También la iluminación en el salón/ cocina es muy poca

Posizione perfetta e l'appartamento è risultato accogliente, ben pulito e ben arredato. Mi è piaciuto il bagno, con doccia spaziosa e illuminazione giusta per il trucco! Il letto confortevole. Sicuramente la scelta per le prossime occasioni di pernottamento in città!

• Silvia (10/5): Estancia perfecta en Verona con ubicación inmejorable! - Ubicación excelente, justo al lado del río y solo a menos de 5 minutos caminando del centro de Verona, lo que hace muy cómodo visitar la ciudad. El apartamento estaba impecable, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La cocina muy bien equipada, perfecta para estancias largas, y el salón espacioso y agradable para descansar. El baño también era muy amplio. La entrada al edificio era bastante segura, algo que se agradece. El anfitrión fue muy atento, nos facilitó muchas recomendaciones sobre Verona, sitios donde cenar y todas las indicaciones necesarias para acceder al apartamento de forma sencilla. En general, una opción muy recomendable para disfrutar de Verona. Es cierto que por la noche se escuchaba algo de ruido del exterior, pero al estar tan bien ubicado y en una zona con ambiente, para nosotros no supuso un gran problema.

• Alex (7/5): Bien - La ubicación es genial El piso es pequeño pero las habitaciones son espaciosas y colchones grandes en ambas habitaciones, el baño genial Solamente le faltarían elementos de cocina, una bayeta, y utensilios para cocinar, algún cuchillo, cucharones,espatulas, etc etc En nuestro caso hubo algo de ruido de jóvenes por la noche, no sé si es habitual o solamente algo puntual

Na uwagę zasługuje czystość i układ mieszkania oraz kontakt z właścicielem. Obiekt jak najbardziej godny polecenia. W zasadzie nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

• Elena (3/5): No recomendable - El apartamento está bien calidad-precio. Su ubicación es ideal. Nos encontramos el apartamento sucio, llegamos a las 17h y no lo habían recogido. Si esto nos hubiera pasado a nuestra llegada y fuera más tarde o en horario fuera de atención al cliente hubiera supuesto un gran problema. Nos marchamos a pasear mientras lo limpiaban y tuvimos que volver porque el personal de la limpieza no tenía llaves y tuvimos que abrir nosotros. Antes de la cancelación gratuita pregunté si nos hacían factura ya que era un viaje de trabajo a lo que nos contestaron que sin problema, incluso me pidieron los datos para la factura. Nuestra sorpresa ha sido tras la estancia, desde el día antes de la salida, nos han obviado, hasta que nos informaron que no podían hacerla, algo que me supone un problema. No me han vuelto a contestar después de insistir vía móvil.

• rosaria (7/5): - Comoda in pieno centro storico, dotata di tutti i comfort, 2 camere separate e un bagno molto funzionale. Materassi scomodi e non avere nemmeno un set cortesia all’ingresso, come una bottiglia d’acqua.
• Claudio (9/5): Ottima struttura in centro - Ottimo soggiorno da parte di mia moglie e mia figlia. Struttura in posizione strategica in centro, tutte le attrazioni principali, dai monumenti ai mercatini natalizi sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Gestori gentilissimi, sia nell'organizzare il check-in in modo rapido ed efficiente, sia nel fornire informazioni storiche, turistiche e consigli su bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Pulizia perfetta, riscaldamento efficiente (siamo a Novembre) spazi adeguati e letti comodi. Volendo possibilità di usare la cucina. Completano i servizi macchinetta del caffè con cialde, the, zucchero, asciugamani, saponette e flaconcini in bagno. Unico neo gli schiamazzi provenienti dal vicino vicolo da parte degli avventori dei vari locali nelle immediate vicinanze, che hanno reso difficile dormire nella stanza con affaccio esterno. Non abbiamo sofferto il freddo ma non abbiamo trovato coperte supplementari negli armadi da usare in caso di bisogno.

In der Küche hätte zumindest ein vernünftiges Messer gut getan. Und ein richtiger Bettbezug wäre mir lieber gewesen, als zwei Leintücher um die Decke geschlagen. Für eine Nacht würde mich das aber nicht stören.

• Roberto Sascha (9/5): Super Wohnung in bester Lage 🫶🏼 - Die Wohnung war groß, sehr sauber, und hatte eine schöne Lage unmittelbar am Ufer des Adige. Sehr empfehlenswert. Eine Waschmaschine hätte es perfekt gemacht.

• Doriana (8/5): Comodo e confortevole - Posizione strategica per muoversi a piedi nel centro di Verona, ma allo stesso tempo in via poco rumorosa nonostante i numerosi locali attorno. Ambienti pulito, luminosi e sufficientemente spaziosi. Consigliatissimo Unica pecca, avrei gradito trovare in frigo una bottiglietta d’acqua e magari una cialda per il caffe come benvenuto.

• Catia Gnes (8/5): Una buona posizione per visitare il centro Verona - Posizione , appartamento curato, in tre si sta bene , accesso tutto via whatsapp che a volte può essere comodo ...a volte no però. A me è andato bene. Ottimo avere macchinetta caffè e bollitore elettrico per un the ...bel divano blu velluto o simile , bel tappeto in salotto, cucina rifatta, buon bagno .... Asciugamani e lenzuola belli bianchi. Ho sentito un po' i rumori, finestre datate che non isolano proprio bene ....ma forse sono io delicata. Non c'era buio totale perché lo scuro rimane fessurato..e fa penetrare luce. Materasso matrimoniale un po' che ha ceduto e si sente rumore della plastica che lo isola Cuscini ..due su quattro erano un po' duretti. Non possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio in una stanza comune in fase check out. Vicino però c'è un deposito bagagli che per 5 ore costava da 12 ai 18 euro....
• Daniel (7/5): Tolle Lage, aber leider laute Nachbarn - Super Lage, schöne Wohnung mit Flair. Wohnung ist hellhörig und die Nachbarn sehr laut. Wurden in der Nacht mehrmals geweckt. Ein wirklich erholsamer Schlaf ist da nicht möglich.

• Steve (3/5): Hat eher enttäuscht - Die Lage war gut. Die Ausstattung war katastrophal. Nicht einmal Korkenzieher geschweige Weingläser waren vorhanden. Wir haben einen Korkenzieher gekauft und in der Wohnung zurückgelassen. Die Wohnung ist auf 4 Personen ausgelegt, aber dafür sind nicht genug Tassen und Gläser vorhanden. Die Kochutensilien im allgemeinen waren sehr dürfig. Und warum keine Geschirrhandtücher bereitgestellt werden, wenn es keinen Geschirrspüler gibt, bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Der Wohnbereich ist nicht wirklich gemütlich und lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Der Balkon befindet sich zur Innenseite des Gebäudes, welches sehr dunkel und somit zum Sitzen nicht einlädt. Anders als auf den Fotos zu sehen, gelangt recht wenig Tageslicht in die Räume. Weiterhin war die WC-Spülung defekt.

• Ioana (8/5): Very good - Great location, close to restaurants. I entered the apartment at 3 pm and found it dirty, uncleaned. It was very unpleasant, after a long journey, to have to wait another hour to be able to enter. The owner was insistent with the city tax and neglected the cleaning on time. I have never experienced anything like this!!! Especially since the entrance is from 3 pm and the exit is at 10 am.
• Matthew (3/5): Loud noises/paino bar below. - The apartment is cozy and great for a short visit The apartment is above a VERY loud piano bar which plays music until 2am and people are talking very loudly in the street until 3am. The windows are paper thin and so you cannot sleep in the main room without earplugs. We would sleep in one room until 2am which was quieter but not quiet, then switch back as the bed was more comfortable. I am a deep sleeper and yet this was too loud for me. Would not recommend.

• Prim (9/5): central location - It was a good stay for our family of four. We only stayed for one night, the place was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient. We were a bit confused by the location at first since Google Maps showed it at 36, but the actual place is at 19, which is nearby. However, the host responded quickly and helpful :)

• Inga (9/5): Convenient location, lack of a natural light in the apartments - The apartment's central location, while in a touristy area, offered a peaceful retreat. Having a coffee machine and all necessary amenities made our stay comfortable. The apartments could benefit from more natural light to create a brighter and more welcoming atmosphere. Addressing the unpleasant cellar smell at the entrance would enhance the overall experience.

• Christopher (8/5): Very good - Great apartment in an amazing location, just a short walk to the main sights and the river. Check-in was all automated but worked well. Enjoyed the coffee machine! I didn't realise the apartment was in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) with limited hours of operation and will get a the minimum 85 euro fine for driving into it 15 mins before it's permitted. Entirely my own fault, but neither the Verona based hire car company nor the apartment warned me about the ZTL. Have suggested it's added to the welcome info for future guests.
