• Karen (6/5): - Clean bathroom, comfy bed and good price for London. Could've done with an extra pillow. TV remote didn't work, so could only watch 1 channel, we could have asked for new battery but didn't bother. Comfy bed though as Nd good price for central London.

• Ali (8/5): الاقامة في المجمل كانت لطيفة في غرفة 102 ومطلة على شارعين وميزتها قريبة جداً من شارع العرب والبقالات والمطاعم العربية ول - قريب من مركز LMC وقريب من شارع العرب اجول رود ونظيف ومرتب ولكن لا يصلح للعوائل العرب نظراً لعدم وجود حراس أمن في المبنى ولكن للشباب الطين يبحثون عن نوم هادئ فانصح به المدخل والدرج صغيرين وعدم وجود اصنصير

• Graziella (7/5): Tutto sommato bene - Posizione comoda per esplorare Londra: 2 linee metro e autobus vicini. Personale gentile, cambio asciugamani giornaliero, possibilità di lasciare la valigie prima dell’orario di check-in. Pub al piano terra molto carino ma nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato offriva solo bevande, no cucina. Vicini supermarket, ristoranti e caffè. Zona tranquilla Moquette in tutta la struttura che procura molta polvere. Sconsiglio alle persone allergiche. Andrebbe eliminata così come andrebbe ristrutturata la scala di accesso alle stanze, molto ripida.

• Roy-Pretet (8/5): Très bonne adresse - Hôtel a un très bon rapport qualité prix pour Londres. Bien placé. Nous avons pu avoir une chambre pour 3. Pas grande mais confortable. A noter : pas de petit dej mais il y a plein de restaus pas loin. Les chambres sont au dessus du pub, ça peut être un peu bruyant le soir. Mais plus de bruit après minuit, rue très calme.

In prossimità di vari locali e negozi alimentari, il pub sotto l'hotel consigliatissimo! Stanza molto piccola, ma sufficiente per un soggiorno di poche notti in 3. La camera nel complesso un po' vecchiotta, eccetto il bagno nuovissimo, alcune prese di corrente troppo usate facevano difficoltà...

• JIAXI (7/5): Pro Cons half-half Good for short stay. - I like the location as I am attending an event and need a place which I need a easy access to the underground. The bed is very comfortable with different types of pillows you can select. The curtain, which I think can 100% block the sunlight, is good, as not many hotels like this type can do this. The desk is too small, but there are limited options for improvement. I cannot put my laptop to work. The soundproofing of the door is not good, but luckily, I have decent neighbours who are very quiet. Overall, I slept quite well, which is the core of this journey.

• Marion (8/5): I would come again :) - The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Oxford Street, so anyone who is mainly looking for a place to sleep and doesn’t plan to spend much time in the room will find it a great fit. I went for a run in the morning, and when I came back around 8 a.m., I couldn’t get inside. I think the key pad outside was damaged. I had to call and ring several times before someone finally opened the door.

Nous avons testé le fish and chips en soirée c'était bien bon cependant nous n'avons pas réussi tout à fait à finir notre assiette 🤭 Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées et se trouve au dessus du pub (à prendre en compte pour les voyageurs aimant le calme en même temps il y a une vie nocturne à Londres 😅) Nous nous y sommes bien plus c'était sympathique.

• Shelly (9/5): Lovely area and super clean and nice - Really nice and clean. When you ask for it, they come and clean the room, change the towels etc. super friendly host, who owns the bar next door. We arrived at 2 pm even though check was at 3 pm, he still let us check in earlier. Even though it is right next to a bar, I could barely hear anything at night. Walking distance from nice shops and restaurants and cafees in Marylebone and really good subway and bus connections. Really loved this place. You could still hear people when they were walking up the stairs and next door. Not something that lasted long though.

Lots of stairs to climb but didnt bother me as I only had a standard rucksack for a couple of nights stay while working in London. Staff were super friendly too. Nothing. I couldn't fault it.

• Dania (8/5): Alojamiento muy bien ubicado con un personal super acogedor - El equipo que acoge a los clientes es muy caluroso, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy agradable y que uno se sienta un poco como en casa. Las camas son cómodas, y la ducha es fenomenal. En general, disfrutamos mucho la estancia en el lugar. Para estar en un lugar tan céntrico de Londres, creemos que la relación calidad-precio es inigualable. La habitación es demasiado pequeña. Teníamos un sofá cama que, una vez abierto, no dejaba espacio para acomodar la ropa en el pequeño armario que tiene la habitación. Había algunos detalles de mantenimiento que deberían ser solucionados, como por ejemplo, una bombilla que no funcionaba.

• ELENA ANDREEA (9/5): Surprisingly good - The hotel is very well located, you can easily walk to the city center, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The bus stop is about a 3-minute walk away. The bedding was impeccable, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The room is small, but it’s fine even so. The stairs are narrow and steep, and there is no elevator, but I didn’t find this to be a problem. For a low-budget hotel, I recommend it without hesitation. It was difficult to find someone at reception in the morning or reach them by phone, but we managed.

• Emma (4/5): Duke rooms April 2026 - The staff were really nice The room wasn't as described, the TV didn't work and was attached by a clip. The hairdryer didn't work, to charge our phones you had to hold the charger in the plug socket to get a connection. No lift and very narrow stairs

• Jacqui Brown (7/5): You get what you pay for. - I understand this is a budget accomodation and therefore it was bascially as expected, the bed was quite comfortable and I liked the shower and aircon. I was dissapointed to find the kettle did not work and I could not get that replaced and even if I did there was no coffee to make use of it. The TV worked but the remote did not, not an issue for me personally but it is notable. With that said I have definitely experienced far worse for more money... it is worth it for what I paid. The staff were super nice but obviously overworked.

• CAROLINE (8/5): Hôtel central et personnel sympathique - Accueil très sympathique et arrangeant . Chambre petite (nous étions 3) mais très agréable avec deux fenêtres. Nous étions au dessus du pub mais pas du tout gênés par le bruit . Quartier très chic . C est dommage qu’ils ne proposaient pas le petit déjeuner . Nous avons du chercher un endroit abordable pour manger .

One minor problem,my hand/single towel was soiled with ladies makeup and lipstick.Probably a domestic oversight but other towels were available,so not a big deal.That’s it.Nothing more.

• Jasmijn (7/5): Een kleine, maar fijne plek voor je verblijf in Londen - De host verwelkomde ons hartelijk om 11PM, gelukkig was onze late check-in geen probleem en heeft hij speciaal op ons gewacht. De kamer had alles wat je nodig hebt op reis (föhn, handdoeken etc.). Ook werd er iedere dag schoongemaakt, erg netjes. En het was fijn dat er een airco aanwezig was. Ook hebben wij geen last gehad van geluid van de pub, ondanks dat we er in het weekend waren. De kamer is redelijk klein, het bed was qua formaat ook klein. Ook was het door de gordijnen lastig om aan 1 kant van het bed te komen. Op het beddengoed zaten wat vlekken.

• alba (7/5): - La ubicación , el personal de la recepción muy agradable y atento Primero de todo las escaleras hasta un tercero , nos encontramos ropa interior no nuestra y nos picaron media hora antes de la salida para avisarnos de que en media hora debíamos dejar dejar la habitación ( ya estado varias veces en el reino único y nunca me había pasado en ningún hotel o apartamento y tampoco en 15 años de mi vida )

• Lisa (6/5): Pulizia da rivedere - Posizione abbastanza comoda, a neanche 10 minuti dalla metro e 10 minuti da Hyde Park. Sotto pieno di ristoranti etnici e supermercati. Il pub dell’hotel molto carino. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, soprattutto il ragazzo che ci ha accolto. Doccia spaziosa. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. Pulizia assolutamente da rivedere, stanza molto polverosa, non siamo riusciti a dormire per l’allergia. Anche dopo averlo detto la prima notte comunque non è stata pulita. Inoltre sempre dopo la prima notte avevamo richiesto di chiudere il lettino in più che servirebbe per una terza persona e non è stato fatto. Abbiamo anche riferito del malfunzionamento del phon e anche questo non è stato cambiato, peró quando la sera ce ne siamo accorti ne abbiamo richiesto uno e ci è stato prontamente fornito.

It was in a perfect location for us. 10 mins from Oxford St and plenty of tube stations near by. It was right above a lovely little pub and it wasnt too loud in the rooms either. Everything was fab. If I was being picky, there was a broken floor tile in the bathroom. But I would honestly stay again
