• Tony (10/5): A great well equipped property ideal for short or long stays. - It was really well furnished and equipped. The beds were very comfortable and it was so quiet at night. There were also lots of little extras, chocolates, tea, coffee, toiletries etc which was very thoughtful. It was also very close to my brother's house which was the whole point of the visit. My daughters and I will definitely want to stay there again. Nothing.

• Sheena (10/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely modern apartment, handy for walking to banchory, golfing, mountain biking. Clean and well equipped. Communication with the owners was good, lots of information, and so accommodating when we asked for a late check out. Will definitely recommend to friends or stay there again in the future. Highly recommend 👌 Nothing everything was good.

Communication with host was excellent and felt if we had any issues we could contact them for help, although we did not have any issues but communication was simple when necessary. Could not fault this property and would gladly stay again

• Gerard (10/5): Hosts were very accommodating in extending duration of stay, property was Fabulous & love to stay again top class. - Location, Clean, everything you needed. Nothing.
• Helen (10/5): Excellent b - Was stylish and very comfortable. Unfortunately there was not a seat in the accessible shower. I’m sure there must have been one previously. My mobility following a stroke means I need to sit to shower. I hope this will be resolved if we return next year

• Robert (10/5): Relaxing and very comfortable apartment. Would definitely return - Excellent location,very quiet area and only short 5 mins drive to the town of Banchory. Easy parking. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean with good quality soft furnishings. Plenty to do in the area e.g walks, visit Historic sites, garden centre (Raemoir), cafes and restaurants were plentiful. Not the best sound proofing from apartment above, could hear the guests moving around, this did not disturb our sleep however.

• Eric (9/5): Warm, well equipped and comfortable throughout. - Location excellent to cover the golf courses we needed to travel to. The frying pan was of poor quality and lost its coating. I think yellow and green scourers would be better than wire wool to use to clean things.

• Vicki (10/5): A great apartment in a peaceful spot - The apartment was perfect for a few days as a family of 4. It was really welcoming, comfortable, cosy and was spotless. It was exactly as described and the hosts were really helpful. Lots of extras to make life easier eg washing up liquid, hand soaps, tea bags, tin foil etc. There was a basket of DVDs and a drawer full of books. Good storage in the kitchen and bedrooms. Great to have 2 showers. Easy parking right outside, handy for Banchory and the wider area. It was nice to have the cafe with its amazing patisserie at the golf centre so close by. Thank you - We’ll hopefully be back again sometime! Nothing we didn’t like.

• Nicola (9/5): Apartment 20 - Great stay - Really comfortable apartment. Perfectly placed fir banchory, aberdeen, Ballater and beyond. There is plenty of room for a family of 4 with good sized bedrooms and 2 showers.

• Michael (9/5): Most enjoyable. - We were very pleased with all the aspects of the apartment however the condition of the frying pans was very disappointing they should be replaced more frequently. It was most disappointing and rather inconvenient that there no small saucepans.

It’s well equipped for four but felt we were washing up all the time. A few extra glasses would help.

• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation itself was clean and perfectly served our needs as a family with 2 small children. What made the difference for us was the way Julie went above and beyond to help us when our son got sick, meaning we had to extend our stay. We couldn't have been more grateful to Julie for not only arranging the additional nights we needed to allow our son to recover, but also coming with us to the hospital to make sure we had help on hand if needed. We couldn't have asked for more.

• Emma (10/5): Brilliant location if you have a car and amazing hosts. - This property was spotless and very comfortable. It had everything needed for a self catering stay and more. Thought had been put into providing a range of DVDs, Tea/Coffee and beds were exceptionally welcoming. Communication was excellent and directions clear.
