• Alice (2/5): - It all started with very poor communication. Property is very old. Our unit was very outdated and the worst part, dirty. We stayed for 4 nights, each day we killed at least 2 roaches and some other strange insects. There was a hole at the bottom of the front door that had black tape on it and was coming off. There was an old dried up contact lenses next to the toilet. Only 1 elevator worked for the first 3 days of our stay, and it would stop at random floors without anyone waiting. Half the appliances in the unit did not work. The stove top didn’t work (was never told) had to use a single burner that was stored under the sink. The toaster was missing the latch (useless), the kurig coffee machine had water in it (who knows how old) and didn’t work either. Mattresses were terrible, you could feel every metal spring and there was a lot of dust on the head boards. Very limited parking. Would never stay there again.

• Deborah (6/5): Bike Week Trip - Very minimal accommodations for a condo. The bathroom linens were in poor condition. Parking is horrible unless you drive a compact car. The room had a musty odor. Not worth the amount paid.
• lori (6/5): - The whole property was nice. Heated outdoor pool. Everyone we came in contact was very friendly. The actually room we was in the nice. The microwave and toaster didnt work right. The sink in bathroom kept backing up. Kitchen dishes were very minimal. We got charged more than Expedia quoted. I was told Expedia.com was wrong. But we had a great time.
• Brigitte (2/5): - **This is a review for the property management company not this establishment** *Do not them rebook you at Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center if they tell you your unit is “booked”* The Daytona beach resort had none of the amenities I originally booked (ocean front, king bed). The unit we stayed in had a defective AC Unit and bathroom fan and smelled of cleaning products. Door was falling off the hinges and hard ti close. The resort itself is still suffering the impacts of the hurricane in 2022 and had the entire bottom floor closed (one set of elevators, restaurants, bars, gym, pool) which is why I picked the other establishment on Expedia. None of this was communicated when they made this change in our reservation. Not a great experience and was not comparable to the price I paid for the other unit.

• Stephanie (6/5): - I was able to check in early and I appreciated that. Im pretty sure the listing said sound proof rooms when I booked my stay however that was completely false. My room had tile flooring that would get very slippery because the room collected moisture. It definitely needs a dehumidifier and some none slip rugs. Also every time you turned the bathroom light on the fan would turn on as well that was extremely loud.

Bldg is run down, kitchen does not work, parking is hard to find after dark -full for the most part- area is run down - bed mamut be the most harsh on body springs in back and butt- rough sleeping. Again run down/ mediocre- resort fee ! What a joke - where??? Be real and post clear pics as pics posted are deceiving. Pretty upset with how it is sold to customer. Only plus is it has a balcony which you can sit in comparing to Hilton.

• Kelly (8/5): - The property was in a great location. One of the beds made horrible squeaking noises anytime someone moved on it, and neither bed were particularly comfortable. The comforters on both beds were stained which wasn't pleasing. The room was tidy, but not the cleanest. Overall, if you're looking for a beach place close to Daytona, it was nice enough.

Parking was a bit messy, first night we got back late and there were no spots anywhere, we parked illegally hoping to not get towed.

• Orlando (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE. Very run down rooms. We reserve room 302. From the start, it got worse and worse. Room was not usable. 1. AC not working, power cord disconnected land cover loose like someone is working on it. 2. Back sliding door has no lock and extreme difficult to open and close. You have to be he man or she- ra to get it to open and close. 3 Front door has issue closing and opening. Screw that hold deadbolt are loose and have another to hold on to and get stuck with door opening and closing. 4. Instructions for access room were incorrect. Not for lock box, should have sent info for lock plate. Example type code xxxx, than push oval button. Lock, hold oval button... very disappointed with room condition and unsafe. Left in less than an hour. ZERO customer service when yiu have a problem Only PRO, was neighbors on both side were very nice and helpful. .. zero star. Had to find another hotel
• albert (4/5): - The room needed a lot of work. Sliding door was jammed. Toilet didn’t flush half the time. The drain was clogged. There were cockroaches in the hotel as well. We made the best of it. But would not recommend this place.
• James (6/5): No shower allowed - We arrived at 4pm. Someone in our room, staff still cleaning, informed to come back in 20 mins. Came back, still cleaning. Was informed bathtub wouldn't drain. Said no vacancies so couldn't move us. Finally after 15 mins they said "good to go." NOT. NO BATH OR SHOWER FOR 3 PEOPLE IN 3 DAYS! LEAVING WITH TUB FULL OF WATER AS MY GRANDSON TRIED TO TAKE A SHOWER THE FIRST NIGHT. Everything else is perfect, except needs more lights and potholders.

When that isn’t even close to what I got I complained they answered IT WAS THE SAME TYPE then stopped communicating all together.u can not get in til 4 u must be out promptly at 10am and leave keys so u have ZERO ACCESS. To the pool it’s locked going IN& OUT . There’s no one at all to help you NO HELP at all a lot of money for nothing TOTAL bait& switch STAY ELSEWHERE OVER PRICED LIES

• Rebecca (10/5): Beautiful studio condo - This is a beautiful and conveniently located studio condo. Plenty of parking in the unit overlooks the pool and the beach. Decoration is very beachy and very clean. The unit is in nice condition. There’s laundry facilities located on property though we didn’t use them. Also it being December we didn’t use any of the beach amenities. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the comfort of our balcony and found everything to be perfect.
• Rob or Jennifer (6/5): Not that great - Pros 1. Wonderful location right on the beach 2. Second floor balcony over looking pool and beach was nice 3. Nicely decorated unit Cons 1. One key for the unit . I didn't think this would be a big deal until I needed to leave the pool to go to bathroom and I needed the key to leave pool area and to get in bathroom while husband had gone to room. A second key is a must if there are more than one person ! 2. 2 top convection stove and not all the pans would work for this cooktop. So you could only cook with 2 small skillets ( tiny ones) and a very small sauce pan. 3. Room wasn't cleaned well. Spent an hour cleaning the dust off of vents and walls and mopping bathroom floor. 4. Staff asked me if I was staying at the resort and I replied yes. He then asked me for the room number . I refused to give it (not giving my room number to strange man)and he threatened to kick me out . Thank gódness my husband showed up with the key . 5. The coffee pot was a small 4 cup machine. Very cheap and didn't work well. They did have a huge container of opened coffee and filters to use . I didn't take advantage of this and bought my own . 6. 1 roll off toilet paper for 3 nights 7. Umbrellas on tables at the pool wouldn't stay up and chairs were falling apart Overall it was an ok rental . I wouldn't recommend for the price

I had a hiccup when i checked in, my room got double booked and the person on the other line said that they would call me back in a couple of minutes and they did and remedied our problem. Staff would make sure the concrete was washed off very frequently. Its a beach front hotel so your expected to see so water or sand debris from people walking inside the building, elevators etc. Overall it was a very good experience. We would definitely stay again!

It's very well decorated in an ocean/beach motif. The bed is big and comfortable. There's a big-screen TV and comfortable couch. The refrigerator is regular size so you can go to the market and buy groceries. The bathroom was very clean upon arrival.

• AMY (6/5): Never again👎👎 - Elevator kept braking down. The room was dirty about 2inches of dusty on the outside of the bathtub and baseboards. The tile floors were nasty we had to clean them. No oven only stove top with 2 burners. no queen size bed only gave us full size. No on-site playground no restaurant/bar no pool side bar no kids pool no kids club. Waaher was full of sand. I paid to have all these things and i did not get them. Im not happy at all. Plus had no room service for clean towels if you want clean towels you have to wash them yourself in a sandy washer. I paid 1,900.00 if i knew it was like this i would of went some where else.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the kitchen area was convenient. It’s great if you want to cook your own food because there was a stove top. My favorite thing about the room was the view of the beach. The only negatives were that the patio door was faulty and hard to close and open, the screen door was taped up from holes put in it, and the lobby of the building was a bit outdated. We didn’t visit the pool but it looked fine. We didn’t have any major issues.
• Verified traveler (6/5): NO PARKING!! - Beware - there is NO PARKING at this building. Spent three nights and no matter the time, we were sent over to two lots across the street (one that you had to pay extra for). Heard from one employee that there are only 96 parking spots and the building has nearly double that number of units!! If you live there maybe you get used to it, but if you just want a long weekend away to relax, the last thing you want is to have to park in an unattended dark lot across the street *and* have to pay even more for it. Our room was clean though, had a small, but complete kitchenette, A/C unit a little loud, but was cold -- but no balcony by default -- just a city view. Use of the pool and beach area is accessible by a key that you always have to have with you -- there are literally NO attendants or employees anywhere, at any time, that can assist guests (at least I didn't see any).

Había que moverlas manualmente y se notaba falta de limpieza. Los servicios fueron muy deficientes. Nos dejaron un solo jaboncito y una sola toalla de manos para las 4 noches para 3 adultos. Una lástima que estos detalles tan básicos hagan bajar su puntaje. Al no tener recepción, uno no tiene con quien comentar estos detalles.
• Beth (10/5): Great location for the family! - Great location for the family. We walked right out to the boardwalk and beach from the hotel. Lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.
• Steven (4/5): Choke and Gag at the beach - Daytona is famous for driving on beach. If you want to enjoy a beach you don't want a whiff of exhaust when outdoors. The local municipal vehicles, garbage truck and buses, are still using old fossil fuels unlike most classy resorts that have invested in hybrid buses and LNG garbage trucks. Daytona needs to up its game to get with the 21st century. If you are going for an outdoor beach experience, there are better options elsewhere.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Daytona beachfront studios - It would have been helpful in their email with instructions to let us know that the name of the place is actually Harbor Beach Condominiums and not beachfront Studios. The beds were also very cheap and mattresses were very thin. And you had to keep your key with you at all times because everything including the vending machines was locked and you needed your key to access them.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Beach Front Studios in Daytona Beach - Nice clean studio condo on the Ocean and very close to Main Street. We went for bike week and worked out fine. The next time we are in Daytona, we will request this condo again. Keep in mind, this is not a hotel room with daily service. It is a studio condo which you are responsible to bring the bathroom items you will need although towels are already provided. ( Pro Tip ) Stop by wallgreens and get their small garbage bags. Their Garbage chute only accepts smaller bags.

• Turki (2/5): bad Experian - they forced me to room that had view on street and my reservation was sea view and when I asked them do cancel the reservation the refusal to refund the money back the wifi has a lot of users so I couldn't join in my wife and child slept in one bed and they got up with dermatitis

• Rafael (10/5): Full kitchen with all utensils, comfortable beds. - I had a great stay with my family. We stayed in two bedrooms, they had full kitchen with all utensils. I was worried about not having front desk but they send the check-in instructions which is very convenient and simple. Pool facing the ocean, free parking.

• DAVID (4/5): - First the problem of getting in. Due to our minimal use of our cell phone, and to thinking this was an hotel room and not a private condo room,. We arrived about 8:30 to find the outer door locked and was able to get the janitor working inside to let me in, but he could not help, because I needed the room number and code to the key box. THe next door units had an actual front desk and I was able get the wireless password, but Hotels.com could not help with the room number, but did provide a way to download the room info to my phone; but not to my laptop. Eventually I found my phone and was able to find the message as to how to access the room. (about 20 minutes after arrival) we got in. AND: room issues: The beds had only a very heavy spread and a top sheet. It was too warm to sleep under the spread and too cool to use only the sheet. Solution? Spread the bath towels over the sheet. Items lacking were lighter blankets, more than 2 bath towels more than 2 glasses for water or wine; Overall very lacking in dishes, pots & pans, Soaps, TPaper, ETC. Tum surround very dirty at bottom. No coffee makings, Also found the need to take the parking pass back to car after hauling luggage up, and to return parking pass after loading luggage in morning, SO: Waaay too much trouble for a one night stay AND; Room night cost listed at $64 on Hotels.com, but "resort fees and taxes and parking raised the real cost to $144 for the one night. So let us call it a RIPOFF.
