- Zynasia. (10/5): Very great weekend getaway for my aunts wedding - Very quiet and calm , located us near our family lots of stores and restaurants to go to (even walking distance to enjoy the weather). Staff was 100/10 definitely recommend as they were always available.

I called to complain and they hung up on me. No conditioner. Room was hard to cool off. Looks dingy. Food was blah.
- Kateca (10/5): It was relaxing - I loved the customer service it was the best I had seen in a long time. We had the privilege of being helped by Shannon. We arrived Saturday evening the lobby was loud and chaotic. She remained calm, professional, and kind and undistracted while she was helping you. Her genuine love of people and kindness really shined though. She is truly an asset she makes sure you are taking care of you and will assist anyway possible. She is a true asset!

- erin klemyk (5/5): Comfortable. - Location. Staff was friendly. Stayed for the pool. Closed for "maintenance" each day. Stayed for the breakfast. Didn't have a lot of the things needed. Milk for cereal, cream cheese for bagels, little kids sticking their hands in everything (which isn't the hotels fault) but didn't want to eat a lot of it due to this. Bathroom door didn't stay locked, or even shut. Kept sliding open while in there. Last guests personal belongings still in the bathroom drawers.

It felt like the frame was damaged in some type of way. I had ti force it open by using body,the door didn't close on its on. I had to pull it shut for it to close,it was loud

- Judith (3/5): The only reason we will stay again is because we had our grandsons and they wanted pool time. Which, the pool was alway - Close to many locations We had extended our stay two more nights, making our stay to a week. Our room was only cleaned once the whole stay. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper as we ran out. The food was adequate. One group would stop making more bacon, sausage, eggs a half an hour before breakfast was finished so there wasn’t much to eat. Right at 9am food was pulled and area closed. OJ ran out so all that was left was water, flavored water and apple juice. Never enough napkins, always had to ask and the ladies didn’t seem happy to retrieve some. Barely anyone at the front desk. Always had to wait for them to come out of the back room. The evening shift front desk person was so delightful! Really enjoyed her help and enthusiasm. I cannot remember her name. She was working most evenings.

Staff could be heard arguing at the front desk at night, breakfast wasn’t great. The toilet in our room was also leaking and it was difficult for us to get housekeeping to come in.

I asked if there was a King Suite on the 1st floor, and there was 1.I assumed it was the same as the 1 I booked and it was smaller. The other room the bedroom was in another room and I had a lil living space outside the bedroom.

- JOY (10/5): - Excellent hotel!!! We really enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 bedroom suite and there was plenty of space for 3 adults and a baby. It had a full fridge, mini kitchen with a sink and a microwave. The bedroom area was very spacious, as was the bathroom. My only complaint was that the shower door would not close. We tried it from both ends but the shower door kept sliding open while showering resulting in the floor getting wet. Also, the shower pressure was terrible. Too light for my taste. Other than that, the room was great! There was also a patio seating in the front area with a fireplace. We didn't take advantage of that but if you need to unwind with company, that is the go-to spot. Lobby area has snacks for purchasing and there's free continental breakfast available. Before I forget, the hostess at the breakfast area omggggg she was the best!! I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was definitely a rock star each morning. We enjoyed our stay and will be glad to stay there again.

The bad was paying for this place because it had a indoor pool but didn't use because it was dirty and yellow/green slim in the pool. Yes, I saw a couple people still use it but that was their choice. The pool looks like it was not cleaned in awhile. Outside the front main entrance by the fire pit had a lot of people with loud rap music playing with cursing language, drinking and the smell of marijuana. It was the same thing for the 2 days we stayed there. The people at the front desk could hear and see it but done nothing about it. I had a child with me and we had to walk by this mess at the front to enter the hotel. In the back at the smoking area had the same thing going on but had more people. This is the worst home2 suites I have stayed at. I usually stay at home2 suites because all of my past experiences were good at different locations but this one was the worst one. The bad part was the property managers at the front desk saw and heard what was going on and done nothing about it. It was being done at the front entrance and they can see and hear what is happening and done nothing about it.

Took 20 mins to check in at night because the clerk disappeared felt bad for the lady in front of us as she was waiting longer. Loud music, people smoking cigarettes and having a party at front entrance.

- Carlin (4/5): Will never stay at this location again. - Good location We got to our room and the door was hard to open and the smell of pee was so strong we went out to Walmart to get cleaner, sprays, and a sheet to sleep on. The shower was dirty and had mold at the bottom. we had to get shower shoes, we look over and there was roaches crawling. We had other family members that stayed on the second floor and they had the same issues. We was there for a wedding and didn’t feel like making a big deal about it because we traveled but we will NEVER stay here again. On the outside it looks amazing and the lobby is very clean the rooms and the weed smoking was too much for us!

You can hear the noises in the hallway and from nearby rooms. Someone had a dog in a nearby room and there was kids making noise and running through the hallway every day and it was annoying. The breakfast is decent if you like basic breakfast foods.

Overall, we enjoyed our time.
