Not too far from the nearest station about a 5-10 minute walk. Can be a bit noisy at night from outside noise, lift is small if you have a lot of luggage, wasn't an issue for us since we had small bags.

• WEI YUN (9/5): - 整體環境乾淨，有電梯，住起來很舒適。 離地鐵站跟近鐵車站都很近，近鐵車站有百貨、商場、唐吉軻德，還有機場巴士站，非常方便，下次去還會想住。 暖氣要開久一點才會稍微感覺到暖，床睡起來舒服但床單、被子感覺用很久，有點發黃跟污漬。

• Margot (7/5): Bon séjour à Osaka - L'emplacement au top, dans un quartier appréciable avec plein de bons restaurants. L'appartement est très bien, parfaitement équipé (lave linge, fer a repasser, cuisine équipée) pour un prix incroyable. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment parfait. Les lits sont confortables et l'appartement est grand. Le bruit. Vraiment beaucoup de bruit. Que ce soit l'isolation phonique, bien qu'au Japon se soit assez régulier. Mais surtout les gens au dessus de nous qui faisait du bruit jusqu'à 1h du matin. Nous étions au 6ème étage, et le 7ème étage faisait un bruit déraisonnable jusqu'à tard. Mais vraiment beaucoup de bruit. Et ça, c'est beaucoup plus dérangeant en sachant qu'il est bien demandé de respecter les autres. Donc si vous tombez sur des gens qui s'en fichent, les nuits peuvent vite être compliqué. Sans ça, l'appartement serait parfait.

• Semanur (10/5): It was one of my best stays - It was a perfect stay. It's a great place, clean and quiet, close to the metro. Getting in and out was very easy. We used the umbrellas placed on each floor and didn't get wet in the rain, which was a very thoughtful touch. The bed was comfortable, and the washing machine worked very well. I would stay here again.

L’isolation est quasi inexistante (on entend tous les bruits de la rue). Il fait froid (obligation de mettre le chauffage fort). Manque un étendoir plus grand pour étendre les vêtements.

• Shane (9/5): Absolutely recommended!! - Location was excellent, very close to a train station, aswell as some small bars and eateries. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The washing machine was very handy to have. Only 2 very small things the pillows for sleeping on were terrible (I required 4 of the to get some sort of comfort) and the aircon while nice and cold was quite noisy at night.

• 寿美子 (5/5): マンションの一室の様な間取りや立地は良いので、シャワー、Wi-Fi、予約管理が整備されればリピート要検討 - ・駅が2ヶ所使用可能で便利 ・電子レンジがあるので、食材を買って部屋で食べられる ・ドンキが近い ・バストイレが別 ・チェックイン用のメールに書かれていた暗証番号が違っていたため、部屋に入るのに30分かかった。 ・しかも予約管理がきちんとされていなかったらしく、部屋の掃除もされておらず、前の人が使ったままだった。急遽掃除に入る事になり、夕食時にすぐ横でお風呂掃除、ベッドメイキングをしていたため、落ち着いて食事が出来なかった。これでしっかり清掃料を取られているのは納得がいかない。 ・お風呂（特にシャワー）の温度調整が難しく、火傷する程熱いか冷水が交互に出るため、丁度良い温度でシャワーを浴びる事が出来ない。 ・Wi-Fiが激弱

• SHU FEN (9/5): 住宿為自助checkin，無櫃檯人員服務，住宿附近沒有吃的，最近步行5-10分有2間超市，買晚餐回來享用也是不錯的選擇，另最近的地鐵站為谷町九丁目（步行約6分鐘） - 房間很大2張雙人床且與其他空間有隔間，晚上睡覺很有安全感😍另附有冰箱、微波爐還有簡易式廚房，最重要的是還有洗衣機（附洗衣球）！ 感覺住宿整潔度可以再仔細一些

• TATIANA (9/5): - Просторные апартаменты, очень светлые, три окна и балкон (пригодился сушить вещи) , хороший вид на город. Чисто, кровати шикарные, 4 подушки на выбор. Есть кухня с небольшой газовой плитой, много кружек, стаканов, ложек. Была кастрюля и сковородка, последняя не в очень хорошем состоянии. Микроволновка, чайник, большой холодильник. Большая ванная, правда горячая вода жила своей жизнью)) Прекрасный район недалеко от центральной торговой улицы, станции метро. Соотношение цена-качество отличное. Рекомендуем! Нет такого
