• Patricia (8/5): Top locatie - De locatie en de prijs waren top.. het appartement was ook echt groot De bedden waren niks,In de grote slaapkamer was bed doorgezakt en piepte en kraakte bij elke beweging lag totaal niet lekker.

Me pareció una estafa cobrar el aire acondicionado aparte en un lugar donde hace 40 grados de temperatura. Eso es como que me digan que me van a cobrar platos y cubiertos también.

• Ellouise (10/5): Beautiful Apartment would Recommend - Collecting the keys for the property was very easy, you were met outside the apartment. The Location of the property is perfect, it’s across the road from the beach and big supermarket. The apartment was spotless, with all the facilities you would need. The floor to ceiling glass windows all round was beautiful with a large outside balcony. The sun comes on the balcony in the afternoon early evening. Would definitely recommend and will stay again. The showers were powerful and hot. No English Channels on the TV but this wasn’t too bad because you don’t really go on holiday to watch TV but would have been nice on the one night we stayed in to chill.

• Carol (7/5): Good - Size of apartment good location. Some areas needed attention, pots and pans dirty need replacing. Under the bed lots of dust. Television write your name with the amount of dust. Could do with some loungers on balcony. Manuel refused us to leave at 11am on day of departure and insisted we leave at 10am guess what did not arrive on time. Not very welcoming either, not great Customer Service.

• Phelan (10/5): I would definitely recommend this apartment it's fantastic - The apartment is spacious, clean, very modern and pretty. It has a full kitchen with oven. Both bedrooms are large with wardrobes and loads of hangers. The shower is amazing, it was powerful with lots of hot water. There are two big sofas in the livingroom and a large tv. Air con in every room that work great. The beds were comfortable and firm just the way I like them. Best of all the view was fantastic, the apartment is on the corner so you can get views of the sea on one side and Mediterranean avenue on the other which is full of restaurants, shops and bars. There is a large balcony which catches the sun in the afternoon. The lifts, they were tiny, boarded up with wood and very dark. There were two lifts and both were the same.
• Maura (8/5): Very enjoyable - Keys were easy to collect and check in, but the distance between the reception building and the apartment itself was a bit of a problem when 5 of us arrived late and didn't want to keep a taxi waiting. The apartment was fine except there was no way of closing the shower in the main bathroom so please get that looked at.

Only 2 sets of keys available, would have liked more, maybe just the outside doors and apartment front door. Contrary to the note given on arrival at apartment, didn't need to go to the office, some distance away, to complete passport information, as the information had already been given online. Couldn't contact the office by telephone, only a recorded message in Spanish. Wanted to know if it would have been okay to leave the keys in the locked apartment on departure. Had to return to the office on morning of departure, only to be told could have left keys, etc in apartment, a bit annoying. Maybe this could be said when picking up the keys? Apart from that, everything was fine.

• Iryna (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment is wonderful, especially the view! The place is equipped very well, everything necessary is provided. It is just 5-7mins walk and you are at Levante beach. There are a lot of cafes, small shops with a food and different goods, and several supermarkets in the neighborhood. All of them close really late, so you can buy anything you need almost any time. The manager is a very friendly person. He helped with all questions we had, answered quickly and suggested several beautiful places to visit. It was a little noisy outside at nights. If you need complete silence to sleep well, you may need an earplugs. I slept very well, but my husband is more sensitive to noises. So, he used his earplugs a coupleof times.
