- HaLee (1/5): Horrible. Never again. - Absolutely nothing!!! It was disgusting!! The smell was unbearable!! The lonestar rooms should be shut down!! The motel 6 rooms are better than lonestar. The guy at the front desk charged me $20 extra to move to the motel 6 room. I moved 3 different times before finally getting a clean descent room. Horrible place!!! I paid $61 plus $20 to move rooms. No receipt no change? What's really going on.
- Ronald (1/5): A disaster - The dirtiest, most poorly maintained motel I have ever stayed in. Should be reported to the local health department. In such poor repair should be cited. Dirted stained sheets, crumbling plaster walls, hair from the prior guest in the sink, filthy floors and furniture
- martinez (9/5): - Everything Nothing
- Johnson (5/5): For a quick stay, it's okay. But if you're planning on staying longer then you need to make sure - That they started updating the rooms Wish they would have finished updating the rooms and made sure.Everything worked as it should

- Dustin (1/5): Wish I had my money back - There was place to eat in walking distance Everything will never stay there again don't honestly know how that place is still open
- webedare (2/5): - The place was very filthy I took pictures of dirty tub it was third room offered and we were extremely tired so we passed on shower till next night somewhere else
- Jeremy (2/5): - Upon arriving I couldn't find the front entrance to check in. Once I finally found it, the front entrance is NOTHING like the pictures. Pretty sure they stole those or used AI to generate those. 2nd thing, the Motel 6 and Lonestar Inn are the SAME motel, and they charge 2 different pricing. Overheard the man on the phone tell someone he doesn't have a room for the Lonestar, but he had one for the Motel 6. Got checked in after 15+ minutes only to get to my room that was a complete and utter disgusting room. Smell of mildew and raw sewage. I immediately went back to the front office and handed over my key card and checked back out. There was NO way those room are livable even for a night. The man told me upon leaving, "You get no refund", completely rude and disrespectful. I didn't stay a single minute in this roach and bed bug infested place
- Terry (2/5): - Extremely dirty, bed bugs and bugs in the sink. Holes in the bathroom wall perhaps with mold.
The shower was very dirty and the shower curtain black in the bottom
- Khari (6/5): -
- Gary (4/5): PTSD inducing stay! - 1st and foremost the staff tried their best but they ran into red tape from Motel 6 and Hotels.com
- Seabrook (5/5): Passable -
- Tanasia (6/5): - It was good for a one night stay. Affordable and quick check in
- Patty (7/5): Good -
- Scott (2/5): - It looked nothing like what was advertised
- Jessica (10/5): - M
- Williams (1/5): Bad -
- Keith (1/5): Do not go ever!!! - Nothing Everything
- ashley (8/5): - The property around inn needs a good maintenance crew on clean up. It comes with the territory of a lower level in, UT the management and workers are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are not cleaned as well as could be.
- Jessica (10/5): - Great
- Khari (7/5): Good -
- Shelbi (1/5): Bad - TERRIBLE So gross!!! We got to the room, it was so gross and the water smelled like fish. Immediately left and found a hotel in the town over
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not a good stay - The rooms had a terrible smell. Like wet animals. The tv did not work. The bed linen had holes all through them.
- Gloria (2/5): - Worst customer service/needing better lighting/dirty…the list goes on and on
- William (4/5): Disappointing -
- Amanda (2/5): - Towels were dirty and black not clean. The bed sheets were old and dirty hand had wholes in them from cigarette burns and stained. There were live roaches. The room looked like it had water damage that was just painted over. The person that was above us was so loud my husband had to go upstairs and ask him to keep it down at 2am. He was playing with his dog. We thought he was maintenance working in the room. Never saw the pet. Room smelled and the door had a gap in it to where you could see across the parking lot.
- Laketia (2/5): - I won’t not recommend they have bed bugs
- Miriam (4/5): - I was not pleased at all.
- Bobby (2/5): Disgusting - Quite possibly the nastiest place I have ever stayed at.
- William (1/5): Bad -
- Bo (2/5): - Lol
- Morris (4/5): Disappointing - Lication but the people around the motel where questionable Windows
- William (7/5): Good -
- William (7/5): Good -
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Melessa (6/5): - Close by McDonald's, Sonic, Taco Bell, and Kroger as well as the best 24 he laundry mat.
- Jessica (1/5): Bad -
- Melessa (10/5): - Cheap but you want to get the rooms attached to office building or right behind the main building bc the rooms are much much nicer. Each building has a different owner and the building to the side with front and back rooms , up and down stairs are the worst most have roaches and others have to many companies issues , as well as bad odor
- Ambre (1/5): Horrible - Nothing Microwave didn’t work, TV didn’t work, most outlets didn’t even work, fridge didn’t work… bath tub is disgusting! Loud music playing outside our room late. Absolutely worst stay ever!
- William (9/5): Superb -
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tammydj (1/5): It was a horrible place to stay even for the low cost it could use a serious make over and clean up - Price No curtains, smelled horrible, people outside being loud drinking selling drugs bed uncomfortable, bugs on floor
- Joel (2/5): - Had to go back to office 3 times to get a renovated room that still had old dirty mattresses and sheets. Worst place ever. Don’t recommend unless you just don’t care. They are giving you the old rooms first instead of renovated ones. Nasty a*£ rooms
- Armando (1/5): Bad -
- Amanda (10/5): - My son and I were traveling late at night after visiting with family. We had never stayed in Sherman before but needed to stop and sleep. The location of Lone Star Inn was perfect for us because we didn't have to travel far the next day. The staff was very friendly and for the price the room was just fine.
- Posey (7/5): Good -
- Michael (4/5): - The price was great. The staff was great. Check-in was very easy seriously need new furniture just everything inside the room as far as the nightstands the beds. Everything looked terrible like they needed to be thrown away 15 years ago so it needs a little money spent on the property. The location was great. But at the prices, they charge which are very low. They may not have the money to make up and replace all of this stuff.. so for the price it’s great for a lot of people.
- Miller (1/5): Bad -

TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST!!!! IT WAS BY FAR THE MOST NASTY DISGUSTING PLACE IVE EVERRRRRRR HAD TO SLEEP!!!!!
- Amanda (1/5): Bad -
- Wendy (2/5): Was more like a rent by the hour motel! - Nothing The lock on the door was broken . The TV didn't come in clear it was really fuzzy. The shower know fell off while trying to shower.
