• Hadiya (1/5): - The day I checked, the front desk receptionist I was very nice and helpful. The next morning we I went to go get breakfast, the receptionist stated, the person that makes the breakfast didn’t show so whatever I left there that’s all we have. The breakfast was horrible, there was nothing there but a few juices and open milk. The faucet at the bathroom was broken, one of the lamps were broken as well.

• Anber (6/5): - Quiet, clean and comfortable bed . Nice big room Breakfast was bad . No muffins, bread or waffles just milk and cereal and fruit for breakfast. And the only drink they offered was milk or orange juice. The key to the room didn't work several times and had to keep going for a new key. The pool was shut down and drained

• Chekala (4/5): - The bed was comfortable! The place look like the building but don’t! They need to mow outside, they don’t serve hot breakfast, it’s in a OK area, & the room I had door light barely worked.

The fact that when we checked in we got a room that was already occupied. The bed we were sleeping on was like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. We got 1 towel for each for the both of us. Would've liked at least 2 per person.

Lobby bathroom wouldn't flush. Pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was blood on the wall near elevator on second floor. A bunch of sketchy guys just hanging outside the hotel. A car got broke into

• Roland (8/5): - Overall it was a nice stay We where two and we had only one towel had to request more , TV did not work , controls so old and destroyed that was hard to make it work

The toilet was clogged when we got there and we had to call them multiple times during the stay to keep unclogging it

• Jaylon (2/5): Never again you are better off with other places 😐 - The shower. Our toilet didn’t work found pee in it when we first walked in the room. Then while we told staff about the problem it wasn’t a concern left the hotel to do some arenas 2 hours later the toilet still wasn’t working. The repair man called me dude no respect. He fixed the problem but I had to open the lid on the toilet for it to add water back. If I could get a refund I most definitely would.

Ac unit didn't work till around 8-9ish! Toilet didn't work till around 8-9ish! And we in a swap hot ass season! Pool is closed down! Would not recommend!
• Hunter (2/5): Would not stay again. - Only good thing was the bed was comfortable. We were charged over $571 for three nights with dogs. Booking says free pets that is not the case no one could give us an answer on how much the pet fee actually was everyone said something different. There was wallpaper peeling tin the bathrooms our couch had the cushion covers coming off as well is the peep hole was broken out so you could see directly in the room from the hallway.

I had to wait 10 minutes to be serviced and had to bring my dirty towels to the lobby front desk in order to get clean towels. You had to keep looking for someone during breakfast to put more utensils and food out when they ran out. My bed had two stains on the sheet and the bathroom had hair in the shower and on toilet

He further stated that we should have been informed on check in, and of course we weren’t. He further stated that we would receive a discount on our room WHICH WE DIDN’T! We were ignored when asked about it again.
