Amy (5/5): I have paid more for less. Overall, my stay was pretty good. - The property was very clean. There are several areas that need attention and repair. The description of the room indicates that there is a coffee maker in the room. So far my inspection of the room has not been successful in finding one. This is the first time in about 15 years of staying in hotels that I haven’t had one in the room.

Karen (10/5): It’s close to the stadium that my son played in on Saturday 11-9-25 - The staff is always friendly. The tub would not drain in 328 and we ran out of tissue paper. It was my husband, two sons, and I. There was less than half on two rolls!! During breakfast they would NOT refill the pancake mix, milk, breakfast meats, the eggs where so watered they were terrible!! There were NO cinnamon rolls, (they refilled those) there were 5 pieces of bread. My husband went back and ask the lady in the kitchen if she could refill the pancakes and she was on her phone. I waited a good 15 minutes and still nothing. He went an ask the front desk so the desk clerk went back and caught the lady on her phone again!! My family and I always stay here and NEVER have any problems with anything, this time it was a disaster!!

Henry (5/5): It was very disappointing to pay extra for this room and get such inadequate toilet, shower, and lig - Location was good for our traveling needs. We booked handicapped accessible. Toilet seat was child height. Shower was dangerous, being narrow the water rained to the outside floor. No soap dish in the shower. Only one lamp for bedside table,so one of us could not see to get out of the bed. Laundry room flooded our hall and the carpet was was very wet and dangerous transitioning to tile floor and no dry mats to wipe off the bottom of your shoes.

This Best Western is clean and comfortable. Slightly off interstate 35, the cost is usually slightly less than its competitors right on the service road. On arrival day, the staff member at the desk was far less than helpful or friendly. Also the air conditioning in our room had not been prepped for our arrival, so there was a musty smell to the room. This was minor and resolved within 30 minutes,

Pool and wifi available with plenty of parking at the hotel. Sofa bed in Queens room (2 double beds and draw out bed) was very uncomfortable and needs to be changed.

I mentioned this to the front desk upon checking out and was told that they were instructed to remove the anti-slip strips. This is a dangerous situation and people will get hurt. I hope that this message gets addressed.

377chesterd (10/5): A hotel that goes above and beyond for its guest. - This was top rated experience in my opinion. I was greeted as I entered the lobby and the check in process was quick. I was given a goodie bag that had popcorn and chocolate in it for being a rewards member and I have never gotten this before so I am gpjng to say they go above and beyond. The room was very clean and the air had already been turned down so room was cool. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast had plenty of options and was of good quality. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

pnbf2018 (10/5): The BEST of Best Western & other Chains - The room was much larger than other Best Western Plus hotels (plenty of walking around room and storage for clothing and luggage). The refrigerator and microwave had their own shelving and counter & separate from the other areas in the room. The bathroom had room between the toilet and tub. There were multiple places to hang & store towels used and not used in the bathroom. Even a shelf in the bathroom for storage - large enough for folded towels! I requested a blanket and room service brought me a blanket and checked later to make sure I received it. There was a Best Western member gift-bag given at check-in. Breakfast was already open and ready to go before the posted time. Had a cappuccino machine (with other choices of coffee combinations). The window in our room actually had a view of a field and trees and not the roof or AC. Beds and pillows comfortable. My husband and I were traveling for 60 days of excursions. We had experienced a variety of hotel chains through central US, Canada, and Alaska. When I say this hotel topped them all and was the best...YES IT WAS - We stayed 2 nights and it was our last stop before home in Texas. Thank you Best Western Plus Pauls Valley Oklahoma!

davonaw2025 (6/5): There were Issues - Tried to check in early but Miranda the manager was RUDE and put off I even asked! Took a bottle of water to the room as there was no place to pay but went back at night where Tucker insisted that I pay immediately as if I was not there to pay already! The breakfast was GROSS! Riley worked breakfast and stayed in the back room on her phone and when I asked for maple syrup she said they were out without even looking, Angela the assistant manager was the ONLY highlight to the interactions with the staff. She is the reason I give it 3 stars and not one.

Emily (10/5): - Nice, clean, economical choice for a family on a budget. The area was quiet, patrons were friendly, staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good! The only minor issue we encountered was that our shower water temperature was extremely hot, nearly scalding. We couldn’t add cold water, the shower just shut off. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Earlene (7/5): The food area was very clean and the food was very good - The people were friendly and helpful We booked for 3 people and still had to ask for a third towels we found a dirty napkin in the microwave, and a potpie in the freezer. One bed sheet had some kind of stain that seemed like it had not been changed, and the rug had not been vacuumed. We knew this because when we got in the shower there were strings and dirt on the bottom of our feet. The hallway from outside our room all the way down to the gym had drops of coffee or cocoa both days, it was obvious it had not been mopped.

Mark (6/5): - The coffee pot and desk lamp in room was not working. There was not meat as advertised (bacon, sausage) and coffee maker not working at breakfast. Room was clean but needed cosmetic repair. Staff were friendly. When I mentioned there was no coffee during breakfast, the attendant made me a cup from her own personal coffee pot.

Heather (8/5): - Most things were great, the room was clean, they made sure we had fresh towels. There were only 3 things that bugged me a little. There were ants next to the breakfast bar (they didnt get into the food that I saw, but it was a bit yucky seeing them next to and climbing under the waffle maker). Then there was some sort of lump in the mattress from the mattress cover that made it feel like the backside was falling apart. Those werent major cause these things happen. My biggest concern was we went under a tornado warning while we were there, and the staff didnt seem to know what to do nor did they direct guests where to go. The tornado was about 5 miles from the hotel, so it was right there. That was my biggest concern, I don't remember seeing signs on where to go either. So even if they just put up signs that would be good enough. The staff were lovely and the property was so easy to find and we did enjoy our stay. Maybe some signs for where the tornado shelter would be good to have, but otherwise great place!

Ashley (10/5): Great place to stay! - The staff was so polite, the room was really clean & comfy. Breakfast was great & had a lot of options! There are a lot of food places nearby to eat even in walking distance. The pool was clean & inviting. Better commute options such as Uber or a shuttle to/from the train station.

David (9/5): Clean quiet and comfortable. - Convenient and fair priced. Scarcity of standard breakfast items as compared to other hotels was noted and coffee dispensed from a single serve coffee machine was not enjoyable. Easy fixes if management chooses to address them.

Joshua (9/5): Great place to stay. - Great staff. Clean big room, dark for sleeping, quiet, bed was great, we both slept with no wake ups. Staff was very helpful, there were no muffins and the young lady said she would be happy to go see and she brought some out. Very sweet and helpful. Breakfast time was close to the shutoff so she went out of her way. I took a card to remember to stay there again. That I couldn’t stay a few more days. 😁

Tawni (1/5): Bad - I liked the lady at the front desk with the brown hair, she was super nice and very welcoming. Looked like a nice hotel when we walked in. She was very sincere with what had happened and gave us a refund. As soon as I walked into the room, before the lights were even turned on, I spotted a spider on the wall above the lamp right next to the bed. My boyfriend killed it with a paper towel, we looked at it and it was a brown recluse.
