• David (2/5): - One of the worst experience. Arrived at 12 am, received a room which was old and dirty. Candles was burning to cover the smell. Roaches on the wall, I called a guy from downstairs so he literally killed it with his hnds stating that room was sprayed today. I couldn't stay in this place. Left the property, called Expedia. They gave me $100 credit. I never received my money back for a booking. Stay away from this place.
• Alexander (2/5): - The room was very disgusting the veggies have not been changed I took off the bed sheets they were stains on the pillows on the bed sheets it was nasty I looked under the bed there was an empty bag of I don't know what kind of substance and dead bugs the floor look like it has not been swept the bathroom handles were all rusty and nasty what a bad experience terrible for me and my baby

• Regina (2/5): - Our room had a terrible odor, floors and counters were dirty, I even found a cigarette bud on floor. Small cockroaches running around everywhere. We would’ve left and got a different hotel but everything was booked. The bed was squeaky and old. I would never stay here again or recommend to anyone.
• Joanne (2/5): A Big Mistake - Reservation for two nights. Left after one night even though I had been charged an outrageous rate for two. I could not stay there. Hotel in very poor condition. Information on Hotels.com was deceptive. I should have paid more attention to reviews.

• yuliya (2/5): Motel room from hell - This place is an absolute hell hole!!!!! It’s by far the WORST hotel I have been to. Everything is dirty, broken and there are cockroaches crawling around. There is tons of mold on the ceiling. The toilet doesn’t flush. Just thinking about it gives me the creeps. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
• Verified traveler (2/5): - We missed a flight so got this room late around 8pm it looked nothing like the photos at all and was infested with bugs . The sheets had not been changed and were dirty and sand in the bed . I spent two hours on the phone trying to get through to Expedia to get help to move and could not get through . My boyfriend slept outside at the pool because we found 2 bedbugs . I also had bugs in my bags and coach roaches everywhere when we left at 5 am to the airport and I had to throw them out when I got home .When I finally got through to Expedia they had me contact the hotel.. The hotel refused to give us a refund . We paid about the same a night for a week in Hollywood and had a lovely clean hotel right on the water . Do not stay here it’s gross and looks to be home for meth users

• Natalie (2/5): Don’t do it!! - This place was disgusting. The bed linens were not clean. Light switch covers were dirty, floors were dirty. Shower looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Not a hotel at all! Don’t waste your time!!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Antiquated and insecure room. 1 star is accurate - My choice was a last minute decision. The first was great. The room was not comfortable. The door lock was not working. No curtains on one window. Everything was old and cost was not worth the stay. It was the start of Spring break and choices were limited .The person at check in was friendly but I couldnt sleep because the door locks were not secure.
• Jason (6/5): Overall not bad for the value - You're not going to impress anyone going back to your room but It's not a bad place to stay for a night or two. It's an older building that could use some work but all in all, not bad. It does have long term tenants as opposed to guests staying the weekend. It's definitely not your typical hotel.

• Tiffany (6/5): Have Zero expectations. - Where do I start... We checked into room 125. Dont take this room if its offered. Theres generally cleanliness included in a room no matter where you go and this room was awful. The room had not been cleaned after the last guest and it was left that way clearly for awhile. The pillowcases had a liquid spill on them. They also had holes torn in them. We didnt use them and Im glad we had our own. The tv was leaning against the wall and could fall at any moment, in addition it was covered in about an inch of dust. Theres a "desk" in the back foyer in front of the bath room. There was a nugget of fecal matter along with a used cup in the drawer. The bathroom hadnt been touched at all. The toilet, sink nor bathtub had been cleaned let alone wiped down. The clear shower curtain had mold on it. We had to check in pretty late in the evening and didnt feel comfortable knocking on someones door for another time so late at night. We had simply checked in put our stuff in the room and went to find food. When we came back an hour and a half later there was no parking. Theres maybe 10 spaces total, and theres always an ahole who cant park properly so we had to park in the motel next door. So we had to walk in the rain to get to our room. I was extremely disappointed bc it looks super cute and peaceful on the outside and the room at first glance looked great. There were no other vacancies in the area and we booked through hotels app so theres no cancellation.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - The price was low for the location, but you get what you pay for. Very unclean room, stuff left under the bed, and pee on the toilet seat. The room felt very unsafe, the hindges to door were on the outside, no phone in room, and ouside locks were broken through the wood so you could not dead bolt. Other rooms had full windows broken out of them.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Friendly but needs improvement to the rooms - The service was friendly, accommodating, and fast. However, the cleanliness was left to be desired. The bathroom smelled in the first room we were given, but the staff quickly put us in a new room. The shower heads were turning that greenish color. For what you pay it’s in a reasonably good location, but the upkeep on the rooms could be improved.
• Joseph (8/5): Needs a lot of repairs - Stayed in room 121 rooms needs a new mattress the one in there is a very cheap one and not for hotel setting and a new a/c which made more loud noise then worked. This hotel needs a lot of repairs and the stuff that was repaired was band-aided repaired. Very convenient to the beach and clean pool on the property

• Lakiah (10/5): - It was an amazing stay. The hotel is right in ocean blvd and the view is beautiful. My girlfriend and I were able to watch the sun rise right from our room. The family that owns the hotel are very hospitable and helpful when needed. Will be booking again sometime soon.

• Nicole (2/5): Disgusting place, incredibly rude owner - There is quite literally nothing good to say about this place. We booked our room to get a few hours of sleep after a late flight in before driving down to the keys. When we got there, the office was closed even though it said they have a 24 hour front desk. We followed the instructions on the door to call or knock on room 110 for after-hours check-ins and got no response. It was late, so I could have lived with that. But when we called to get refunded since we did not receive the service we paid for, both us and the hotels.com agent got absolutely scolded by the owner, even though none of this was our fault. He refused to let me even speak, refused to refund, accused us of coming in drunk and causing a disturbance, and told me common sense should have told me to alert him of our late arrival (even though there was a 24 hour desk advertised), basically calling me stupid. Literally no one has ever spoken to me as rudely as this man did, and I was a paying customer! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I am now disputing through my credit card company. Wouldn’t ever try to stay at this place even if someone paid me to.

• Marguerite (10/5): George is awesome - I actually stayed at the hotel next door because I was stuck on alligator alley. George called me to let me know about the other hotel room that it was a suite at no extra charge.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Was ran down and pics and description misleading. - Was very unsatisfied with the hotel. It was nothing like was described. Not on the beach and pics were nothing like the reality.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Front desk rude and no amenities - Truly just a flop house for spring breaker kids. Wanted to add a date on the day I checked in before I even saw the room. Desk Clerk jacked up rate for a Sunday night stay and thankfully I refused. Was there all 5 days since an Expedia booking and it was prepaid or I would have left.

• Susanna (6/5): A very basic place to stay near the beach. - The management is friendly and helpful. It is an older facility in the process of renovation with Much room for improvement. Our room had a small kitchen, with basic dishes and pots but lacking a few amenities. The linens are adequate, with really nice pillowcases and micro fleece blanket spreads. It is a great location.
