- Poluian (10/5): Очень хочется вернуться - Один из лучших отелей, где я жила! Из номера невероятный вид на долину. сотрудники бесплатно повысили нам категорию номера, дали угловой номер. В номере два санузла, огромная ванная комната с ванной на двоих и огромная кровать, а также панорамные окна и кофемашина. Номер уютный. Было прохладно, поэтому сотрудники принесли обогреватель. Каждый день обновляли все расходники и убирали. На завтраке огромный выбор, интернет терпимо работал) Жалею, что не смогла остаться там подольше

The hotel staff approached us with extraordinary kindness and generosity and found a solution that addressed our issues and more. Since then our stay was stellar. The room was immaculately clean and well equipped. The generous view of the valley is breathtaking. The food is tasty and abundant and addresses varied tastes. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding activities around, giving us tips only locals could. Might I add, the massages my wife and I got in the hotel spa were the best we ever had.

The hotel was very accommodating. Our suite was the best I’ve ever been stayed in a hotel. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The breakfast was amazing. A lot of choices & were all delicious; the restaurant was very clean. All the staff were very polite and friendly. We all had a great time with our stay. The hotel made Our most memorable stay in Vietnam by far. Thank you Pao’s Sapa Leisure Hotel. Honestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like.
- Bernhard (9/5): Certainly one of the best choices for your stay in Sapa - The hotel is located slightly outside the very busy center of Sapa, which is an important asset. The rooms are of a good size, with very comfortable beds and a terrace with beautiful views of the landscape. Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic. The pool is in an area which is not very inviting, because it is not very well lit and needs some refreshing. There are only rather few chairs to rest on next to the pool.
- Marion (5/5): Bon emplacement mais hôtel trop bruyant jour comme nuit - - la vue de l’hôtel - la diversité et qualité du buffet du petit déjeuner - hôtel qui a un certain standing - certains membres de l’équipe disponibles - la qualité de la literie : matelas trop ferme impossible de dormir dessus dans la première chambre 306 - le bruit jour comme nuit très très important. On nous a changé de chambre pour une plus confortable car à la 306 le restaurant est juste au dessus où vous entendez les chaises… énormes groupes de touristes très bruyants au petit déjeuner, comme dans les couloirs… - très chaud dans les chambres : dans les deux chambres la Clim est centralisé mais avec une commande au mur malgré plusieurs demandes, et appels rien n’a changé. Un monsieur pas du tout aimable est venu dans notre chambre a 22h30 pour nous dire qu’il faut patienter. Mais la Clim était en route depuis l’après midi il faisait plus de 24 degrés mais ressenti 30 ! Nous avons dû dormir la porte ouverte car mon fils transpirait à grosses gouttes. C’est comme si il y avait du chauffage dans l’hôtel, il fait meilleur dehors que dedans. - mauvais entretient des chambres : moisissures dans les salles de bains.

Everything was perfect for us: -Clean, comfortable room with a balcony view on the mountain range and rice fields. -Breakfast with a lot of choices, western and Asian. There is also pizza and pasta. -Fantastic view from the restaurant. -Friendly, helpful personnel. -Good location from Sa Pa city centre. The price of the stay is reasonable also. A szoba tiszta, jól felszerelt és kényelmes volt, a reggeli változatos, bőséges és finom. A szálloda mellett valószínűleg egy új szálloda építésének előkészületei, tereprendezése folyik, így sajnos időnként hallhattuk ennek zajait.

The rooms are incredibly spacious, spotless, and offer breathtaking views that stay with you long after you leave. They truly thought about every single detail, down to the high-quality hygiene products. Service and Professionalism: Above all, the service was exceptional. The teams at the reception and the dining room provided such a personal and attentive touch that the word 'service' is simply too small to describe it. They have truly redefined the terms professionalism, service, and hospitality. They helped us arrange all our transfers and day trips perfectly, making us feel cared for at every moment. The food was delicious, varied, and very rich. As someone with an allergy, I was deeply moved by how the staff handled everything with such care and professionalism. Furthermore, due to a cancelled flight, we arrived a few days late. Even though the free cancellation period had passed, the hotel management showed incredible humanity and fairness regarding our payment. It is rare to find such an honest and helpful management. This stay went above and beyond my every expectation. It wasn’t just a stay; it was a heartwarming experience. If you are visiting Sapa, Pao's is the only choice! I will definitely be back.

- Fatima (9/5): Superbe hôtel au calme à 5min de centre mais avec un service au top! - L’hôtel est très beau, avec une vue géniale, même si moins impressionnante que sur les photos officielles car ça dépend de la météo. Le petit dej est un des meilleurs que nous ayons eu au Vietnam, buffet extra, plein de fruits, de produits locaux mais aussi les classiques européens. Nous avons aussi mangé dans leur resto et c’était excellent et pas plus cher que dans la majorité des resto de la ville sauf que la, nous avions un service au top! Un grand merci aussi à Katie au bureau Travel, elle a résolu tous nos petits problèmes avec efficacité et en plus elle est super sympa! En bonus, on a pu se doucher à 20h, après notre check out et avant de prendre notre bus de nuit. La piscine était un peu décevante par rapport aux photos du site. Un peu de déco autour et je pense que ça changerai toute l’atmosphère.

- Rachael (8/5): - The view from the hotel is incredible. We had a room facing the valley and it was spectacular. It’s a great base for Sapa town. We had no problem getting a grab into the square and it was within walking distance. The staff were kind and very attentive. The staff prepared our room nicely for our anniversary and even left us a gift! While the hotel is nice I wouldn’t say that it feels like a 5 star however it’s a great base for Sapa and the views make up for it.

- Jessica (9/5): Schönes Hotel mit tollem Blick auf Sapas Berge - Die Lage war super und wir hatten eine tollen Blick von unserem Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir empfehlen unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Talblick zu buchen! Unser Zimmer lag direkt unter dem Restaurant und ab ca. 6 Uhr morgens wurden durchgehen Stühle verrückt, wodurch ausschlafen kaum möglich war.

Het personeel heeft ons ook van begin tot einde begeleid. Dankzij hen hebben we elke dag iets anders gedaan en bezocht. Hebben ook steeds vervoer geregeld zodat we zeker op ons gemak waren. Hebben ook elke avond in het restaurant geheten wat echt een aanrader was. Elke keer iets anders kunnen eten, ook de cocktails van hun waren super lekker. We zijn zeker aan het overwegen om hier terug te komen en dan hopelijk de bergtop te kunnen zien. Wij sliepen net boven de lobby waardoor er heel veel lawaai dat van beneden tot boven ging. We hebben die aangekaart aan de manager. En die vertelde ons dat er glas besteld was om ertussen te plaatsen. Dus hopelijk zou dit probleem opgelost moeten zijn in de toekomst. In het binnen zwembad is er duidelijk een probleem met ventilatie waardoor de vochtigheid extreem hoog was.

- Alex (10/5): Amazing place and value for money i will definitely stay there again. - The views were amazing! Right next to moana and you are over looking the rice patties in the mountains. Massive room and very clean good amenities lovely staff awesome huge breakfast with egg station. Roof top bar just a great place for the cost. Its about a 15 min walk to center and no shuttle but really the walk is easy. Only thing was the spa was a little overloaded and couldnt get a slot in pur short time as they had a very large group checkin.

- Michael (9/5): - The hotel has an ideal location with splendid views of the rise terraces and the mountains, if wheather permits. Yet, you can easily walk to downtown Sapa. Lush breakfast, friendly and competent staff complement the very good impression.
- Nupur (10/5): Amazing views from bed. - The view from my bed. I could see the clouds pass by, the mountains, night sky right from my bed. The balcony was very nice to sit in and enjoy the view. Well there was one staff member trying to sell us a car service which was definitely not required and it would have costed us 150USD. Luckily we did not use the service so we did not waste booking the car service.
