- SHUI YEE (8/5): 整體不錯 - 住了4晚，前兩晚第一間房間很安靜，後兩晚換了房間，晚上需要戴耳塞入睡。剛進房間很乾淨，但後來要求我白天出外時打掃房間地板，當晚回房發現地上很明顯有頭髮。服務人員很樂意幫忙，甚至招待我和其他房客一頓晚餐，也可幫忙訂旅行團。整體算不錯。
- Verified traveler (6/5): Location & staff great, condition less so. - I stayed twice at Authentic Hanoi Homestay within two weeks, leaving my luggage there in between stays. It is, ideally, right on the edge of the 'action', and within walking distance of the lake, the French Quarter and the Ba Dinh district (Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, etc). The manager, Mr Kevin, is very friendly and helpful, as are his staff (mostly student part-timers I think). The breakfasts are simple but entirely sufficient. Where the homestay fails is in its condition. While the rooms are okay, the ensuite bathrooms and kitchenette are in very poor condition - they need serious renovation and - after it - much greater attention to cleaning.
- Zouina (8/5): - Tout etait parfait le seul bemol est l absence de fenetre dans ma chambre mais c etait au prix de ma tranquilité .en plein centre j ai fait toutes mes visites a pied, j ai aime aussi l accueil de Kevin le réceptionniste et la gentillesse de Kim. Un vrai rayon de soleil au moment du ptit dej. Servi a la carte gratuitement . Excellent rapport qualité prix .
- Verified traveler (2/5): Stay Away unless you want ants crawling on you. - Stay Away. This hotel is in poor condition. Exposed electric wires in the shower. Ants on the floor which got into my luggage.. No elevator. No TV. Many better options for less money nearby.
