- XIAOYAN (10/5): 干净整洁安静，睡觉期间隔音有一点差 - 服务环境其实更像酒店，但是实际上是青旅，可能也有单人间选项？卫生很干净，唯一的缺点就是隔音有点差，建议如果有耳塞尽量戴上耳塞睡觉，其它方面都很完美，这是我住过的最好的青旅，但是价格也是最贵的，只能说物有所值，对了，可以免费寄存一下行李，所以退房的第二天如果还想去转转完全可以把行李先放一下 如果有牙膏就更好了

- James (9/5): A great value stay next to Kumamoto JR in a clean, modern capsule hotel. - The location was directly adjacent to Kumamoto JR station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were modern and clean. The beds were comfy, and I enjoyed wearing the complimentary pyjamas. The price was very reasonable for a two nights stay. This is a capsule hotel, not really a guesthouse, so there is not much by way of service besides getting fresh towels every day. There was a coin laundry, but nowhere to hang clothes to dry, making you rely on dryers.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in der Nähe vom Kumamoto Bahnhof, man hat also tolle Anbindungen (Zug, Bus und Bahn). Das Hotelpersonal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich, ich habe in einer Einzelkabine geschlafen. Wahrscheinlich lag es daran, dass ich nicht am Wochenende im Hotel übernachtet habe, aber ich habe nicht viele Gäste gesehen, deshalb war es auch in der Nacht ruhig und man konnte sehr gut einschlafen. Das Bad ist geräumig und sehr sauber.

When we complained, they simply said there was nothing they could do and kept insisting it wasn’t their responsibility. No apology, no effort to help, just complete indifference. However, there is no soundproofing (as there are gaps above all the doors) so you can hear absolutely everything. We had some rude people in the room next to us who were speaking all throughout the night. Also, we arrived at 10am and were told very rudely we couldn’t sit in the lounge area until 3 when we checked in. As it was pouring with rain outside, we were disappointed by this.

Pyjamas et chaussons sont proposés gratuitement. Bon rapport qualité-prix. j'avais réservé pour 3 nuits. Le 2e soir , je rentre pour trouver un mot sur la porte de ma chambre : "changement de chambre pour les lits nº tant et tant. Demain , veuillez laisser vos bagages à la réception avant 10h, une nouvelle chambre vous sera attribuée à 15h. Je suis allée à la réception, aucune explication. Je me suis donc retrouvée fatiguée à refaire mes bagages (comme j'étais là pour 3 jours, j'avais déballé) et à devoir attendre le réceptionniste pour les lui laisser le lendemain. Heureusement, ils ont accepté de me donner la clé de mon futur casier le matin à condition que je n'y aille pas avant 15h. La seconde chambre ne fermait pas à clé et était partagée avec plus de personnes. Bref, beaucoup de petites contrariétés sans une explication. J'aurais aimé qu'ils communiquent mieux..
- Yating (8/5): - 飯店位置離熊本站非常近，飯店內動線規劃的很好，一目了然，飯店的設施乾淨也很新，有提供拖鞋、毛巾、睡衣、睡褲、洗髮精、沐浴乳、護髮素，床上有USB-Type A插頭，也有一個一般插座，還可以寄存行李。 雖然因為格間的牆沒有到天花板，都是有留空隙，導致每間房的聲音有點明顯，但整體來說CP值很高，短住非常棒～
- Elsa (2/5): - Bonne localisation, assez propre Je suis arrivee pour deux nuits, le jour de mon arrivée juste apres le check in on m’annonce que je vais devoir changer de lit. C’est deja assez penible pour un sejour aussi court. On ne m’indique pas l’heure, j’avais prevu de partir pour 11h, le check out de l’hotel est a 10h mais je me sentais pas concernée, j’ai payé pour 2 nuits. Je me suis dit qu’en toute logique on me laisserait partir a ma guise dans la matinee avant de me changer de chambre. Je me suis retrouvée pressee par le personnel pour rendre la clef de mon casier et déguerpir. J’ai été virée littéralement de l’hostel. J’ai pourtant payé pour 2 nuits mais c’est comme si j’avais fait 2 check outs. J’ai du laisser mon sac en consigne et attendre un moment que quelqu’un vienne le ranger il n’y avait personne à l’accueil. Je trouvais qu’il faisait chaud dans les dortoir et qu’on etait mal isolée en terme de bruit (les cloisons ne montent pas jusqu’en haut) et pareil au niveau des rideaux qui ne sont pas assez longs. Apres pour le prix je ne vais pas me plaindre mais me faire ejecter de l’hotel à 10h j’ai trouvé ca anormal. J’ai payé pour 2 nuits je suis sensée pouvoir rester à ma guise. Quand nous clients sommes en retard pour le checkout vous en profitez bien pour nous facturer une nuit en plus.

- H isashi (8/5): 良かった。次回も、宿泊したいと思っています。 - 熊本駅駅に近くコンビニや、お土産店が沢山有り、空港へのリムジンバス乗り場にも近かった。 使用済みの髭剃り🪒を捨てる、入れ物が分からなかった。
- Jennifer (8/5): Convenient and affordable stay close to Kumamoto station. - Very close to the station, clean and quiet. Plenty of bathrooms and sinks. Nice common/seating area. Liked that there was the option for the single room with locker. No ceiling on the rooms so felt a little awkward when making any noise getting into suitcase and putting things away but sleeping area was fairly quiet. Went in the winter and my room was right under the air vent so it was kind of hot but was able to sleep okay.
