• Rhodora (5/5): - The room is ok It is not recommended for seniors especially like me who has concern on knees and hips. There are 45 steps to get into our room on the third floor. They should have saved a room for me as senior 😉 since I booked days ahead of time

• Monica (8/5): - 24 h Reception. Wir kamen mit der Fähre nachts um 2 Uhr in Lucena an und waren darauf angewiesen, um diese Zeit noch ins Hotel rein zu kommen. Es liegt nur ca. 5 km vom Hafen entfernt. Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Strasse relativ laut früh morgens. Zimmer recht klein, aber für eine Nacht ok.

• dtabije (6/5): Urbantel September Experience - There's a water leak in the comfort room floor. It is really annoying & kind of dangerous for us-nearing senior citizens. Comfort room water leak & 30 minutes extension has not been observed.

• Anthony (8/5): Great budget friendly hotel - Clean linens and towels smelled so good, great water pressure and hot water shower, super comfortable beds although no blanket, sheet only. And the staff were polite and helpful. No ice available, no vending machines available, no available food delivery from Grab to that area, bathroom could have been cleaner . The tile in the shower had a bit of mold in the grout , and I killed two small German roaches in the bathroom as soon as we arrived.

• David (8/5): Excellent value for money hotel in Lucena. - It's a very nice, clean and tidy, well situated hotel . The staff were lovely as they always are in the Philippines. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was small but it served us well. Hot water in the shower is always a winner with me. I love cold showeres now and then but not everyday. There are many TV channels which was great. The pillows were so old fashioned and too thin. The rooms don't have a kettle or beverage making facilities, there's a community kitchen on level two where you had to go for a cuppa. There is no complimentary bottled water in the rooms either but rather a 15 litre water dispenser in the kitchen also. There is no elevator, just a flight of stairs to ckimb, so if you're an older person you might request lower floor.

• Gabriel (10/5): - I stayed for 3 weeks. Excellent service. Received new bed sheets, new towels, cleaned floor, all in a routine manner. The AC works very well, and the water heater for the shower is good. I confidently left my bags and documents in my room, and never had anything stolen or missing. I had a great experience the whole time I was there, and Ive used Urbantel every single time Ive visited Philippines. Would use again.
