- Ergüven (8/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit ein paar kleinen Mankos die nicht groß ins Gewicht fallen. - Alles gut. Essen in großer Auswahl. Qualität war auch gut. Pools waren gut gepflegt. Mitarbeiter vom Service sehr bemüht und freundlich. Man kommt mit dem Bus vor der Tür in die City. Einfach beim Pförtner melden. Man bucht ein Zimmer ohne Balkon. Dies wird einem vor Ort noch einmal erklärt und direkt ein schöneres für 175€ angeboten. Man kann sich das Zimmer, was man gebucht hat, vorher ansehen. Es wird einem ein dunkles verwinkeltes Zimmer gezeigt. Da zahlt man gerne mehr für ein schöneres Zimmer. Auffällig war das mehrere zeitgleich an der Rezeption waren mit dem gleichen Thema. Da steckt System dahinter. Nicht schön. Ich weiß das gleich die Antwort vom Hotel hier drunter stehen wird das man kein Zimmer mit Balkon angeboten hat auf deren Seite usw. Ich finde es unseriös!! Beim Essen sind die Mitarbeiter sehr schnell beim Abräumen des Tisches. Aber wenn man ein Getränk bestellen möchte wartet man lange. Sehr junges Personal die des Öfteren mal ins Handy schauen. Ich weiß die sind geschult und so (Antwort des Hotels). Realität sieht anders aus. Getränke waren im Restaurant mit wenig Auswahl. Ich hatte mein Getränk von draußen mitgebracht. Kiosk auf Gelände.

Защото няма да се уморя да повтарям: локация, обстановка, чистота, забавления, храна, - всичко е De Luxe. И най вече персонала - усмихнат, отзивчив, внимателен, а аниматорите ще ви оставят без дъх. Тази почивка съшо изкарахме фантастично, още повече със нас бяха сина и снаха ми. Досега не бяха почивали All inclusive и останаха впечатлени! Всеки път избирам Sunset terrace и ни настаняват в една и съща стая, която е разположена близо до всичко: плаж, басейн, амфитеатър, алакарт ресторанта, в средата на парка. Тази година бях помолил да ни настанят пак там, но по грешка я бяха дали на други. Извиниха ни се и без доплащане ни предложиха двойна стая с джакузи, голяма тераса с изглед към морето, но предпочетохме очарованието на Sunset terrace локацията. Е малко по в страни от нашето предпочитание, но все пак по добре от стаите в хотела. Освен това малко объркване не мога да кажа лоша дума. Просто не се сещам да съм бил недоволен или необслужен. Препоръчвам Ви да се запишете от рано!
- Lejla (9/5): Wunderbar - Die Anlage war wunderschön und sehr familienfreundlich. Die verschiedenen Pools sowie Grössen waren perfekt für Klein und Gross. Die Auswahl an Essen war sehr vielfältig wobei es nicht täglich immer dasselbe gab. Am Abend konnte man kleine Autos für Kids mieten und das war die grösste Überraschung. Die ganze Anlage war immer sehr sauber.

Електрически колички за децата които се дават за по час време ! Басейни за малки и големи, гледката от нашата къща към морето …. Персонала любезен и отзивчив Нямаше такова нещо ! Може би , че от нашата локация в България ни е далеч . Почистването в стаята ми направи впечатление , че е само с един мокър парцал и не се отстраняват така косми , пясък и дребните боклучета ! Може би на това могат да обърнат внимание , но в никакъв случай това не е повод да дам оценка , че не е чисто !
- david (10/5): Great resort - It is incredible resort, with everything you need in hand, good variety of food and drinks, pools for all ages. Its a bit separated from town or any other place, so to go out of hotel requires transportation. Beach has some pebbles, stones on the entry.

Herkese tavsiye ederim.. çalışanların yardımseverliği, tesisin kullanma alanları çok lüks. İnsan kendini orada çok iyi hissediyor ve asla can sıkılmayacak kadar aktiviteler mümkün. Hele ki deniz manzaralı odalar, çok çok konforlu Yerliler için her seferinde Euro bazında satış sunmaları. Bu tesis kesinlikle yerliler için her zaman bir tartışma olarak görüyorum. Sonuçta Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ve TL olarak da fiyatlar açıklanmalıdır. Yurtdışından gelenler için pek bi şey ifade etmiyor ancak yerliler için fiyatlar müthiş yüksek. Ve bu konuda maalesef bir gram yardımcı olunmadı.

Odaları pazarlarken lütfen odanın camının açılmadığını belirtin (zaten balkonsuz oda) . 5 yıldızlı hotel de nasıl olursa penceresi açılmayan oda olur ve bunu müşterilerinize kelime oyunları ile satarsınız. Bunu dile getirdiğimde boş odalar olmasına rağmen üstüne ısrarla dilencilik yaparak ücret farkı istediniz. Müşteriye tamamen Para gözü ile bakmaya başlamışsınız. Eskiden öyle değildiniz. Ayrıca eskiye göre yemeklerde ve eğlence programlarında bütçe kısıtlamasına gittiğiniz çok bariz. Ayrıca plajın oradaki restorantın yanındaki dayanılmaz lavabo kokusuna çözüm bulun.
- Svetislav (9/5): Spacious rooms, amazing buffet with lots of variety, room view didn't live up to expectations. - We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. The buffet was amazing with a wide variety of tasty meals, exactly what you hope for in an all-inclusive stay. Drinks and cocktails were on par for an all-inclusive stay. Some of the staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. Pool area was spacious with a lot of things to do, also very good for kids. Entertainment at night was also excellent. The minibar was a bit disappointing and not up to the same standard as the rest of the service. The staff was inconsistent, while some were wonderful, others seemed uninterested, especially at the buffet restaurant, where it sometimes felt like we were ignored. The beach was a lot smaller than expected and didn't have enough loungers for everyone. The biggest let-down was the view of the room. We booked a sunset terrace room with sea view expecting to enjoy sunsets over the ocean from our terrace. Instead, there was only a side sea view, and the a la carte restaurant blocked the main view entirely, no sea, no sunset.

- Constantine (1/5): - Plenty of delicious food, good location. The floating bed I bought from the hotel shop was stolen the last day of our stay. The staff saw what happened and who took it on the surveillance cameras and all they did for 6 hours was to try to call the thief on whatsapp. For 6 hours straight I was watching the incompetence of the staff to deal with a stolen item or should I say a 18 Euro issue. If you run such a big property and want to keep a client happy, you should not rise your shoulders for 6 hours. The guest leaves more than 2.5k Euro in your hotel, his item is stolen and all you can do is try to call the thief on whatsapp. Oops, sorry, they offered me to choose between some used floating beds, maybe forgotten by other passengers. So if someone asks me how was my Holliday - main answer will be “someone stole my floating bed”. And it’s not about the 18 Euro - it’s about the incompetence of handling such a small situation, especially when the guest applied by all the hotel rules, but the staff did’t choose a side between a thief and someone who was robbed. This small thing really ruined it for me!

- Timuçin (10/5): Mükemmel - Her şey mükemmeldi. Öncelikle resepsiyondaki Yiğithan bey, şef Nevzat bey ve bordo restauranttaki Melisa hanıma çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Tesis özellikle çalışan kalitesi (bir istisna oldu ama o kadar olur) olarak çok üst düzey. Yemekler kaliteli ve çok çeşitli. A la carte restoran (olivia'yı denedik) çok lezzetli. Odalar büyük ve ferah. Biraz fark verip deniz manzaralı oda tercih ederseniz Akşam gün batımı keyfi yapabilirsiniz. Aquapark çok eğlenceli. Tesis büyük, havuzlar büyük. Denizi mavi bayraklı, sığ, başlangıcı taşlık ama sonra hemen kumluk. Animasyon ile pek alakamız olmadığı için onu degerlendiremiyoruz Olumsuz olabilecek tek şey gittiğimiz dönemde çok rüzgarlı olmasıydı. Keşke biraz daha ucuz olsaydı. :(

L’emplacement trop loin du centre ville et des activités, il faut absolument une voiture de location pour profiter de l’extérieur. De plus les horaires du buffet ne sont pas top, 21h pour la fin du repas est trop tôt

- Ferhat (8/5): Zum zweiten Mal bei Aquasis und nicht enttäuscht. - Viel Auswahl an Essen, sehr schöne Anlage, schöner Sandstrand, viele Bars, sehr liebe Mitarbeiter. Alles in allem sehr schöne Anlage, nette zuvorkommendes Personal. Preis/Leistung Eingang zum Meer leider steinig.(nur Anfangsbereich), das macht es mühselig ins Wasser zu gehen. Föhn im Zimmer keinesfalls 5 Sterne, viel zu klein und schwach. Qualität vom Essen ist gut, könnte allerdings noch einwenig besser werden.

- Nesrin (1/5): Meine Zeit und Geld verschwendet. Ich empfehle auf ke - Die grösse und Aussichts des Zimmers. Das Zimmer: sehr kleine Schlafsofa, für kleine kinder geeignet. Animation: sehr langweilig. Gastronomie: zu wenig türkisches Gericht am Hauptrestaurant. Heiss und Kaltgetränke sind in sehr schlechter Qualität, nicht geniessbar. Sauberkeit: die Tische, Stühle und der Boden werden kaum gereinigt, klebrig. Bedienung: zu wenig personal, kaum zu sehen. Wurde das Licht des Saals und Lounge ausgeschaltet während der noch Gäste am Essen und trinken sind. Zu wenig Liegestühle am Strand. Ab mitternacht bekommt man in Restaurant nur Wasser. Kein Warm und kaltgetränke.

- Aysegul (10/5): Was een heerlijke zonvakantie. - Personeel was heel vriendelijk en zeker als er iets is komen ze meteen met een oplossing. Kamer was netjes en schoon. Elke dag lekker en verse maaltijden. Volgend jaar kom ik zeker weer terug. Heel tevreden.

- Eda (8/5): Was a good holiday, we enjoyed! - Facility was quite big and had many opportunities. Many pools, room was clean and big enough. Aquapark was great for the kids. Staff is helpful and polite. Animations and night shows are interesting, congrats all animation team who are really working hard for this. Rooms are clean, and big enough. Alacarte restaurant was fantastic, exceed my expectations. Many different types of food, taste was decent. Since the hotel was busy, especially there were queues while getting the food. I will suggest to extend the time period of snack restaurants after 17 which might help to decrease the peak of dinner time. I reserved 2 rooms and noted to have them close to each other since we want to be together with my family. However rooms are arranged last minute, the day before. Hence they suggested to shift us to suite room. It was helpful, but still i would like to have such an opportunity next time and I suggest arranging the rooms in advance in such cases.
- Cengiz (10/5): Overall a wonderful stay. Love the food, vast variety and delicious i must add! - Lakehouse rooms!!! Woww what brilliant idea! Tailor made for families it’s like having your 5*private villa within a 5*hotel. The road leading to the to the premises. Definitely deserves better!!

Ich werde es nicht noch einmal wählen - Das Essen war gut, das Personal war nicht sehr aufmerksam, aber es wurde als gut angesehen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr gleichgültig. Der Strand war sehr schlecht, wir hatten Schwierigkeiten einen Platz zu finden, es gab sehr wenige Liegen und Sonnenschirme, der Strand war nicht sandig sondern steinig.

- Bora (1/5): Ik zou het niet nogmaals doen. - De kamer Het eten, vlees was heel erg hard bij de bbq. Pasta’s waren elke dag het zelfde. De ligbedden waren om 08.00 uur allemaal bezet. Ik moest dagelijks minimaal 40 minuten zoeken naar een ligbed. Als je naar het strand wilt, kan dat niet want met terugkomst ben je 100% uren opzoek naar een ligbed.
- Aleyna Nilgün (10/5): Wir sind mehr als zufrieden und werden definitiv wiederkommen. - Unser Aufenthalt war sensationell! Das Essen war hervorragend und das Personal stets aufmerksam und freundlich. Ein besonderer Dank geht an unsere beiden Putzfeen Emine Aksel und Nurside Yasar – unser Zimmer war jeden Tag mehr als sauber. Auch das Animationsteam war großartig und hat für viel Spaß gesorgt. Pool und Strand waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt ist das gesamte Hotel äußerst sauber, hygienisch und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

- Funda (6/5): Leider hat bei uns das Wetter nicht mitgespielt. Wir waren 5 Tage da, 3 Tage super kalter Wind, 2 Tage Regen. Die Angest - Die Hotelanlage ist riesig und schön. Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt in den SunSet-Zimmern. Diese waren sehr komfortabel und modern. Es war immer sauber. Das Beste war das Buffet! Das Essen war unglaublich gut! Es gab auch sehr viel zur Auswahl. Bei A la Carte empfehle ich Asia! Aber nur die Vorspeisen. Es war blöd, dass es in einem Ultra-All-Inclusive Hotel die qualitativen alkoholischen Getränke nur in der Lobby-Bar gab und das nur bis 0.00Uhr. In allen anderen Bars waren die alkoholischen Getränke schrecklich, haben auch dem Gemüt nicht gut getan.

Resepsiyondaki çetin bey'e tavsiyem Ahmet bey'den misafirlerle iletişim kurmakla ilgili eğitim alsın ,bu ona özel hayatinda da çok yardımcı olacaktır ayrıca sevdiği işi yapmasini tavsiye ederim. Otel ile ilgili tek sikayetim yataklar rahat değildi.

Leider haben wir nicht das Zimmer bekommen was wir gebucht haben.. Das Hotel war voll..nachdem viele Gäste weg waren..wurde uns an der Rezeption gesagt wir können umziehen..angeblich war es ein Systemfehler..was ich nicht glaube..gebucht war das Zimmer mit 70 qm bekommen haben wir das Zimmer mit 50 qm Zimmerreinigung hab ich auch nicht so ganz verstanden..am ersten Tag wurde das Zimmer saubergemacht am zweiten Tag nicht ..als ich an der Rezeption nachgefragt habe..hieß es man muss die Zimmerreinigung verlangen.. Essen war gut und reichlich..Frühstück war sehr gut.. Anlage war sauber..Pool Landschaft sehr schön..

- Asma (6/5): Pools are freezing. If that is important to you - go elsewhere! - The grounds are well kept, easy access to beach. Good they have branded drinks like Coke, Fanta etc. water bottles readily available, daytime entertainment was good and kids club was good Our room was not cleaned properly on check in Food is a bit samey samey everyday Evening entertainment was awful, it has gone downhill as we came here 2 years ago and they had turkeys got talent fire show and this year we got a teddy bear elephant! Pools are freezing! Kids refused to go in, ruined the holiday!

- Ahmet (7/5): Ein schönes Hotel mit einigen Mankos - Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön und weitläufig. Es waren immer genügend Liegen sowohl am Strand, als auch am Pool verfügbar (in der Nebensaison). Die Zimmer sind recht gut ausgestattet. Wir waren in einem Familienzimmer im Lakehaus untergebracht. Einen Abend haben wir im türkischen A la Carte Restaurant verbracht, das Essen war hervorragend. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Zumindest auf dem Boden. Keine Ahnung ob die Böden überhaupt gewischt werden und wenn ja nur oberflächlich. Man hat sofort schwarze Füße und überall ist Sand verteilt. Absolutes no Go und echt ekelig. Wir sind im Zimmer nur mit Schlappen gelaufen. Auch die Terrasse im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Poolzugang wird scheinbar nie gereinigt. Überall Haare, Fussel, Dreck von Vorgängern. Wie man in anderen und älteren Bewertungen lesen kann, gibt es das Problem schon seit Jahren und es wird nichts dagegen unternommen. Schade! Teilweise liegt auch Müll unter den Terassen, das sieht man nur vom Pool aus. Der Rest des Zimmers war jedoch sauber. Allerdings ist die gesamte Anlage hier und da etwas in Jahre gekommen. Das Buffet war leider nicht besonders abwechslungsreich, nicht mal an besonderen Abenden. Und das Servicepersonal zum Teil schlecht gelaunt.

Fun! - След като ранната есен на 2023 година почивахме в Aquasis, отново без колебание и по същото време 2024 година запазихме стая "Sunset terrace", която е разположена близо до всичко - плаж, басейн, амфитеатър, алакарт ресторант. Отново си прекарахме ваканцията невероятно! Ще се повторя, но локация, обстановка, чистота, забавления, храна, - всичко е De Luxe. И най вече персонала - усмихнат, отзивчив, внимателен, а аниматорите ще ви оставят без дъх. Много съм впечатлен от екипа за връзки с гостите, които ми помогнаха да изненадам съпругата си за рожденният й ден! Искам да вметна само, че когато правих резервацията помолих да ме настанят в същатат зона където бяхме 2023г. О изненада! Бяхме настанени в същата стая! Живот и здраве следващата година пак ще избера Aquasis De Luxe Resort & SPA, без колебание! Не мога да кажа лоша дума. Просто не се сещам да съм бил недоволен или необслужен. Препоръчвам Ви да се запишете от рано, защото след месец Март местата рязко намаляват, а през летния сезон просто липсват!
- Alexander (5/5): Cannot take food to the room, not even for small children - Great rooms, pools, kids indoor area and beach. Awesome snacks and drinks during the day. The main restaurant doesn't allow taking food to the rooms. Our 2 year old son had his lunch nap during lunch time so this meant we could never have lunch with him. Although we paid for it. Restaurant staff mentioned I should cancel the booking and state this as a reason.
