Ci siamo trovati benissimo, al check in abbiamo trovato un host che parlava un perfetto inglese e ci ha mostrato tutto quello che ci poteva servire. Ci hanno anche tenuto i bagagli dopo il check out. Even though it was a small studio, it felt good, complete and private There was a stove but we couldn't use it. My son wanted to cook something and I. We thought there were pans, but there weren't, but this was the only thing.

• E.Crane (9/5): Very glad I chose this location for Tokyo - The location is really premiere, very close to everything that a tourist would like to (i.e., <10 minutes walking to the Yamanote line). Also quiet and big space, very cool interior. The kitchen is a little tiny. I would also have really liked to see a steamer/iron there.

This one is excellent in its own category, excellent and responsive management, very good value for your money, facilities , cleaniness, location, size, and even comfort beddings..etc. I would definitely be a return tenant for my next visit to Tokyo.

Had all our things washed and dried super quickly! Super close to the subway and a donquixote, numerous places to eat There isn't a lift for your luggage however the nice man checking us in helped my friend up the stairs with hers, could do with a sink in the bathroom as it felt a bit awkward brushing your teeth in the living area but that's no big deal

The size on the apartment was a bit small for two adult males but only for packing up.

The staff who met us was super sweet and helpful and explained how things worked in our room - we appreciated it since many things were new to us as it was our first time in Japan. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was nice to have a washer in unit. Location to the train station was ideal too. Not really a big deal at all, but we didn’t get as many free amenities as we did in our other stays.

Manca lo spazio per appendere i vestiti, si crea subito molto disordine

• Keenan (10/5): Perfect! - An absolutely fantastic choice for solo / duo travellers interested in exploring Japan. Location is optimal with a 3 minute walk to the station that connects through to nearby areas such as Shinjuku and Shibuya, with spots for food / groceries nearby (7 Eleven). Its nicely tucked away from the main road. The area felt safe and quiet at night and day, and the locals were very kind too. As for BMJ itself, Staff members kept in touch across our visit via email and were fast to reply to queries. The room was clean and had all needed facilities for our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised and felt worth the money spent. Not a dislike, but warning for accessibility, there are no lifts to the higher floors from what I saw.

The apartment had everything we needed, even a washing machine and bathtub. Would definitely come back whenever I need a place to stay in the area! Hard to get up in the morning because the bed was so comfortable and the bedding so cozy 😌

We were there before check in time, so we expected to only drop off our bags, but the room was already cleaned so we could take a power nap after our long travel. Place is very recommandable. 1 thing that was a little bit unfortunate: there was a distinct old man morning breath smell coming from underneath the bed, which makes the grade a 9 instead of a 10.

• Shelley (8/5): Very good - More like a serviced apartment rather than a hotel (which we were completely okay with!). Really close to Shin-Okubo and Okubo stations, which made it easier to go to different parts of Tokyo. The rooms aren’t huge but it’s a good size for 2 people with a kitchenette + laundry + bathroom with a soaking tub. They’re also super bright with windows on either side which was really nice in the mornings! There weren’t any full length mirrors and no sink in the bathroom (only in the kitchenette) but we made do!

• Jasmine (5/5): The stay was okay. - The location was good, easy to access everything we needed. The keyless entry was super convenient, and the place was wonderfully quiet, ideal for a good night’s rest. The bed was very comfortable, making it even better. The stay was generally okay, but I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility on late checkout despite staying for over 18 days. I was told I’d have to pay an extra 1000 per hour if I wanted to extend. The kitchen sink was the only one available, making it inconvenient for washing up. Also, it would be great if washing detergent was provided, especially for longer stays. During my 12-day stay in Osaka, detergent and softener were included, which made things more convenient. Additionally, the walk up to the apartment was quite long, which can be a bit tiring for some people.
• Louis (9/5): Good time all round - Great location, beds, washer, and bathroom. Nice and quiet, easy to access. When we got there I felt I had made a bad booking, however we soon adjusted to the place. My only criticism is that some of the walls and ceilings are looking a bit tired - eg hangar marks on the wall, towel rail marks.
