• Piotr (9/5): Perfect family skiing trip made possible - Family orientated and cosy residence with reasonable number of appatments. Fantastic spa/ wellness facilities, which elevate the overall satisfaction. Very helpful and competent staff. Although, I usually don't visit same place again, I would consider Residence Kristall again. Well fit kitchen and bathroom. Well organised access, including very good ski room and wellness part. Smell in the room - chemicals-like, similar to swimming pool smell.
• Joanna (10/5): - Bardzo polecam pobyt w Residence Kristall.Obiekt bardzo czysty, świeża pościel i ręczniki (wymieniane co 3 dni) apartamenty wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba (środki czystości w łazience i kuchni w tym tabletki do zmywarki).Jaccuzi na zewnątrz i sauna do indywidualnego korzystania są świetne po całym dniu na nartach.Duży plus za prywatny ski bus :) Polecam także treking z przewodnikiem Dario.Świetna opcja jeśli chcesz zrobić przerwę od nart i zobaczyć okolicę :) Położenie obiektu także super.Nie przy głównej drodze ale 10 minut pieszo do rynku w Predazzo. Dla naszej rodziny 10/10.

• Kalina (9/5): Good spa and big rooms - A good and clean hotel with big rooms for up to 6 people, especially suitable for families. The rooms are very spacious and clean and are equipped with kitchens with everything you need and eating nooks. The spa is fantastic: a big indoor pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, saunas and steam baths. The view is also great. You need to pay extra for bath robes. There is no breakfast.

Il personale molto gentile e disponibile nel risolvere piccoli inconvenienti e nel soddisfare eventuali richieste. Si possono noleggiare le bici. Tutto perfetto!!

• Carla (8/5): Ottima struttura dove soggiornare. - L’accoglienza , la pulizia , le attività proposte e l posizione Servizio laundry da “potenziare” : una sola lavatrice e una sola asciugatrice per l intera struttura sono troppo poche. Troppo cloro nella piscina: bruciano gli occhi anche senza immersione.

Big amount of towels. Relatively small living room in family apartment. TV set did not allow to connect external source.

In 3min drive there's store with everything necessary. 10min walk center with restaurants. Great SPA with whirlpool, 10m pool and sauna+Turkish bath. Sometimes poor WiFi. TV with only Italian channels (said should be DE Eurosport, but not working). Noone on the counter 10.00-15.00, so if you come at this time should contact them in advance.

In Italy, I thought coffee machine in a room is a must haha there was machine downstairs so that was nice even though with extra pay. but these little touches make a difference between good and excellent.

• Fiveofus (8/5): Very good - Short drive to Latemar hiking trails. Nice jacuzzi and pool. Walking distance from centre. Good dinner in hotel Ancora. Updates of this season were undone before our arrival. Cable cars only with discount this summer.

Expensive and not worth it at all .!! - Nothing The property is in the ground floor without Mountain Views while it’s mentioned in booking.com that the property has mountains views. The property is not the same as photos in booking.com ! It is not worth the price at all. I could not find the cups in cabinets then when I asked the receptionist later in the morning when check out she said they are in the dish washer !!! The WiFi password is not provided in the information while the reception was closed so I could not connect. After I tried hardly to contact the staff through booking.com messages, He gave me the password but unfortunately the WiFi is so bad . It almost doesn’t work !!! The worst accommodation experience I have had in Italy !

Welcoming staff, incredible facilities, spotless, animal, and child friendly all placed in a picturesque village. On top of everything, they have their local guide that knows all the hidden gems of the surrounding mountains. .

• Jasmina (7/5): Overall, it was an ok stay. We had all the basics we needed. - The room would be nice in the summer since it has a large balcony. it was spacious enough. The bed in the bedroom was too soft and uncomfortable. Same with the pullout sofa. Pillows were too thin and hard. I did not like that we were awaited by a full dishwasher because this meant that the first thing I had to do on my vacation was to put the dishes away.

Really loved the wellness - maybe not very modern, but clean and with amazing atmosphere. And last but not least - staff is so nice, lovely and helpful.
